a bottle of ketchup and a plate of waffles
    Mike O.

Pros: nice interior, friendly staff Cons: Billboard said 10 meals under 4.99 so we decided to stop. Quickly found out that only applies to the kids menu. We were the only people in the place yet service was slow. 10 mins to get drinks, another 10 to place order. Could hear them discussing how to make the food [hoping someone was new]. When food finally arrived it wasn't too bad. Pancakes are huge...tots are crispy. One person in our party got their food after everyone was done eating. I think once this place figures out proper restaurant operations, it will be a decent stop. Until then, hit the next exit. Oh...and they use Hunt's ketchup= yuck

    MVP breakfast!

Never again! First off the food was cold then sent it back the food came out one by one. The eggs were not cooked, grits was horrible, everything was just bad!

This is one of my favorite places to eat but needs attention asap please. Normally everything is wonderful and there's no crowd due to we eat so late. But the past two times I've come in the past two weeks it's been horrible please fix this

Great place to eat. Food was fresh, and service was fast. They also have a cheap menu, but you have to ask for it.

The whole place is covered in pictures and memories, and you can just feel the love in there. It doesn't feel like a normal restaurant at all--it feels like you're stepping into someone's home. The service was amazing too. Our server was so sweet and welcoming, and there was another man helping out who was just as kind. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about the people who walk in. And Chef Jerome... oh my gosh. He is seriously the sweetest soul ever. You can tell he puts his heart into everything he makes, and the food?? INSANE. Like actually some of the best food I've ever had. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. What made it even more special for me was coming back after so many years. The picture of me when I was little (probably like 13-14 years ago) compared to me now... it just made the whole experience feel so full circle & emotional. Not many places can give you that kind of feeling. This place isn't just about food--it's about memories, people, and love. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be back

Chef Jerome is a piece of SE Georgia history and makes some fantastic food. From the moment we pulled up to the restaurant, Chef Jerome came out and greeted us with hugs and assurances that he was going to take good care of us. The building is eclectic, quirky, rustic, and several more adjectives - but never off-putting. It is comfortable.... When you walk in, you really get a feel for the history of this place - particularly from the tens of thousands of photos that decorate the walls (virtually all of them) throughout the restaurant. There are pictures of locals, travelers and even several celebrities that have feasted at the Diner. Ben Afflect's picture is featured all over the restaurant as he frequents this place whenever he is in town (he even has his own autographed chair hanging on the wall). We were seated in the VIP room and presented with a menu with several good southern dishes from deviled crab, oysters, scallops and of course shrimp to ribs, porkchops, steaks and burgers. They are known for their Wheelchair Platter - which serves 2, 3, or 4 people. This is a collection of things that the Chef has selected for you including fried shrimp, fish, hushpuppies, pork chops, Mac 'n cheese, and other treats. Comes with slaw and potato salad (both fantastic), We ordered the platter for 2 - and it did not disappoint. We also got the sweetpotato logs with a cinnamon dipping sauce (wow!). First - those were some of the best hushpuppies I've ever eaten. Crispy on the outside but fluffy with bits of corn on the inside. yum. Everything else was cooked to perfection. Once we had eaten, Chef Jerome came out and took some pictures (for the wall of course) and had us promising (truthfully) to return soon. This place is a little out of the way. It's down a dirt road and looks a little rustic - but you will be very pleasantly surprised once you go in and let Chef Jerome take care of you. A Definite recommendation! Don't miss this treasure!

The online menu photos looked incredible (though I still side-eye those famous PB&J wings--maybe next time!). We chose the Treylor Park Double Wide Diner for breakfast and were thrilled we did. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

Space is cute, especially if you can get sat next to a window to people watch. Service was slow the day we were there but I dont think it was the server's issue, I think it was the kitchen. Our server was very nice and apologetic about it but it was odd because the place wasnt even half full at the time. I dont know if i would come back to this location, but I would be open to trying the others that they have.

The tables were clean and were cleaned quickly when tables were empty. Very helpful, friendly staff here. Between the decor and the staff it's like stepping back in time to the good ole days. I decided on breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits and a biscuit. When I saw the huge biscuit I knew right away it was homemade. Wonderful. I could only eat half and brought the rest home. I asked for the bacon to be crispy and it was!! There is dessert menu on the table. I advise you to pay attention. I asked about the gooey bars.....they had some with chocolate chips but I asked if they made them plain. Ethan went in the back and got one for me! That's good old fashioned customer service! They make these bars in house and have different flavors....some fruit ones, a few with nuts, etc. I loved the plain one....very rich. I was so full I had to bring most of it home with me, but I am so glad I tried it. I advise checking out this family run diner. It's one of those hidden gems!
