What a great team, personality of the owner and price…read more I have worked with Don's team twice now. One time for removal of two trees and small 20 x 15 space to clean up the garden area. They were fast and innovative to get it done. Great Job! The second was a jungle of a lot. Don sent five men to tackle this jungle. They trimmed and topped off 8 trees, removed a tree, trimmed over 12 fruit and regular trees, plus 2 very overgrown hedges to my expectations without question. Don and Christian were responsive to my requests and the whole team was pleasant and friendly. It was a long day but what a difference. Don has employed an excellent team of meticulous, caring, hard working team members. Wow! Thank you so much for all your hard work. Great Job! Worth the wait!! Thanks Don and Team. Great Job! I will be referring you to my friends.

The lines were leaking natural gas underground and an explosion waiting to happen. Complete waste of money and incredibly dangerous.

I see them every week when I open the property for them to do their work and Telo and his guys are great, you can tell they really take pride in what they're doing, they have great etiquette and friendly service. I can't say enough good things about them. For example - One of my customers had some really nice trees in the front yard and nobody could quite get it right and she had remembered Lopez landscaping from a previous home she had, we found their number and brought them in and they've been doing a great job for about the past five years. (15 montage way- it's been featured in gardening magazines, and real estate magazines ) On another property that I manage we went through several high-end landscapers and nobody could quite get the trees right or fix the grass and we brought Lopez landscaping onto that property a little over a year ago and we have had no issues. Right away they fixed all the brown spots and muddy areas of the grass by fixing the irrigation and replanting new grass. One of the main things we were having trouble with was a really nice tree in the front yard that the previous landscapers almost killed and now it's doing great and the yard looks beautiful. If you're looking for the best service and people you won't mind having around your property, hit them up.

This year for some reason it had only 5 figs and the roots grew all over 1/3 of the garden, it was time to cut it down. We went to yelp for recommendation and was pleasantly surprised Yelp had a warranty policy. I called the 1st entry, the man looked cold to me and his estimate shocked the daylight out of me, how could he possibly charge that much, as senor Cabral completed the job in less than 3 hours, he had 2 workers, 1 was his son. My 2nd estimate was with Cabral Tree Service. Camilo Cabral was very nice, I just connected w him immediately, good vibes I guess, he quoted me 40% cheaper than the other dude, I was thrilled as I just came back from a very expensive cruise from Venice to 9 ports and running into a cash crunch I guess, I think I should spoil the grandkids a little less. I was both nostalgic and at the same time relieved seeing it finally gone as the roots were breaking the sprinklers, it grew to the sky and became so huge, it literally fell sideway to the ground. By the way, he said he would fix the sprinklers if he breaks any. Mr Cabral was punctual, he came w his son and another guy, everybody was smiling and happy, in less than 3 hours the tree was gone, I never saw so many weird machines that could pulverize the roots in so little time. After it was done, he cleaned the entire area as if nothing happened. Great job sí señor! If you need a tree removed, call Cabral Tree service, you'll be very happy, I will call Camilo back for some other trees job, my husband thinks he can do it all, to him it's a hobby but it's very dangerous as he had fallen off the ladder once, I will need some trimming service maybe in the fall. I wish I could rate him 6 stars!!

We decided to try them again. I was truly disappointed with their customer service. I scheduled a consultation with an arborist and they scheduled a 4-hour window. On the day of, the arborist called and left me a message saying they were on their way. I waited and waited for a call for when they arrived, and no such call. I had been in the back of my house property doing some work and so I figured I would call the arborist back since I would not hear a door bell. He did not leave a number so there was no way to reach him. I called the main Peterson's number and there was no answer. I tried again and left a message. I waited and waited and no one showed up so I called again. I finally spoke with someone and she said he came and rang the bell and since no one came he left. I was frustrated that he didn't try to call me before just leaving. The customer service person I spoke with gave me the option to reschedule for another day and another 4-hr window. I said that I was not ok with having to schedule for such a long window and asked if she could offer a shorter one. She then blamed me for not having told them when I scheduled the appointment that I might not be inside my house at time of arrrival. She ultimately hung up on me. I called back and left a message asking to speak with the owner/supervisor. I had hoped to find some sort of attempt on their part to find some compromise. But I never received a call back. I was able to find another company that made an appointment for a smaller window and that had better customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend their services again.
