    Obvious panel peeling
    Cierrah M.

Car needed to have all 3 black trim panels replaced around the window/door. They took photos and set up a time to bring in. This service can only be done during the week. Was told service was completed and picked up the car. Next morning realized only 2 panels were replaced ( technician must have not had glasses on to see the other panel). So another trip back to Hubler to get that panel replaced. I looked carefully this time just to make sure work was done. This was on a Thursday. Go to store on Friday and try to open the door and guess what! The door now doesn't open from the inside or outside! Saturday back to Hubler for the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks and no one is available to fix the door because they don't do this on the weekends!! So now I have been inconvenienced traveling to Hubler for the 4th time, trying to find a way to get to and from work, and paying the driver gas money to haul my ass around because got for bid they give you a rental while they fix something that they broke to begin with! You would think that they'd take pride in customer service and complete the job the first time. That explain why Hubler on had a 2.5 star rating, I would give them a zero but that's not an option on here. By the way, my car is only 3 years old, and I've had to bring my car in multiple times after having service performed to get something fixed that was broken by the technicians. Don't plan on going to Hubler for any other services anymore.

I got my vehicle serviced here. I do not have any experience with the sales or parts departments. My experience with the service department far exceeded my expectations. They were easy to deal with, communication was awesome and were very friendly. They were expecting me at my scheduled appointment time and they checked me in almost as instantaneous as I pulled in. They offered to give me a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off, but I had a ride already arranged. Their waiting room is very nice. It is spacious, socially distanced and has a few areas that you could set up to work while you wait. They also have a cafe that serves complimentary breakfast/lunch and has free drinks and snacks as well. I had the breakfast quesadilla while I was there and it was not bad at all. There is also free wifi, which is becoming the standard everywhere. I had a ton of service to do which was completed in a day and a half, as promised. The prices were exactly as quoted and there was no extra or hidden charges.

I have leased and purchased my last two cars from here. I also use them for service. When I test drove my last car, they let me keep it overnight and take it home so I could make sure my mom who is disabled could get in and out of the front seat easily. I also drove in one time at like 7:30am because one of my tires was low and the two gas stations I stopped at didn't have working air machines. They aired up the low tire and topped off the rest for no charge. My only complaint is that it does consistently take 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. They have a free cafe that offers breakfast, lunch, and snacks which is nice. I was wary of eating chicken salad from a car service place but it wasn't bad.

    Misleading car dealer price.

I'm really disappointed in this dealership. I have been looking for a hybrid or electric vehicle for two months. Saw a Chevy Blazer EV online for $24,065. Called, talked to a person about the vehicle, made an appointment to come in and drive. Arrived and was assigned to Jason. We went to his sales desk to discuss the Blazer EV and I said I was looking for this one with the discount and showed it pulled up on my phone. He said there was no way they had that vehicle made a call and then basically laughed at me saying it was an online error. I sat quietly for a moment, he took some photos of it pulled up on my phone, and then I said well ok thank you and left. My questions are - why didn't they offer to show me other EVs in that price range? Do they not want to sell EVs for political leanings? Perhaps Jason doesn't? No one in that dealership made an attempt to earn my business at any of their locations for any of the car brands they represent. Disappointed to say the least.

If I don't have tape on it the door will stay open like this!

I was surprised to find very little on the lot. Toyota has put a hold on any new Prius, and there were no new Rav4s to test drive. I was told I could leave $1000 deposit and if a car came in that fit my description, that I could reserve it. I know car shopping has changed, but it's hard to make a $40,000 decision and waste several months waiting, when you can't even test drive the car. I'm not blaming Beck for the unfortunate lack of inventory but I don't see how Toyota will keep customers. I'm giving the service department 4 stars here. But I had to go elsewhere to get my new car.

The staff at the desk was friendly but a week after we took the car home my wife noticed a noise coming from the drivers side wheel . Apparently/ the service tech did not tighten the lug nuts . Just blessed that when my child and wife were driving around Brown County State park that a disaster didn't happen or on the way to the park on 135 . Also, they were supposed to change the cars filters well I opened the hood and based on the number of leaves there is no way it has new "filters" as the receipt shows I paid for . So when I called before I found out what the issues were to notify Hubler they said the next apt was 2 weeks . Well this was a giant red flag that they just don't care about long time customers. I forgive who ever made the mistake but you need to seriously make some changes.

They have free wifi, television, coffee and soda. It is not other comparable service centers, that have their own cafe that serves complimentary food. There are lounge chairs and workstations available. The staff there is nice, but I am not comfortable with some of their practices. I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they would diagnose the issue with my vehicle for a fee. When it was all said and done, they completed my vehicles recall, and told me that they think they diagnosed my issue, but it would cost $500 to fix. And get this, the fix may not even work. So, that costs me over $90 to tell me that something is wrong with my truck and they could try to fix it for $500 more dollars, but no guarantees. I was floored. To add to my issue, I did not get a print out or any documentation of what they found (mind you I paid $94) so I could take it elsewhere and see if they could repair the issue they found. I left with my vehicle that my or may not be able to be fixed according to them and a receipt for absolutely nothing.

He assured us it was a good car and that he would drive it. I make an appointment and go there. Test drive the car and he let us know the sway link on the left side was broken. No biggie. (Actually both sway links were broken). He said there was no engine trouble at all, just the O2 sensors needed to be replaced. Once again I thought, no biggie. 5 minute $100 fix. I'm not sure what happened between the test drive and the drive home. Because we BARELY MADE IT HOME. Single mom here who used every dollar saved to by this car and it sits in my drive way. He assured me that he had to disclose all problems even though it was an as is sale it was still their policy. He said the car has been looked over and even had a fresh oil change. (LIE) So far the fuel pump is bad, the MAF sensor bad, fuel filter bad, both O2 sensors bad, both sway links bad, EGR valve bad, camshaft position sensor bad, and now I am still trying to figure out why this car won't run. Looking at EGR and Purge Valve sensor along with the Engine Control Computer AND the intake manifold. I literally have no idea what he did to this car to make it run while I test drove it. But it was night and day difference 1 minute into the drive home. We actually had to pull over at the big lots a 1/4 mile away. For transparency, I asked twice questions I had for the mechanic. Both Mario and the guy at the desk acted like they were trying to reach the mechanic and he was unavailable. And they were unable to answer my questions cause "they didn't know", but still reassured me this was a sound car. Edit: Spoke to the owner today. She had zero accountability for the car problems and the ongoing list of problems with a car I got to drive for 45 minutes home. (Barely making it home) She was very rude and seemed more concerned that I left a bad Google review than the fact that her workers are lying to single moms. I made it very clear I was putting every dime I had saved to buy this car. Not care was given. She stated since I had another mechanic come and look at the car here at home. (It doesn't move, of course I had to have someone come here) that she couldn't do anything to help because once another mechanic touches it after it leaves there they don't know what they do to it. Yes the mobile mechanic came and further sabotaged the car that didn't run for 24 hours. Comical. I offered to change the Google review if there was some accountability. None was offered. BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT. TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU. I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO THIS CAR TO MAKE IT PASS A TEST DRIVE, BUT IT CHANGED FASSSSSTTTT!!
