The first sandwich was the pulled pork which is pictured below. Super tender and juicy with a mild seasoning and gentle smoke flavor. I do believe the long hold times until served loses some of the more potent smoke flavor but a very good sandwich. The other was the brisket sandwich with I think is the bargain option imo compared to ordering slices. The brisket was cooked to perfection, has good balance of flavors and texture. The brisket sandwich is roughly 1.5/2 full slices of brisket and I believe the 1/4 pound is roughly 3 full slices all dependent on the butcher cutting the slices.
