The new management demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. They refused to transfer access to our Microsoft365 account, effectively holding our business hostage. As a direct result, our email service was shut down for five full days. For any business, this would be disruptive--but as a healthcare provider, this is completely unacceptable. We rely on timely communication to access up-to-date medical records and respond to patient needs. This outage severely impacted our ability to provide proper care and support to our patients and clients. What makes this situation even worse is that Hudson River Technologies created the problem in the first place, yet refused to resolve it unless we paid a fee upfront as well as sign a multi-year contract for support we don't need, with huge monthly fees. This feels less like customer service and more like coercion. After years of loyalty, we were treated as though our urgent needs--and the well-being of our patients--were irrelevant. This experience has been incredibly damaging, both operationally and professionally.
