At the start of our meal, we clearly informed our server that we would need three separate checks, and we ordered accordingly. Despite this, our food came out of order, the service was lacking, and some of the food we received was not what we had ordered. We sent back the items that were incorrect, and instead of the situation being handled professionally, the kitchen staff appeared visibly upset with us. One of the most concerning moments involved something as simple as water. Everyone at our table had ordered water, and when we asked for a pitcher for the table, we were given a pitcher of hot water. When we brought this and our other concerns to the staff's attention, the situation escalated. Rather than addressing our concerns, we were told that we were the problem and were asked to leave. Staff also threatened to call law enforcement after we raised our concerns. Beyond the service issues, we were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and found the overall atmosphere far from welcoming or enjoyable. We came in simply expecting a pleasant family dinner and reasonable service. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Based on how our concerns were handled, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I had been wanting to go for quite some time to try the Birria because I heard it is so amazing, and it really lived up to the Hype! Oh, did I mention they have the viral soft serve margaritas!?!?! I got the strawberry, it was so pretty, excellent presentation and absolutely delicious! I will say it was more like a dessert to me and I would have preferred to have it after my meal instead if before but that's just me. We got there between 6:30 and 7:00 and it was really busy, luckily our friends got there first and grabbed a table. They had already had a round of drinks while waiting on us but it took a while for anyone to come over to greet us or refill their drinks but again it was busy and everyone was helping everyone. We ended up splitting the birria platter and still had plenty of food to take home which we just ate last night as leftovers and were still absolutely fire!! I think the egg roll and quesadillas were my favorite over the tacos bc I love the melty cheese. I also ordered a small side of queso which was surprisingly a little spicy which I really enjoyed. They even surprised us when my BIL ordered a small margarita and it came out in a fish glass (see photo). It was so unexpected but also so cute at the same time ... it's really the little things like this that bring joy, okay? LOL This place was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to try it again.

It's nestled in an area known to have a lot of flavor already so just be aware of that. Firstly I will say the folks running this establishment are friendly, kind, humorous and above all attentive. The service has never failed me. The birria is exactly as you'd expect very very well done and consistent. I've had the quesabirria tacos, birria eggrolls and "pizza" also recently the steak quesadilla. All perfectly executed and tasty AF. The environment in the restaurant is vibrant and the decor is elaborate. The prices are maybe a few dollars more than say your average Mexican eatery. $15 for three Quesabirria tacos, quesadilla 18 bucks (too much). In my opinion the birria platter is the best value for first time visitors. Chips and salsa are free and very good. Overall I would definitely recommend Veronica's I've never left feeling like I didn't get my moneys worth or the food wasn't great and this means a lot.

Food truck located on national turnpike across from the speedway and in front of the car wash. The…read morehours here are hard to determine. I've seen them open early hours and late hours in different days of the week while driving in that area. My first two times I stopped in (one on a Monday around 3pm and once on a Friday around 6pm) the truck was there but nobody was manning it. The 3rd time I went I was able to finally get service and try this place out. This is a cash only food truck. So I'll put that out there early for the curious. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my wife ordered a steak burrito. Neither of us ordered a beverage but they do sale cans of soda and bottles of Jarrittos. The food portions were very large and adequately priced at around $9-$11 a plate. Both my quesadilla and my wife's burrito had plenty of flavor and copious amount of cheese. I will pre warn those who may like spicy sauces or may only like stuff with a little kick. There salsa for the quesadilla was very spicy and hot. My wife had verde sauce and said it was even spicier then the salsa. So don't do what we did and go without a beverage. Get yourself a drink! Or if you don't like spicy or hot at all then stay away from the sauces. My only major complaint outside of the inconsistency on availability was we ordered these plates and we weren't given any utensils and they had none sitting out. The wife and I was dining on the small picnic table in front of the food truck. I did finally get the workers attention again and was able to get a plastic fork. However he said they had no knives. Which kinda shocked me and made eating our meals extremely difficult and extremely messy. Now to be fair there was a language barrier. So maybe he didn't understand what I was asking for. But I tried repeating myself several times and he clearly responded we do not provide that. All in all it was a solid experience. Food was pretty tasty. It could use some work with being more consistent and offering proper eating utensils. Also may want to look at a cost effective app or device like square to take credit cards. There is no excuse in this day and age not to accept cards as a form of payment. If I'm in the area and have cash and they are actually open I'll probably give them another visit to sample other items.

The inside is very colorful and vibrantly decorated. A bit on the smaller side but it has a nice vibe. We were able to sit down immediately and received pretty good service. Food came out hot and fast so no complaints there. You do get complimentary chips and salsa which is always a much appreciated expectation I have when eating Mexican. There chips and salsa has a real nice flavor to them too. Very good. For our orders i personally got the Burritos Gigante. It was as the name suggests a giant burrito smothered in queso. The queso was very thin and didn't have much flavor. Wish it was a bit thicker and prominent. But it was more like a brown gravy type texture. The burrito was solid. Had a lot of beef in it and not much else. The beef actually overwhelmed the very thin queso and made it a bit overpowering. My wife got the Burrito Deluxe and said it was Really good and had solid flavor and filled her appetite. My two middle daughters got the kids pizza and said they was just ok. But you don't really expect much from a kids pizza at a Mexican establishment. My oldest got the steak street tacos and said they was just average. She ate about 2/3rds of them before throwing in the towel. Said they were slightly bland but overall she enjoyed them. Overall a nice little establishment with a nice sized menu, good vibes and good service based off our visit. I would be willing to return.
