I called RDS system when my HP X576dw started acting up....we agreed on a drop off date but…read morepreviously, I sent them an email with all I've done to make the printer work (youtube videos and regular troubleshooting) including the error codes the display was showing. A day later, they called me to tell me that those error were irreparable, saving me not only the trip to their store but also the $75 they charge an hour for diagnosis/repairs. They even said they wished everybody will send them error codes and troubleshooting done to their equipment, to save money and time when there's nothing to be done. HONESTY at its best. I've also called other repair shops before I called RSD and they were way pricier. So, good pricing & honesty? They will be my go to for my printer troubles from now on.
