The barista walks up and without flinching asked the gentleman what he wants to get. He gingerly put the concrete on the counter and replied, "I'll take a coffee, and one for the road." Ok, dad jokes aside this is a cute coffee shop that allows you to leave your own mug if you are a regular and want to have your cup of Joe in your own mug. They have several pastries as well. They have a bar setup to sit down or you can go down the stairs into a very spacious area to sit at a table. There is an area for kids to play as well. I hadn't been here in a long time, and I enjoyed going back to see what was new. They were busy when I went, so that was a good sign. The staff was friendly and kind. I was a frequent customer there for lunch almost every day at $25 + a pop. One day, I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich, but it was before lunchtime about 30 minutes prior. I guess the owner Deborah didn't appreciate my request so I ended up getting a burnt grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't even cut with an attitude from the owner Deborah walk out and handed it to me with an attitude. I've had issues before with the quality of the baked goods and Deborah always told me to make sure I let her know if there's an issue which there was but she was rather rude with her response telling me that her equipment wasn't ready and the next time she'll just tell her girls no to my request. It's a Panini press so give me a break Deb! The girls at the front counter Do a great job but they don't seem to keep people very long. Geez I wonder why. Love this place! The coffee is very good. Try their many Varieties of specialty coffees. I treated my best friend to a coffee flight when she visited and it was a hit. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!!! Drove almost an hour to come visit this adorable bakery. The coffee flights on Instagram sold me. The staff is awesome and a great vibe! You get 4 flights in one. 3 are their standard flavors and 1 seasonal. There are SOOOOOOO MANY options. It was so hard to choose. Some were very sweet but very delicious! It was worth the drive. I actually really enjoyed this coffee shop when I went. I had one experience where the drink just wasn't right and I thought the I were getting a laugh out of it because it was extremely random. I paid for the extra shots that were needed and offered to pay for a brand new drink. I was under the impression that we chalked it up to a weird day and figure it out. Now I will say there was more than once the owner had come across as to myself or my children when they had been in without me. The next time in, I was very much on a breaking point I knew that a coffee would make me feel better. I went in, and I even asked the lady who typically would make my drink like what the difference was because I was laughing about mishap from before. I found out that if the drink had been made the same, so we just kind of thought it was weird it was the owner who was already annoyed when I asked if they were gluten-free options because the reason my husband had to this restaurant was because he was told that they try to have a gluten-free option every single day and in seen one so we just wondering if there something available. afterwards, the owner was very aggressively, letting me know that everything was the same my drink that had previously kind of goofy and she just wouldn't drop it. I ended up leaving in tears because I emotionally could not handle anymore and ended up having a complete emotional breakdown in the parking lot. It was sad when the woman who had come to check on me in the parking lot had told me that she had been told numerous times that the owner was just a really mean person, but everything else great. I will say the teenage girls that work there are absolutely amazing and any business would be lucky to have them in their employment. A super cute little coffee shop and bakery with friendly and welcoming staff! I would definitely recommend coming here just for the coffee. Their coffee is delicious and have a variety of syrups from marshmallow to lavender. Iced coffee automatically comes with lots of ice and you can ask to have your sweetness level adjusted to your liking. Their food consists of a variety of baked goods and sandwiches. I got the grilled cheese but it was a little too salty for me. The food is more like a snack than a full blown meal. I like that the seating area is completely separated from the bakery area where you order food. Their indoor seating gives off some cottage core vibes with the different chairs and decorations. We been hearing about this place on Facebook since they opened and had time to try them out for lunch. They are a large menu and lots of options. I needed caffeine and ordered a sugar free white chocolate truffle drink and my kid ordered a root beer, We settled for the already made meals in the case. We saw some chocolate chips cookies and got those too. We paid and decided to eat there and went down to the seating area. The chicken salad was mayo base with water chestnuts and celery and the croissant bun was soft and deliciousness. The extra greens on the side was a nice touch. I decided to add them to my sandwich to give something extra. My kid liked his Cobb salad wish there was more ranch dressing but we were able to make it work. His favorite thing was the cookie. It was plump and slightly soft with out being mushy just enough crisp on the outside. Not overwhelming sweet but that nice buttery sweet with chocolate chips combination. I caught them just a few minutes before they closed but that was o.k. Made it easier for me to take a couple of pics without anyone to be in the shot without their permission. As of right now it's only getting 4 of 5 as this was my first visit. Friendly people. I tried the moo-latte and the cinnamon struesel. Because they were about to close there weren't a whole lot of choices as they make one batch of things on Saturdays and when it's gone, it's gone. The manager said they change the items regularly. During the week they open early and get a good crowd throughout the day. My drink was pleasant. I'm a bit picky so I may have to try a few more times before making a big decision on whether or not I'll be a regular. Sure fire way to make me a regular:1) F&B so good it's worth paying extra, 2)rewards program, 3)mil discount ;) I'll forego 2 & 3 if #1 is fulfilled. Coffee is sickly sweet, not much coffee flavor. The "famous" Banana bars didn't have much banana flavor and the frosting was quite greasy. The staff was indeed friendly and inviting which was the ONLY plus. Here's the real kicker I came across a photo on Pinterest of a sandwich that I recognized from TGB FB page. I looked into it further and almost every single photo used to promote their lunches are not theirs at all nor is any credit given to the original blogs/recipes and a few watermarks were cropped out. That's low. Went through the review section and sure enough there was one person who shared a side by side of a salad they recieved against what was advertised. TGB defended themselves saying the advertised picture was "before they mixed the salad" but It's not their picture at all!! Pretty deceitful if you ask me. read more

First had this Bakery's delicious cookies at a conference. Went with a friend to their location. What a cute environment. They only have almond milk as a milk alternative. Being lactose intolerant and nut allergy suffer I was disappointment. So if you're one of those people that have to have soy or oat you may want to take your own milk. I priced a cookie cake while visiting. Assistant manager told they could do it. Since it was an 8 inch cookie cake it would have border and writing. Next day I called to order. I asked them if they could put a dusting of icing across the top before they put the border in writing. To my surprise they declined my business. I asked to speak to the owner/baker. They wouldn't take my call. I asked them to write down my number and see if they would mind giving me a call when they found a moment. Never heard a word. I wrote them personally and they responded.
