    I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about my recent experience at Indy Honda. Saturday July 26th I went to test a drive a Honda CRV, it was already sold. The salesman did not push a different car on us, instead he had me test drive a hybrid and let me sit in one that had leather seats. CRVs are a hot item currently so buying one is not really easy. But I had my heart set on a CRV. They kept me updated on when they were getting one and I was able to purchase one 8/1/2025. Jon Frenze (I believe that's his last name) went above and beyond for me. I am expecting so a lot of waiting around or talking in the heat wasn't good for me so he made sure to have as many conversations inside as possible. Then Peter, the manager the night we purchased the car, gave my husband and I small gift as a congratulations for expecting. All in all all of the staff I talked to, heard talking to other customers, and interacted I was very impressed and over all happy. Thank you Indy Honda for helping me buy my dream car!!! If you are looking for a Honda, Indy Honda is truly the place to go. Next time I'm on the market for a new Honda, I won't go anywhere else.

They told me that they could fit me in the same day. I drove up there and told them that I would wait for the vehicle. in their customer waiting area. Their waiting room is adequate. They have free wifi, television, coffee and soda. It is not other comparable service centers, that have their own cafe that serves complimentary food. There are lounge chairs and workstations available. The staff there is nice, but I am not comfortable with some of their practices. I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they would diagnose the issue with my vehicle for a fee. When it was all said and done, they completed my vehicles recall, and told me that they think they diagnosed my issue, but it would cost $500 to fix. And get this, the fix may not even work. So, that costs me over $90 to tell me that something is wrong with my truck and they could try to fix it for $500 more dollars, but no guarantees. I was floored. To add to my issue, I did not get a print out or any documentation of what they found (mind you I paid $94) so I could take it elsewhere and see if they could repair the issue they found. I left with my vehicle that my or may not be able to be fixed according to them and a receipt for absolutely nothing.

I was surprised to find very little on the lot. Toyota has put a hold on any new Prius, and there were no new Rav4s to test drive. I was told I could leave $1000 deposit and if a car came in that fit my description, that I could reserve it. I know car shopping has changed, but it's hard to make a $40,000 decision and waste several months waiting, when you can't even test drive the car. I'm not blaming Beck for the unfortunate lack of inventory but I don't see how Toyota will keep customers. I'm giving the service department 4 stars here. But I had to go elsewhere to get my new car.

The staff at the desk was friendly but a week after we took the car home my wife noticed a noise coming from the drivers side wheel . Apparently/ the service tech did not tighten the lug nuts . Just blessed that when my child and wife were driving around Brown County State park that a disaster didn't happen or on the way to the park on 135 . Also, they were supposed to change the cars filters well I opened the hood and based on the number of leaves there is no way it has new "filters" as the receipt shows I paid for . So when I called before I found out what the issues were to notify Hubler they said the next apt was 2 weeks . Well this was a giant red flag that they just don't care about long time customers. I forgive who ever made the mistake but you need to seriously make some changes.

    As a girl, car servicing is usually a NIGHTMARE. The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

He assured us it was a good car and that he would drive it. I make an appointment and go there. Test drive the car and he let us know the sway link on the left side was broken. No biggie. (Actually both sway links were broken). He said there was no engine trouble at all, just the O2 sensors needed to be replaced. Once again I thought, no biggie. 5 minute $100 fix. I'm not sure what happened between the test drive and the drive home. Because we BARELY MADE IT HOME. Single mom here who used every dollar saved to by this car and it sits in my drive way. He assured me that he had to disclose all problems even though it was an as is sale it was still their policy. He said the car has been looked over and even had a fresh oil change. (LIE) So far the fuel pump is bad, the MAF sensor bad, fuel filter bad, both O2 sensors bad, both sway links bad, EGR valve bad, camshaft position sensor bad, and now I am still trying to figure out why this car won't run. Looking at EGR and Purge Valve sensor along with the Engine Control Computer AND the intake manifold. I literally have no idea what he did to this car to make it run while I test drove it. But it was night and day difference 1 minute into the drive home. We actually had to pull over at the big lots a 1/4 mile away. For transparency, I asked twice questions I had for the mechanic. Both Mario and the guy at the desk acted like they were trying to reach the mechanic and he was unavailable. And they were unable to answer my questions cause "they didn't know", but still reassured me this was a sound car. Edit: Spoke to the owner today. She had zero accountability for the car problems and the ongoing list of problems with a car I got to drive for 45 minutes home. (Barely making it home) She was very rude and seemed more concerned that I left a bad Google review than the fact that her workers are lying to single moms. I made it very clear I was putting every dime I had saved to buy this car. Not care was given.She stated since I had another mechanic come and look at the car here at home. (It doesn't move, of course I had to have someone come here) that she couldn't do anything to help because once another mechanic touches it after it leaves there they don't know what they do to it. Yes the mobile mechanic came and further sabotaged the car that didn't run for 24 hours. Comical. I offered to change the Google review if there was some accountability. None was offered. BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT. TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU. I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO THIS CAR TO MAKE IT PASS A TEST DRIVE, BUT IT CHANGED FASSSSSTTTT!!
