As we were getting ready to leave, the server came to our table. She stated that the sections had been changed and she did not realize we were her customers. She was very apologetic and offered us free drinks and a $5 off coupon. 5 stars for the attempt to correct the problem and the casual ambiance. However...that's where the positives end. We ordered the million dollar bacon and Purple Haze (lavender lemonade) to start us off. The drink was fine but the bacon was sickening sweet and just wasn't what I was expecting nor what I wanted in a piece of bacon. I ordered the Farmhouse hash and my guy ordered the traditional breakfast. We both agreed that our food was anything but special and instantly regretted our choice to stop here. Our potatoes were undercooked and had a strange aftertaste. I ate the majority of mine but my guy stopped eating after a few bites. We are particular about sending food back and after the uncomfortable beginning of our service, we definitely did not feel comfortable doing so. In fact, we didn't feel comfortable the rest of our time there and even remarked that we would have fared better at Waffle House. Maybe this was an off morning. I'm not sure. Don't take my word. Try them for yourself and make your own judgement. We plan to return to the area soon but will not be returning to this restaurant.

The menu always looked decent and those honey butter croissants were worth the price of admission We decided to get the bourbon shrimp and salmon both cooked med well which some would be disappointed but I'd rather lean more well than raw with fish The sides were good especially the red beans and rice and yeah it wasn't top tier ingredients but I'm telling you flavor was there. It was very good overall and after years of thinking this was another chain like apple b's it was more of a higher level which when you see they are owned by the same group that owns longhorns and Olive Garden you know the quality will be there.. no not fine dining but you won't leave hungry and you won't break the bank

Our server was very kind and friendly. Everything was very clean, including the restrooms, which is not always the case in places like this. As for the food, I'd give it an 8/10. Carabba's is a casual Italian place with some decent pasta dishes. I've eaten here before and have had excellent food. This time I was disappointed. I ordered my favorite dessert, tiramisu, and it was terrible. I left half of it. The only thing that was really good were my espresso martinis. Our server was really good, too. I might come back, but it wouldn't be my first stop for Italian.

I was staying in Chattanooga for a few days, and saw that this restaurant was owned by Darryl* (Norman Reedus) and Greg Nicotero, SX Director for TWD. When you arrive, the restaurant is HUGE. It's two-floors, but I had arrived like the last hour before closing. Near the bar, there were about 12+ people, and I'd say I and another party were the only ones in the main restaurant. If you like TWD decor, while waiting for your food --- take a walk around the restaurant. You'll see many images and props that were once part of the show, not on display for your viewing pleasure. For food, I had ordered for my appetizer the spinach & artichoke dip, which were surprisingly served with kettle chips, instead of the normal tortilla chips. It was a nice surprise, although I felt the "sauce" component was a tad to thick. Nonetheless, flavor was spot-on. For my main entree, I ordered the Coca-Cola Braised Pork Shank (only available after 4pm, $26). The dish was delicious, and the presentation was spot-on. My only critique --- put the corn on the side instead of laid-upon the shank. The flavor of the meat was so tender and although I had no taste of Coca-Cola at all, it was deeply savory and enjoyable. Totally recommend. Service was spot-on too. For the drink, it must've been good. I don't remember the name...either way, I asked the waitress to surprise me. Maybe it doesn't have name. If you're passing thru, pay Nic & Norman's a visit. There's only five (5) of these restaurants as of 2026. It's a beautiful restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. Total 5/5.
