The manager here is the best restaurant manager I've ever experienced. There is a gentleman named adolfo that works there and whatever he makes, he deserves a $5 raise. Nicest kid and best employee I've ever had the pleasure of ordering food from. 10/10 best restaurant this side of the rocky mountains. read more

Papis tacos is the absolute best! We go regularly for their horchata and birria The customer service is always amazing and we love when Linda is there she seems to remember everyone that walks through the doors! Every time someone comes to visit us we make sure they get to try papis! read more

Absolutely loved Papi's Tacos! I'm from California, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to tacos and my burritos, honestly, nothing around here has come close to the tacos I'm used to back home until Papi's! The food is fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. And their green sauce is THE BEST I've had in the area! Everything was delicious, and we'll definitely be back! Linda is the best by the way! She was able to make changes to my burrito without hesitation super sweet as well! read more

Came for lunch with my coworkers. The service is very quick and the staff is nice. There isn't a lot of seating inside so I think it's better situated for take out orders. Had the three tacos combo and thought it was tasty. I added a little sauce to the tacos just for extra flavor. I thought the rice and refried beans were good when mixed together. Overall a good lunch! read more

Simple and excellent. Have been twice since staying temporarily in the area and the food has been fantastic both times. The burritos are very large and filling which is good given the price. I think both times my total has come out around $13 for the burrito alone, no sides or drinks included which is fine since the burrito is filling enough. Food comes out quickly, menu easy to read and staff very polite. The resultant itself is simple but very clean and organized inside. Only complaint is that they didn't open early enough for us to get out breakfast burrito sooner! Would easily be one of my top recommendations for the area. read more

Good food. Quick service. I love Mexican food and this has the nice medium between a sit down and fast food.

I bit into a whole tooth pick in my Birria Burrito. I called and they were so cheap that they only refunded the burrito and not anything else. I ended up calling their sister location in Etown to speak to the owner also. At the Radcliff location (where this happened) they said chips do *not* come with queso and guac. They are the cheapest and dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. I will never be returning and neither should you. read more

In my opinion it's nothing special. Over seasoned and over priced. El Molino is waaaay better in MY opinion.

Food is good but would be better if me and my husband could have ate dinner together! My food came out while we waited almost 15 minutes later for my husband's food to arrive. This has happened the last couple times we have been here for dinner. This place has went down hill with service. Maybe have a talk with your staff about bringing order out together not 15 minutes apart! read more

Establishment is quaint, clean, modern and cute. Food is better than expected, not as good as Texas Birria anything but it still packs a punch. The menu is creative! They offer not only birria tacos but birria quesadillas and birria ramen. In my opinion, I would've enjoyed more seasoning to the beef- however, it's still good. The service is quick and polite. Presentation is in fleek. Military discount is offered on Monday and is less than 10 minutes from post. read more

Food is well-seasoned and has excellent flavor. The price is reasonable. Not ample space for big parties, but great if you are picking something up to go. I like the Taco Box. You can get a combination of chicken, shrimp, and/or beef. read more

What is up with the runny queso? It's like they watered it down to stretch it out. I couldn't scoop a drop without it spilling everywhere. Which was sad because it had a really good flavor. Maybe I should have gotten a spoon and pretended it was a spicy cheese soup? The tacos were good. Rice and beans were meh, but that's typical, unfortunately. read more

Best place in Radcliff hands down. Lo Ed this place when I stationed here a year or so ago. Happen to be in the area again and this was a must stop while here. Best birria we've had, can't find anything like it in TX yet. read more

This place is GREAT. Hole in the wall type, not large inside but nicely done little place with a few tables and bar seating. First time while in town for work and I look forward to future return trips for this. Tried the Hot Cheeto Burrito + chips & salsa. Chips may be fresh in house, definitely warmed at least. Salsa is absolutely fresh made, very thin consistency type, almost more sauce like than salsa but solid flavors. Burrito. Woah. First, it's huge. The picture does it no justice. Second, the flavors and textures. Just great. Wonderful combo of crunch plus meat and pulled together with melted cheeses and Lord knows what else is in it. Great ratios of ingredients, it leaves you wanting for nothing more. All was so good I ordered a breakfast chorizo burrito to-go and ended up splitting that one next day for both breakfast and lunch. read more

Just had take out with 6 awesome tacos with my wife. Rarely have I had tacos so delicious and tasty. Highly recommend!

Very clean service was excellent food was absolutely delicious. I like the one in Elizabethtown more than I did the one in Radcliffe still both get a 4.5 stars. read more

Food was filling the burrito was the best thing out of the menu. Service was the best part, and ambiance could be better.

Our first visit was take out! We were highly impressed with the street tacos. The service was friendly and the establishment is welcoming. The birria tacos that I got were unfortunately super soggy and I wasn't a fan. read more

The Mexican food is Kentucky good. I am from NJ, been to TX and lived in SoCal. This is as good as it gets and it'll do the trick if you're craving some Mexican food. The Cali burrito was good, sucks that you have to pay extra for other fillings especially it being a small ish burrito. The adobada tacos are on the dry side but I've had worst. The two young ladies working the counter seem like they hate their job and look like they are ready to go home. Besides that, continue taking my money. read more

First time at the Radcliff Papis. I ordered a burrito that I always get at Papis in Etown. It has eggs in it and it is amazing. Ordered it today and it had egg shells in it. I was unsure what was making the crunch in my mouth and quite honestly got scared. I have texture issues and so I quit eating it. I pulled egg shells out of the second half. So I know that's what it was. I don't think I will be back to this location. Not as great as the one in town. read more

Food was amazing! Any believe how good it was considering it's out here in Kentucky. I don't mind eating in little off the beaten path places, and my daughter wanted to try it said it had good reviews, well I'm not sure rated this place because the service was terrible, no greetings, no one waiting on you, don't even mind the paper plates and plastic wear, the table was sticky, put that all aside, let's talk food, I got the beef chimichanga with beans and rice, the wife had the Gordita, it wasn't good, the beans had no flavor, the chimichanga was just ground beef rolled in a tortilla, no seasoning at all no red sauce or toppings I felt sick all the way home, her food she stopped eating it because it wasn't good, we both didn't well well after we left, my daughter had the tacos they looked better and she said they were good. Suggestion add some peppers, onions and spices, cover in red sauce or queso. read more

I will definitely be going back to this place, first time there I got the surf and turf burrito and the birria tacos. Both where really good. The place was casual and they also have good prices for the food quality. read more

Hands down the best Mexican food in the area! You can tell a lot about a Mexican restaurant based on their horchata. They also have Jamaica and a variety of Jarritos. The indoor seating gives you that cozy mom & pop feel. The dark walls and natural lighting with Spanish music playing brings a very warm and welcoming vibe. Service is great as well. I'm definitely coming here more often. The food reminds me of the same Mexican food I grew up eating Southern California. I'm usually very picky, but Papi's blew me away with the taste and quality of their food. Their spicy salsa is actually spicy- it's such a relief! read more

Papi's food never disappoints. I most recently had their birria tacos. Excellent taste with lots of extra sauce. I always love their chicken street tacos. But they are a bit on the pricey side for just one. I have also had their amazing chicken quesadilla. Big with lots of meat and cheese. Restaurant is always packed, so I recommend ordering ahead or you'll wait awhile. But staff is nice and helpful. read more

California prices for Kentucky "Mexican" food. Save your $$ friends. $4.15 for a sub par street taco is DIABOLICAL....

Found this place on accident. Oh what a happy delicious accident!! Went next door to do our taxes and had to wait. Just happened to catch the sign waving out front that said TACOS. We went in and gave it a try. The smells coming from this place are heavenly. I tried the crunchy taco. Wow I think that's the best taco I've had. I also got an order of French fries. Yes I know! But they were little and good. My husband tried the Picadillo ground beef on a soft taco. He also tried the supreme burrito - chicken. That thing was so heavy. Pictures won't capture the weight of it. He said it was filling, fresh, and tasty! We are already thinking about our next trip back! read more

I love the birria quesadilla! You get a ton of food for a great price. By far my favorite lunch spot.

By far one of my favorite spots in town. The Hot Cheeto Burrito and the Hot Cheeto Fries are the items I would recommend the most. The Papi's burrito is also a solid choice. Their chips and queso are also a perfect side/appetizer to add to your meal. The staff is always very friendly. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor only has a few tables so I would recommend showing up early around lunch time. read more
