He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Wow! Thank you Yelp reviews for not letting me down and leading me to this awesome place! I'd made…read morean appointment online and had received a confirmation email for the time, but the guy at the front desk didn't seem to know about it. That was not a problem though and they got me in right away. Half an hour later the guy came out and showed me that my car didn't need an alignment but with my heavier tires I need to rotate them more frequently and possibly invest in better shocks. So they didn't charge me anything for even checking the alignment. He said it was usually $25 but there was a special going on for free. Did I already say awesome? Because I meant it! I'm so impressed with their customer service and honesty. Too many places take advantage of unknowledgeable car people and these guys didn't. When I need a future alignment, tires, or any other car fix, this will be my first place to go to and recommend. Their waiting room and free internet is also a bonus! They were cleaning the windows when I arrived and it showed they take pride in their facilities, which is always a good sign.

We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!

So with my discount in hand I gave them a try because with Costco behind them how bad could they be? So yep .... It was great! Very knowledgeable, efficient and quick to repair and give estimates. I received a text with a link to approve each item (I had requested they look at my brakes because I had issues with them so wasn't just there for the alignment). I appreciated the knowledge from the receptionist and not being put on hold so they could ask a mechanic too and they could communicate by text and not just emails or phone calls throughout the day. Very efficient way of doing business in today's age. Definitely will use them again The only thing I'd like to mention is I had to request photos of what they saw / were talking about in regards to replacing other brakes whereas other places send pictures with their estimates. It would of saved time just adding it to an already super efficient system they already have for estimates (pics were able too easily add later so I could verify what they were saying) rather than having to call for them. My A/C was still blowing cold--the clutch was just squealing, and I couldn't stand the noise anymore. I supplied the replacement part myself, and after giving them my vehicle's year, make, model, and engine information, I was quoted $520 for the installation and refrigerant recharge. I agreed to the price and dropped the car off. The next day, they called and said there would be an additional charge because they "weren't aware" of the type of refrigerant my car uses. This was frustrating because they had all of my vehicle information before I even brought it in. Suddenly, the new price was $750. I told them I needed some time to think about it and would call them back. About 5-10 minutes later, they called again and said the compressor clutch bolt was seized and that I would need an entirely new compressor. My options were either to replace the compressor or have them reinstall my old one. No pricing was discussed during this call, so I told them to just put my original compressor back on. A few hours later, I called to see if my car was ready, and they acted like it had been sitting there waiting for me. Then they told me the bill was $390. They eventually agreed to $300 cash, but here's the problem: my A/C worked when I brought the car in, and now it doesn't work at all because they evacuated the refrigerant and never recharged it. I understand to an extent paying for labor. But charging me $300 after leaving my car in worse condition than when I dropped it off is unacceptable. Their labor rate is $130 per hour, and the timeline of the phone calls doesn't seem to support three hours of labor. A little understanding, detailed communication, & customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, they earned $300, a one-star review, and lost a repeat customer.
