We were greeted right away and our drinks were made in just a few minutes. They have a clearly posted menu, but you do have to ask what syrups/flavors they offer. I did not see any special or seasonal drinks. I ordered an iced lavender latte with skim milk. The coffee they use is very mild tasting. I did appreciate that they had lavender, but I wanted a little more oomph to my drink that I just don't think they can get with the beans they are using. Prices are pretty normal for the area but it will take a more flavorful coffee to get me back.

I'm not usually a coffee drinker (especially not the fully caffeinated kind), but lately I've been exploring local coffee shops and decided to give them another try. They no longer have the small lunch menu I remember, it's just baked goods now (croissants, banana bread, danish, muffins, etc.). I ordered a peanut butter bar and a decaf latte with almond milk and hazelnut. I believe the decaf option was their mushroom-based alternative. Compared to other shops I've tried recently where every coffee has been smooth and free of bitterness, this one stood out for having a noticeably bitter taste. I'm not sure how that's possible in a decaf/mushroom drink, but it wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the others I've had. That said, I still appreciate Echo's community spirit. They currently have a sign up offering free coffee with a case of water (August 2025) and support the Arizona Humane Society, which is wonderful to see. Inside, the vibe is still relaxed and conducive to working or studying. While the coffee wasn't my personal favorite this time, Echo remains a nice, mellow spot for those who enjoy supporting local businesses.

I typed in my number for rewards, and the barista the noted that it looked that the email associated with my account was their email.. she had me re-enter and all seemed well. I got my number and waited for my food on the quiet patio on a work call. The barista came out with the take away bag, and over my phone call asked me if I had a few minutes to talk to her.. I indicated it was a work call and she was not dissuaded from the interruption so I disconnected my call . She said that something was weird with my account and now she knows why.. and represented that she was a member of the management team and then went item by item to address my previous review. This seems like an inappropriate use of my information - certainly outside of the context that I provided it to them. That notwithstanding, I would like to correct my previous review to avoid additional confrontation at the coffee shop closest to where I live: They have a lot of employees that are college students who have finals right now. They refunded my two drinks that took over an hour to serve at my last experience. They have a QR code/square site (pictured) to order directly from them and there is no additional charge or up charge for this. This was a mistake in my previous review - I was being directed to door dash. I am uncomfortable returning after this, however I do appreciate the opportunity to correct my mistake and to continue sharing my honest experience with fellow yelpers.

Both fun grocery picks, gift ideas, and children's toys to peruse. Their food is pretty good for a quick lunch on the go! I came here with friends just for a casual pickup and catchup. I asked the manager if this was the policy and he told me, "I haven't talked to the security guard, maybe you should just move your car instead of making it a big deal." Yeah I think your security guard either lying about a tow truck or actually calling one is actually a big deal. Holy crap. Way too over priced to deal with this hassle. They also have no idea what a nicoise salad is. And the manager was gossiping with an employee about me which made it so obvious because she was staring me down from over the counter. I'm literally just trying to grab a meal to go. Absolutely insane. Burger was okay. Truly not worth the experience.
