    Bowl - El Gringo

I wasn't expecting to be as blown away by Hubspoke Kitchen as I was, but wow, this is how you do takeout right! This space is massive and they have almost every kind of cuisine you could want. We picked up a few items from frozen to have later, but also got a some meals to eat for dinner that night, and it was all delicious! They even had samples being handed out by the door of some of their soup and cornbread, which was a really nice touch (and also a good appetizer since you can't dine in). I wish I lived and worked closer because this is a super convenient option to have nearby with quality food! Totally a hidden gem that I'm glad I stumbled upon.

Bottom of a Garlic Bread with Cheese

I ordered from Citta Pasta . This was a delivery order. Cons, I do not like the way they split the pasta and sauce. The sauce was on the bottom of the bowl and the pasta was on the top in a different container. When the food arrived, the pasta was all stuck together. I would rather have the sauce mixed together. The garlic bread with cheese was burnt. It wasn't able to eat it. i'm not sure about the bread pudding is in between a pro and icon. The con is that it arrives cold. The menu says it's hot, but it arrives cold and refrigerated. It comes in a metal container where you heat it up in the oven. did not have a sauce or anything to put on top. Did not have much flavor. Pro I really like the Pomodoro sauce. I thought it was very flavorful and tasty. I really enjoy rigatoni and you can't find that at restaurants. The bread pudding was moist and not dry. But it did not have much flavor. I honestly am not sure if I would order from here or not. I might give it another chance.

Harvest salad with grilled chicken added

I was a fan! It's take out only which I wish they had posted on their website but luckily I had ordered online anyways and wasn't going to go dine in. Also the ordering online gives no options to leave notes such as "toast the sandwich" (booo). We ordered from the first menu- got a salad and a focaccia. The focaccia sandwich is massive! It fed my husband for lunch and we both split the other half for dinner. It's insanely huge and totally with the $14. My harvest salad ($10)was also very good, I added the chicken ($5) which was flavorful and freshly cooked. It also was a very good size. Please read the descriptions do not go by pictures. The picture of the salad I ordered had apples or pears on it. It did not come with these- it wasn't in the description either but I was fooled by the picture. I will definitely try more.

Always delicious, a little pricey, but come on. It's worth the money so just give them the business.

We just moved to the area looking for good pizza. Whoa! The Detroit Shroom was unlike anything I ever had. Every element was perfect! I literally could only eat 1 slice. So filling. Also ordered a custom salad again perfect! Everything was very fresh. Staff were friendly. Best to order on line.

Cheesy Cheeeesy Burger with Mac & Cheese Bites and fries

We got take out from Hubspoke Kitchen, and everything our party tried was delicious! They have a wide variety of food to choose from, which makes for a perfect evening if everyone can't decide on one cuisine. I went with the cheesy burger off the way back menu with an order of fries. We also split the Mac and cheese bites which were awesome! My friends got tacos off the Taculto menu, and they were large and full of meat and toppings! Everything was made to order quickly and fresh right when we picked it up! Definitely worth a visit!

If convenience is your thing then HubSpoke is one stop shopping and eating for you. Not horrible pizza at all, but you can get better elsewhere in Wallingford. I would go back to try the fresh pasta they have in the retail area.

Excellent food and convenient. I accidentally duplicated my order and they called to clarify rather than send me two.

We arrived early on, what I thought was off hours and ordered in person, the wait time was 4 hours. I don't live far so it was easy to come back. The dining area is tight and pretty basic, so plan on wooden bench in limited space if you are dining in. I would also recommend calling way in advance with your order. As far as pizza goes, I have had the opportunity to sample most of the high profile places and understand why this place deserves to be on the list. The crust is pretty fantastic and overall a really good pie. When we went, there was no line. The grab and go was super simple, cash only. Order ahead, plan accordingly, and enjoy.

However, if an alien came down from space and demanded to try pizza the way God intended on Earth - this is what I would offer them. Everything about the select, eons-old, real, coal/New Haven style pizza scene in CT excites me - my apologies to the more talked about names in New Haven - this tomato pie is the best. The 105+ yr old building gives off condemned chop shop vibes, but holds within its skinny and lengthy beauty a throw back dining room and a pizza kitchen down the corridor that holds a beautiful oven that looks like it was used to make musket balls during the Revolution. The owner/chef and phone operator/expediter are the two lone employees - accessible, personable, good humored, and flat-out-busy. You must call ahead regardless of dine-in or take out (I didn't at 1115am on a Saturday and thankfully only had to wait 45min due to where I was in the cue) and let them know approximately when you'd like your pizza - then they'll tell you when you will get it. Go with it. Trust the process. It's worth it. While I enjoy the "dine in" experience better down on Wooster Street and its satellite affiliates, this pizza, especially the tomato pie, blows them out of the water. I cannot wait to take every person I know here and impress the hell out of them. Amazing. 5 stars isn't enough.

I ordered a large cheese pizza, and it has to be one of the best I've had in a long time. The crust was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of char, not greasy at all, and every bite was packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every pie they make. It's that kind of pizza where you immediately know you'll be thinking about it later. Honestly, I wish my wife and kids were here to try it with me--they would've loved it. I'm from California, and I can say I haven't had many pizzas back home that compare to this. It's that good. In fact, I ended up coming back a second time before heading home because I just couldn't pass up another chance to have it again. That alone should say everything. On top of the amazing pizza, the employees were friendly and welcoming, and you can tell it's a family-owned business that takes pride in what they do. That kind of atmosphere makes the experience even better. If you're anywhere near the area, I highly recommend stopping by Fuoco Apizza. Whether you heard about it from Barstool or not, it absolutely lives up to the hype. You won't be disappointed.

We drove to New Haven and were eating our pizza in less time at one of the more popular/well-known places. Seating is almost a waste of time. Maybe there's enough seating for 25 people?! You need to get to know the people next to you because you're basically at the same table. Prices are shockingly high for what you get. With the sheer amount of pizza-places within a 2-10 mile radius of Fuoco - you're better off giving another establishment a try. Try Half-Moon in Wallingford. The pizza is delicious, less of a wait time and there's actually room to eat and relax.
