I thaw these in a disposable foil pan in the fridge for convenience. Then I cut along the top, fold the package in half and squeeze the content out into a pot. Then I use a plastic food scraper to get the rest out. The chicken pie was also very good and packed with a lot of ingredients. It is rich as well and very filling. On hot days I use an element or toaster oven outside to cook these. I plan to be a repeat customer as everything I've had was exceptionally delicious. And I repeat, the value is outstanding for this kind of quality food. Order ahead online and pick up at their window to make sure they have what you want. Or go by their window to order. I find these bowls very filling, but the price adds up quickly as you add more salad scoops, so I find it best to be conservative with my estimate of how much I think I need to eat. Besides the salad bowls, they have some hot entrees. I tried the Moroccan chickpea hot bowl and the tomato soup and both were a little bland, which was especially disappointing for something labelled "Moroccan". I would go back and try some different entrees to see if anything else is better, but I would say the salads are likely the best choice here. They have a very limited selection of "healthy" baked goods too. I really liked the chocolate pistachio cookie. As you would expect, it's significantly less sweet and has a slightly drier texture than a regular cookie, but if you like that kind of "better for you" treat, it's good. Very cocoa-forward. I've had good experiences with the service. The staff is friendly enough and usually pretty fast. It's counter service, but they'll usually bring your food to you at your table. There's a good amount of seating inside and a few tables outside when the weather allows. It's minimalist but clean.

There was broken glass on the floor when we first walked in that was half-ass cleaned up by the manager. We brought it to his attention about 20 min later that there was still glass on the floor and he swept again. Another 10 min later he converted that area into a dance floor and we could see shards of glass sparking all over the floor still. I brought it to his attention again and he said "what do you want from me?" And when I said "it just doesn't seem like you care at all about the glass everywhere" he rolled his eyes, put his hand in my face, and walked away. Also he said he was going to give my friend who may have swallowed glass his card in case she needed to go to the hospital but never did.
