What happen to this place? It was so great until this visit. We arrived at 10.24 for a late breakfast, WE sat at a table for five minutes and no one acknowledged that we were even there. I had to get up to fine the waitress for that section. She was at the register taking phone in orders. She apologize for the delay and took our drink orders. The hot tea was nearly warm and she only half filled the coffee cup and never offered creamer or lemon. Long story short by 11.05 ordered food not delivered. Saw it sitting by the cook(.who was the manager) five mins before we left. Our waitress was stooped talking to another customer in another section, while our food got cold sitting on the counter. One of the best -not so little- diner's in all of the e-town and radcliff area. Not to pricey though more than fast but it's not a fast food place. They never close except once for remodeling and they made the place even better. I'm normally there at the later and all the wait staff and even the cooks are plesant.The cost is aceptable and they offer free wi-fi which i personally take advantage of. read more

My first time in a Huddle House. It's like a "fancier" Waffle House, and although the food tastes better, the service is slower. My stuffed hashbrown, egg, bacon, sausage, gravy would have tasted a lot better if it didn't have a nasty tasting cheese sauce on top of it. The kids had shrimp and fries and chicken tenders and fries. Their meals were better than mine. Wife had the pulled pork that was just okay tasting. Total came out to 31 bucks. Terrible service, cold food, dirty restaurant. The waitress took forever to come over and didn't bring our drinks for quite some time. I got a cold waffle and despite watching my biscuit come out of the microwave it was cold and the gravy was yougurt like. read more

Service is absolutely terrible! When I walked in our server seated us quickly and brought me my coffee promptly. He was then sent on break and no one ever came back to take our order. I waited 40 mins before I gave up on ordering or a refill of coffee. There was an employee that had her young daughter there running around and another employee walking around in a spaghetti strap tank top and flip flops, talking on her phone the entire 40 minutes. Very unprofessional, I walked out and will not be visiting this establishment again. I recommend the IHOP down the road if you need a 24 hour restaurant. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. To start off, I understand it's Christmas, but if you're going to be open, be prepared. We were seated, and had our drinks ordered. We were given two coffee refills before a child was given chocolate milk. We waited over an hour for our "food" and that was only one of the orders, in which they then told one of us that they didn't have fries. Not a problem, things happen, but 3 of the orders had fries, and she didn't acknowledge us. At all. A second order came out, took one bite of it, and it's not even room temperature. I take it back to the waitress, where a woman behind the counter proceeds to call me an asshole. Pleasantly enough, instead of remaking the food, they microwaved it, and still managed to give it back to us cold. A third order comes out, and it's cold as well, and it's incomplete. We are starving at this point, so my brother eats part of it, but can't finish cold eggs and cold French toast. She comes back to the table, and rudely asked me what I've ordered, as if it's an inconvenience to her. She then tells me that they don't have fries, and it's not please tell about it. I reminded her that I ordered sweet potato fries, and all she says is " Oh, well we have those"... and just stares at me. I acknowledge that's what I want, and she just walks off. It's now been an hour and a half, I don't have my food, the food given has been cold, and my 6 year old brother still doesn't have his chicken tenders, nor have they asked what replacement for the French fries for his order will be. We cancel the orders because my food is now "on hold". They charge us for everything we ordered. We explained what was not given to us, what was cold, and what had been ignored entirely. They took one thing off the receipt, and said they gave the "Military discount" for the inconvenience ( two of us were military anyways?) "Oh it's Christmas, and we are busy" Doesn't matter the day, and it wasn't busy to be honest. Never make excuses, and if you don't want to work on Christmas, don't ask for a paycheck from the establishment. We payed for food that was never received and for food that couldn't be finished due to it being cold as the hearts of the people who made it. Merry Christmas, you're horrendously staffed and incredibly rude to paying customers who did nothing but try and eat. read more

Been here a few times, however today was a disaster. All empty tables were dirty. Asked about seating she said sit anywhere. Mentioned that all the open tables were dirty and she looked at us like we had shot Kennedy. Sooo, yes we cleaned our own table. The came the 20 minute wait for a server to come visit us. Our server was the heavy set white girl. When some of her orders were coming up she left them by the cook while she spent 15 minutes talking to her friend with a child in a booth behind us. More people came in cleaning off the tables was a disaster a lot of it was not getting done generally the place was pretty dirty. Our order took about 40 minutes to get to us. The place was not packed at all. The only good part of the whole experience was that the food was pretty good and it usually is. Up until today I've been there probably a total of four times and the experience was okay today however led me to this review. I'll give this place One More Shot and if it still sucks I will not go back and I will update this review either way. The front of the house in that restaurant is very poorly run. read more

My family stopped by to grab a bite to eat. As we walk in, we were told that the grill was shut down for cleaning and that they close in 30 minutes. Why are they cleaning the grill during business hours? We went down the road to Waffle House. read more

This place is never consistent, sometimes the service is great and the food is ehhh, while other times the service is horrible and the food is good. The food is never more than "okay" though. I think the problem begins with a serious lack of decent management. That's why it has closed down twice in the past. They should take note and do better. read more

I went this location last night because me and my daughter love the food. To my surprise when my daughter and I went to use the restroom the door for the men's room was blocked and I asked the gentleman why he had door blocked and he stated that he was naked very disturbing right?? When I asked him why he was naked he said he was taking a sh#t! This not a truck stop and if he was taking a dump why wasn't he in stall kinda weird eh?? read more

The last time I ate here it wasn't too good. This place is going down real bad. My waffles and hashbrown were not that good and the customer service was bad. It took forever for my table to even order and receive our food. They had no clean silverware so I just asked to use the plastic. They need to hire more people at night. Servers and cooks. My daughter and I stopped by for a quick, hot breakfast on a cold morning. The server did not say hello, introduce herself, good morning, kiss my butt, nothing...just..."What do you want to eat?" Really?!?! For fear of receiving brown water to be passed off as coffee, I ordered a sweet tea. It was fine but we were never offered any refills and despite my efforts to grab someone's attention, no luck of the server refilling the drinks. The food was ok. We both ordered biscuits with gravy, sausage and eggs. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. While waiting for our food, our server was searching for things behind the counter and loudly complaining about coworkers, work conditions, etc. All of that should happen AWAY from customers. The server never came back to check on us except to bring the check. When I went to pay the bill, a different member of the staff was at the register. She did not acknowledge me for a few minutes then only to ask if I was paying with a card. After telling her I was paying with cash, she simply said, "OH!" and walked away. First time ever going there, hands down the best fast food I've had in a long time. Could use a little more flavor on the philly sandwhich but the fries were awesome, not soaked in grease like most places!
