    Car is fine... dealer, not so much.

    I should have read other customer's feedback first. Watch out for this place. A bit "questionable". Bought an EV with them last week. Turns out they took the charger out of the car. We called to ask them to make it right. Sorry, deal is done... nothing we can do. Unethical. Stay away.

    WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION POST FOR JACK HUSTAVA!!! **Long post but worth the read!** As someone who has worked in customer service for over 12 years and finance for nearly 7, I make it a point to treat all of my customers like family and help them through stressful times, ESPECIALLY when money is involved. Jack Hustava did just that for me! Earlier this week I was day dreaming about a new truck as due to physical health issues my car needed to go. It was becoming very painful and nearly impossible to get in and out of my car. As someone who likes to have her ducks in a row I began researching and was presented with WORLD CLASS SERVICE. What is World Class Service? To me it is being the best of the best. Some of the components I look for are Dedication, Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Personalization. Jack did this and more for me. Below are some examples: Dedication/Personalization/Respect/Compassion: Jack was not pushy but he was dedicated to ensuring I got what I needed and what I could afford. He emailed me and asked if I could come in or if we could speak on the phone. I am sick and have laryngitis and can barely speak. I also live pretty far away. Jack immediately took this into account and did just about EVERYTHING for me via email. Application, credit checks, looking at diff vehicles, EVERYTHING. He told me he did not want me coming out in the cold if I did not have to and that means a lot. I could tell Jack saw me as/cared about me as a person, not a number. Jack truly cares about people and wants to help. Also it was after 5PM when I got to the dealership which is about 45 mins from my house. I told them I had to be somewhere by 8. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Jack kept telling people I had somewhere to be and ensured I was out on time! I told him if I came in I wanted to take a vehicle home that same day due to the distance I had to drive...He ensured that happen and I now have Storm! Integrity: I am aware that there are not honest people in this world. While I am an optimist I am also not naive. Two places I make a point to never go alone is to a mechanic or a dealership as unfortunately people take advantage of women or the elderly who may not know any better. Jack could have been a predator and sold me the most expensive thing on the lot just because. He did not. In fact, he and his awesome colleague Nick in Finance worked magic, went toe to toe with the banks, and was able to knock my negative equity (over 5k) down to $0 and got me in a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for WAAAAYYYYYYY less than I ever expected. They fought for me without me even asking. I also walked out of there with AWESOME warranties, free car washes, and paid LESS THAN HALF of the down payment I intended on paying even with less than sparkling credit. Speaking of that negative equity, they knocked $550 off of my trade in. Visit their website PRIOR to going in and have that offer emailed to you. Also I only got 1 credit inquiry on my credit! Their integrity is the best I have ever seen. Hubler Nissan is a place I would send my grandmother for a vehicle if she were still here as I trust them just that much! When I woke up on Friday I was curious about a new vehicle but never dreamed I would have one. Jack Hustava and Hubler Nissan FARRRRR exceeded my expectations. Don't walk, don't run, FLY over there. They were my Christmas Miracle, let them be yours too! Tell them Elisha/Lish sent you! PS: Their inventory is AWESOME! They use great precision in ensuring they present you with the best vehicles!

    The most rudest people in the service department do not go to this dealership. There better options in central Indiana.

    This place actually looks out for your best interest and will get you in a great car, I recommend!! Ask for mike with the good hair

They told me that they could fit me in the same day. I drove up there and told them that I would wait for the vehicle. in their customer waiting area. Their waiting room is adequate. They have free wifi, television, coffee and soda. It is not other comparable service centers, that have their own cafe that serves complimentary food. There are lounge chairs and workstations available. The staff there is nice, but I am not comfortable with some of their practices. I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they would diagnose the issue with my vehicle for a fee. When it was all said and done, they completed my vehicles recall, and told me that they think they diagnosed my issue, but it would cost $500 to fix. And get this, the fix may not even work. So, that costs me over $90 to tell me that something is wrong with my truck and they could try to fix it for $500 more dollars, but no guarantees. I was floored. To add to my issue, I did not get a print out or any documentation of what they found (mind you I paid $94) so I could take it elsewhere and see if they could repair the issue they found. I left with my vehicle that my or may not be able to be fixed according to them and a receipt for absolutely nothing.

I was surprised to find very little on the lot. Toyota has put a hold on any new Prius, and there were no new Rav4s to test drive. I was told I could leave $1000 deposit and if a car came in that fit my description, that I could reserve it. I know car shopping has changed, but it's hard to make a $40,000 decision and waste several months waiting, when you can't even test drive the car. I'm not blaming Beck for the unfortunate lack of inventory but I don't see how Toyota will keep customers. I'm giving the service department 4 stars here. But I had to go elsewhere to get my new car.

The staff at the desk was friendly but a week after we took the car home my wife noticed a noise coming from the drivers side wheel . Apparently/ the service tech did not tighten the lug nuts . Just blessed that when my child and wife were driving around Brown County State park that a disaster didn't happen or on the way to the park on 135 . Also, they were supposed to change the cars filters well I opened the hood and based on the number of leaves there is no way it has new "filters" as the receipt shows I paid for . So when I called before I found out what the issues were to notify Hubler they said the next apt was 2 weeks . Well this was a giant red flag that they just don't care about long time customers. I forgive who ever made the mistake but you need to seriously make some changes.

The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

Stan noted my accnt I verbally gave him permission to run a transaction but I never spoke to Stan and did not believe he was a real person. I followed up with AIF and was told by Kristina Lawson that she would have a manager reach out to me but a few days later said its not the company policy for managers to speak with customers in these situations where an employee runs a fraudulent transaction using the customers card info. Kristina repeatedly said in repsonse to my concerns about the fraud "you are angry" and "just pay". I reminded her of the serious nature of these crimes since AIF is a business/ that I had requested to speak to a manager at least 1 week prior. Kristina said she handled the employee, I didn't need a manager,just pay. The same employee who did the fraud Stan just answered the phone 2 days ago after Kristina handled him he still works there. I am forced to give them more financial infor after the bank said not to because AIF has already proved to be dishonest/ won't address their actions that are fraudulent/other secure ways to pay that does not result in the bank closing my account. This has been going on for over a month and they still refuse to let me speak to anyone except kristina Lawson and Stan, the employee who ran the fraud transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM CARPLEX!!! If you are in a bind with finanaces/credit, I promise they will make the situation worse doing things like this against you, how will you be able to go to another loan provider? Don't go to Carplex in the first place/DO NOT deal with American International Finace. If you see Kristina Lawson name clutch your pocketbook/RUN. Close your bank accounts before Stan can get to them. Anybody can be grateful for a second chance at anything especially a second chance at something invovling credit but what is the true cost of a second chance? Usually its higher interest rates; not fraud.
