What a cool little spot! I was looking for a place to work remotely while traveling, and the coffee shop I was posted up at was way too loud. Luckily I stumbled upon Humm Kombucha's local taproom! They have a beautiful, brightly lit space with a ton of seating and natural lighting. They have couches, tables, lots of outlets, a ping pong table. It's a great space that's welcoming to everyone. Some people were working, some people came to grab a drink while they ordered food from the neighboring food truck, Manzanita Grill, there were families and people of all ages, people socializing, people playing board games. What a cool little place! They have free WiFi which was the motivator for me as I camped out here for the day and worked remotely. They have a ton of different kombucha flavors, and event have kombucha floats with gelato! YUM! You can get a kombucha flight as well if you'd like to try more flavors. They have a couple of specials that were mixed flavors and I tried their Blue Lagoon which was their blueberry mint mixed with their coconut lime. It was so refreshing. I also tried their zero sugar blood orange and it was equally delicious. Their kombucha is delicious - not too acidic or harsh like other kombucha I've tried. The staff is super friendly and the space is lovely. I wish there were more third spaces like this for people to gather! I feel like most community gathering spaces/businesses tend to be bars or coffee shops, and I loved this unique option of a place to hang out and enjoy without alcohol.

I loved my stop to Humm Kombucha! It is a bright environment. The kombucha tender was kind and happy to answer questions and give recommendations about the kombuchas. The kombucha tender asked how I liked them. When I mentioned the coconut lime was too coconut for me, she brought me out a couple samples of fruity kombuchas mixed with coconut. The pomegranate mix was delicious. It is a great alternative to breweries. Will def try the kombucha float on my next visit. They use gelato from Bonta.

One of my favorite experiences in Bend - my first kombucha taproom! The ladies were filled with knowledge on the product and enjoyed getting to learn about the breakdown & flavor inspo! I got the flight to try multiple and it was the perfect amount; smoothest kombucha i have ever had! The zero sugar is fabulous! Also had to go back to try the float which was amazing, didn't expect it to be that good! They combine kombucha with gelato, it is awesome!! Can't wait to come back!

So much fun to get to do a kombucha tasting! And it is all very good so even better. I had a can of the Hopped Grapefruit the night before at a restaurant. When I found out it was local, I set out to visit them. They had so many wonderful flavors on tap; I preferred some over others. But that's a beauty of doing a tasting. All were clean and refreshing and rich in flavor. I am not a beer fan but the Hopped Grapefruit was not bitter from the hops. The two flavors really enhance each other. A wide selection of items to take home also. Lots of picnic tables out front and a good food truck out front for lunch.

Ahhhmazing!!! I love humm and it's the only kombucha I will drink. The space is inviting and bright, with a ping pong table, lots of comfy, honey seating, games, and a lawn out front. Unfortunately the food truck was closed when we came in but maybe another time! Lizzie was amazing, patient and generous with samples! We ended up getting a flight ($8) of blackberry, hopped grapefruit, pineapple jalapeño, blood orange, peach tea, and ginger. We also got 3 floats ($6.50 ea but they were running a deal for $4) with gelato from *Bonta*!! For the flights we had super citrus with blackberry kombucha, roasted strawberry with honey (amaaazing) with peach tea, and (not pictured) coconut with ginger. As usual with flights, the dairy frozen goodness does get a bit icy where it meets the liquid but that can't be avoided unless you go with something like the super citrus. Still the kombucha was delicious with the gelato and we were very happy with our visit! This will be a must every time we're back in Bend :)

This is a great place to try out in Bend if you like kombucha - and, if you don't like it, you might just be surprised in finding a flavor you like! This kombucha taproom allows you to order tasting flights, kombucha by the glass on tap, kombucha floats, and take growlers and merch home. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your beverage.

Great place to try all of Humms flavors on tap. There was a food truck also there so we had lunch as well. I loved being able to mix flavors with the pint I got to drink. Friendly staff and place was cute decorated and clean!

The coconut lime is to die for. Probably my favorite now. Yum!!!!! Kombucha has so many health benefits too. Everyone should be drinking this stuff.

Upgrading my review to 5* just because I can't stay away. It's a nice place to fill out a couple of growlers and sit and savor a pint of kombucha or beer. Love the music too.

So on our last trip to Bend we finally made it here to the their taproom and it didn't disappoint at all. It was a great stop! We got a taster set of a variety of different beers that they had on tap and they were all quite good. Many of them have a wild ale aspect to them which I can appreciate at you don't come across this beer too much on a routine basis. The taproom is cool and I love all of their art specifically where fermentation liquids spilled onto a sheet or a cloth making various designs and hues during the brewing making process of their beers. Other excellent beers that we have had from this brewery are the Samalie which is a Wild Ale. This one I rated very highly on Untappd because it was so amazing! Things to look for in the flavor profile are sourness, tartness, fruitiness, a natural sweetness and a dry finish. Really an excellent beer! Moving on from that we had the great Ping Pong Table Beer. This was another beer I rated quite highly and enjoyed immensely. This beer is light bodies, smooth and effervescent with the flavor of elderflower at work. Another excellent beer! Definitely great beer experiences with this brewery and definitely recommend it to the more adventurous beer drinking folks. Optional street parking as well, even if the street is a little tight. Would return for sure.
