I don't know if this business is any good or not. We went in after work one day and only one person…read morewas working. We waited for 20-25 minutes for the single employee to wrap up working with one especially obnoxious lady. I don't blame him for giving her as much attention as possible to get her out of the store, but what I do fault this business for is not acknowledging us once. No hello, no "I'll be be with you in a few minutes', no apologies, no nothing. Sure, we could have interrupted him and his service of the Obnoxious Woman, but that seemed like it would be even ruder than us being totally ignored. We left. Hire more than one person, guys. You have failed.

A terrible experience. Be careful. The salesperson is extremely dishonest. He is the reason I want…read moreto switch phone providers. He brings shame on the company! Inflates prices. He sold me a phone at three times the actual price, gave a fake receipt 10 days later I made a purchase; he accused me of losing it. He cheats customers with impunity, making fools of people. I had gone in to trade in my old phone because of its limited storage. He never explained why he didn't return my functional phone--which I had bought just two years ago--claiming instead that he had thrown it away. We were not warned that, according to company policy, this model was ineligible for return or exchange. We lost our money. The company did not take any action against this seller. If I had a receipt and all explanations why that guy did what he did, I would not write this review.

I made an appointment ahead of time to drop off my Galaxy S8, with a cracked screen, and they said…read moreit might take a "couple of hours." I said okay, I said I could be reached via email since my phone was with them. I returned three and a half hours later, and apparently nothing was done to my phone. They told me the phone had moisture damage, which might be true, since it's an old phone, and they had to 'test' it. But I was pretty annoyed. Keep in mind that this phone worked just fine. They told me to come back in an hour and a half. I live 15 miles away, so yeah....a bit inconvenient. They sent me an email saying my device was ready, so I drove all the way back. They then said that the phone was not worth repairing, so they did absolutely nothing with it. They did refund my money, however. But I thought it was a huge waste of my time. They seem honest enough, but disabuse yourself of any notion that this is a "while-you-wait" kind of place. Not sure if I would use them again, hope I never have to.

Although I pay for Geek Squad coverage and was disappointed, I understood since Toshiba no longer makes computers why they probably didn't want to deal with it. My computer simply stopped working and would not turn on. I brought my computer in late am on a Wednesday. Received a call late pm that same Wednesday informing me it was ready for pick up. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine. Daniel and Greg were very professional and even apologetic that it would cost $75.00. Considering the computer cost, the age, and that Best Buy wouldn't even touch it, I thought it was very reasonable. Would highly recommend CPR in Wappingers Falls.
