I love a good Mexican restaurant, and this one delivers. I live in Washington and was visiting KY for work. Washington has limited good Mexican food, so this place really satisfied my craving. My burrito was delicious, and I was honestly pleasantly surprised. The seasonings were fantastic and everything tasted very fresh and really well prepared. Like most sit down Mexican places, there are tons of options on the menu. I came here with a big group (about 10-12) and the service was great! I was on a business trip, so I came alone and sat at the bar. The bar chairs are too short for the bar (or the bar is too high) and there's an awkward platform that prevents the barstool from being pushed all the way up to the bar. Ambiance was typical of a Mexican restaurant, not too loud, but fun and inviting. Staff were very attentive. Chips and salsa came out right away and were good. I ordered a margarita that was poured from a gallon jug directly into my glass. It was way too sweet and I would not order again. The food came out very quickly and was warm and tasty; portions (and especially meat/filling) were very large. I had plenty enough leftovers for a whole second meal. Had I known the bean dip was nothing more than a large queso with some beans tossed in it we wouldn't have ordered the other queso. It was delicious for sure. There was 3 of us so we ordered the big size of the chicken fajitas and the regular of the steak. One of the things I love about fajitas is they come out sizzling to the table and this didn't happen here. There was more tomatoes and bell peppers than meat which was disappointing to me. I just happened to be meeting a friend in Radcliff & found this Mexican gem on Yelp! The reviews & the menu looked good so we tried it. I got the chicken fajita nachos & they were the best I've ever had! They have a large version & a small one & the small one was enough for me. My friend got the Enchiladas Mexicanas & she said they were awesome! The 3 enchiladas had a different sauce on them so they looked like the Mexican flag. It only took me 30 minutes to get there from my house. The same amount of time it takes to go to the east end to eat. I will definitely be back to try something else delicious! My wife had Flautas Mexicanas with guacamole sour creama and pico de gallo. Her plate looked spectacular, I had Carnitas with tortillas plate, we also ordered a side of Mexican rice and beans as her plate did not come with that. My plate looked pretty plain but the taste was great! Both plates had good portions, hot chips and the usual salsa, good flavor, no heat. The service was attentive and the decor was what to be expected. Looked like a full service bar and we ate Saturday after 12 and it filled up with what seemed like regulars and some new dinners as ourselves. Worth a try! read more

Very pleasant experience here. Radcliff is not the place you'd expect to find good Mexican food. Portions were plentiful, price was fair, flavor was good. This place gets packed and for good reason. However, the wait staff and kitchen keep up despite the crowds. They had the TVs on the sports channels, while I'm not a huge fan of sports, it made for a friendly environment.
