My first car was a Honda Accord, and my most recent one was a Honda Accord (with many other cars in…read morebetween). I recalled bringing my 2023 Honda Accord to Right Honda for some service, which was a was an easy transaction, and they did all I needed to ensure I got top notch service and my issue resolved. While I hadn't been back since, I have driven by Right Honda multiple times over the last three years, and recently, I had ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. This past Spring, I was surprised to get a very generous offer to sell my three-year old Honda Accord to Right Honda in Scottsdale. I stopped by the dealership very much prepared to walk away as I had no desire to spend more money, and I still owed a bit on my Honda. Ironically, I found my exact same Honda color, make, and model as of my 2023 but now as a 2026. The amount I would receive from Right Honda for a trade-in would take care of anything I owed on my previous Honda and a significant chunk (the majority) of my new Honda. They also offered to provide me a new cargo mat since I had one in my previous vehicle. While I appreciated the dealership, my salesperson, the manager I interacted with, and the service staff I worked with, I did learn some valuable lessons. First, I shouldn't have taken the new car in my possession when they didn't yet have the tint installed along with the new cargo net. Both additions required four visits total even as they kept forgetting or not being able to complete the service they planned on providing me. It seemed that the sales department and the service department didn't talk to each other. I also learned to double check appointments as the manager made an appointment but the service team didn't know anything about it nor did I receive a confirmation. I also received an e-mail after making the purchase where four services totaled $280, but no one ever outreached to me about it nor did I find anything when I clicked on a link in the e-mail. Very confusing! Ultimately, everything I was offered was honored (including filling my gas tank, lending me a loaner during the time I was getting service, and more). I certainly appreciate the great deal to talk me into buying a new car (especially after a new dog got the best of the old car's back seat). I will give Right Honda a try for service again in the future, and I recommend others to try out Right Honda for a local Honda dealership.

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

I spent two weeks trying to schedule the right appointment, only for the technician not to show up and for me not to be notified, wasting several mornings and other people's time changing plans I'd already made. Then, after getting the car fixed, I couldn't open the hood normally. I had unanchored wires inside the engine bay. I had a front bumper damaged after that, and a sensor that goes off while I'm driving, saying my hood is still open. It's so sad how hard this dealership has fallen off. Do not come here. Management does not care about you. Update: I tried calling several times, John Hale didn't pick up, and I wrote an email documenting everything. Being based in California, I was also pretty hesitant about buying a car out of state from Bell Lexus in Arizona, but David Jensen completely changed my mind. Right from the start, David never made me feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what features and packages actually mattered to me, and he was completely transparent about both the car and the pricing. Finding a 2026 Lexus RX 450h+ locally was a nightmare--dealerships across Northern and Southern CA (and even NV) acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me. Half of them didn't reply to emails, took days to return calls, or refused to give a written quote. David, on the other hand, was lightning-fast with his responses over text, phone, and email. What stood out the most was that he didn't disappear after the deal was signed. He kept me updated while finance finished up, walked me through the shipping process from Arizona, and even made sure I knew exactly what to do for California DMV registration. After buying several cars in CA over the years, this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free experience. If you're looking for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and reach out to David Jensen at Bell Lexus. He's as genuine as they come, and he's definitely my go-to guy for any future purchases.

1 STAR -- BUYER BEWARE! $25,000+ IN REPAIRS AFTER JUST FOUR MONTHS!…read more Millennials, remember the movie Matilda? Remember her dad, Harry Wormwood, who sold people cars that looked great on the lot but were absolute disasters underneath? Well, unfortunately, that's exactly what our experience with this dealership has felt like. Four months ago, my husband decided to surprise me with a Range Rover. I was BEYOND excited! We went to the dealership, saw the vehicle, and everything seemed wonderful. What was supposed to be an amazing surprise quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. The car drove properly for approximately THREE WEEKS. Shortly after purchasing it, we started noticing some unusual behavior. We then left town for an extended holiday, which meant the vehicle wasn't even being driven for a significant portion of the four months we've owned it. Fast-forward to today, and we're facing OVER $25,000 IN SUSPENSION REPAIRS. Yes. You read that correctly. Twenty-five THOUSAND dollars. And what has the dealership offered to do to help us? Absolutely nothing. No assistance. No meaningful resolution. No willingness to help make things right. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that our salesperson mentioned that the previous owner had traded in the vehicle because of a sensor issue they didn't want to deal with. Looking back, that information raises some serious questions for us about what the dealership knew regarding the vehicle's condition before selling it. We trusted this dealership to sell us a reliable vehicle. Instead, four months later, we're left with a Range Rover facing a repair bill so substantial that the vehicle has effectively lost its value to us. I understand that purchasing a pre-owned luxury vehicle comes with risks. But I also believe that a reputable dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and make some effort to help when a customer experiences a catastrophic mechanical issue almost immediately after purchase. Our experience has been the exact opposite. So, unless you're looking to star in your very own sequel to Matilda, I would strongly encourage you to think twice before purchasing a vehicle here. Because apparently, we bought our Range Rover from Harry Wormwood himself, and now we're the ones stuck with the bill. BUYER BEWARE.

Maybe I have been unlucky in the past, but I have never been treated this well at a car dealer. Here are the high points: -Transparent -- told me about the vehicle history, history of the price, and frankly told me how low their bottom line was. -Attentive/Hard Working -- Took video and pictures of the car, within about 5 minutes. At one point, I even had him take a picture of the infotainment system to prove apple car play worked. I am a fairly demanding buyer and Chris went the extra mile. -Patient -- all sales people everywhere are going to express some urgency, but he worked with my timeline of 3 or 4 days. When I finally made my decision to buy, things went into motion very quickly. It wasn't like he made the sale and then left me hanging. Additional requests were handled with the same care as pre-sale.

DO NOT LEASE OR BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!…read more Don't ask me why, but I just leased my third vehicle from these clowns. It is a 2021 Alfa Stelvio and a great car, but a lousy dealership. I am surprised since they are a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. I turned in a 2019 Giulia Quad early on June 22nd and it took Ally (their leasing company) until July 5th to post the $60,600 check. Then on July 12th the payment was "reversed" for some reason. I was told by Ally their check bounced... On July 15th, Ally debited my account in the amount of $1,473 because Ally said I did not turn off Auto-Pay...can't believe it. When something is paid off, shouldn't the payments stop? I have been to the main dealership (Chrysler/Jeep) and spoken to Mo Paracha who has been of absolutely no help. Nor has Chris Nasralla in Finance...the only person worth anything here is Jon Kenny in Service. Since this dealership has been completely unresponsive, I have been in direct contact with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in Dallas (972-536-2900). I have also lodged a consumer banking complaint against Ally for continuing to debit my account after the lease had been paid off. I now have to attempt to get a refund from Ally...and will probably have to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get it. These guys are all thieves...BEWARE!

He went above and beyond his job description by offering real conversation and taking the time to understand my financial limitations or hesitancies; not just maximizing his paycheck. He made sure that I was knowledgeable on what I was signing and understood what some of the dealer jargon meant to a non-dealer-employee. My experience wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable if it weren't for Ben P. from sales. He's only been at this dealership for a week! I highly recommend him. When I was finished with the sales portion of my business transaction, Jordan H. in Finance did an amazing job getting all the numbers crunched and processed. I was in and out of his office in under 30 minutes, and there was no hassle or last-minute attempts to push some alternative service or product onto the contract. Purely a "here are the options and this is what they do, are you interested in this today?" approach to the situation. Much appreciated, from the customer perspective. I even appreciate that he was tailoring the products or services proposed to my specific car. I was able to sign without confusion, and get on my way! All around a great time! When I am eventually going to be looking for another car, I will make sure to include Ben P. and Pinnacle Nissan in the conversation!

It couldn't have been more easier, the gentleman who helped me over the phone was very courteous and professional. After the call, I received an email confirmation and I later went to Pinnacle Nissan on the day of my appointment. Checking in was superb: as I pulled up into the service bay area, I was immediately greeted by an attendant that confirmed my scheduled appointment, handed the keys to him and proceeded to the waiting area. The service bay waiting area is extremely roomy similar to a large hotel lobby. There is also seating options outdoors as I found the air condition to be super ice cold. The waiting area is generously stocked with complimentary amenities: ice cold full size bottled water, variety of packaged snacks, selection of herbal teas, and hot coffee. Super hospital level clean restrooms. There is also a section reserved for small kids if you happen to bring them along. There are full rows of children's books and a few toys in a corner that offers a degree of privacy while you wait with your kids from the other people waiting there. I was initially told by the attendant upon checking in that my service appointment would take 2 hours however I only waited a little over 1 hour. The service department was very busy so there were already over a dozen people waiting in the large lobby size waiting area. The services performed: oil change, tire inspection, 18 point vehicle inspection, and complementary car wash. The tech that helped me check out with my paperwork was Wes Auer. Hopefully you are lucky enough to get him if you go to Pinnacle Nissan service dept as he is extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. This is my first review of Pinnacle Nissan Service department and the experience was EPIC. There is literally nothing they can do to improve their system. If the 5 star hotel Ritz Carlton went into the auto service business, no doubt they themselves would duplicate exactly the type of system that Pinnacle Peak Nissan already use. Thank you to Wes Auer for turning a simple routine car service experience into a positive EPIC final boss level highlight of the day. This place is hands down the highest level of auto service I've had since owning a car at 16 and I'm 46.

I purchased a vehicle here in mid-June. Right away we noticed the a/c wasn't adjusting properly…read more Level 3 out of 6 fan speeds was the highest it went. The lever to drop the 3rd row seat was also broken. Alignment was pulling to the right HARD. I took it to be serviced and they fixed the 3rd row seat lever, but said there was nothing wrong with the A/C or anything else on the 20-something point inspection. I took their word for it, trusting the professionals and hoping they were being straightforward, honest and servicing with integrity. 2 weeks later, I got an alert to service the batteries in the vehicle. I also tried the 3rd row seat lever for the first time since it was replaced, and it very easily snapped off again. I could not get it back in for a service appt right away as I work long hours, beyond their business hours, and work 2 jobs to keep food on the table in this trying economy. I made an appointment for Friday, 8/21, at a closer Autonation (Subaru Scottsdale is nearly an hour away from me), but was told they did not have loaner vehicles and I have to other means of transportation for myself and my 4 kids while my car is being serviced. I had to take my daughter to college at NAU that weekend, came back and made an appt for first thing Monday, 8/24. At that appointment, I was told my warranty expired ~300 miles ago (the distance to and from Flagstaff, ironically). I told them that the battery should not have died that quickly if it was truly "good" when I purchased it. I also advised them that the lever they just repaired broke again, and that the mechanism inside the handle is catching, and causing the plastic handle to snap every time you use it. I had to speak with the GM about it, because the invoice for the AUX and main battery, and the 3rd row seat repair, was over $1000! I'm sorry, but a single mom simply does not have to spend on a car she's had less than 90 days. I said, "You sold me a car with a battery on the end of its life, 2 months in it needs to be replaced, it feels wrong to make ME pay for this when i've only used the vehicle to commute to and from work and get my kids to and from school (all within a 5 mile radius), so I know it wasn't something I did. The battery was bad when I bought it. I also don't feel like I should have to pay for the seat repair when it was broken when I purchased the car, repaired and then broke again." The GM was rude, argued with me over the phone about it, and then hesitantly agreed to replace the batteries, "but YOU will have to pay for the 3rd row seat repair'. $140 for a $5 part and 1 screw to replace it (looked up after, I could've done this myself ), but whatever, I agreed to pay it. Overall, I feel like I was scammed. My A/C still maxes out at 3/6 fan speed, the alignment is still pulling to the right. And I'm afraid to put the 3rd row seat down in fear that they didn't fix the mechanism that is catching and breaking the handle, and it'll probably break again next time I try. This vehicle may not be a "lemon" in the sense that it is non-drivable. But as soon as my warranty expired, it feels like every little thing is falling apart. It is extremely discouraging as a consumer. A little empathy would've gone a long way. If the GM was kinder in our interaction, if he tried to relate on a basic human level and understand why I was so upset, I might feel differently about this interaction. I was told they "could not replicate" the A/C issue, but if you turn the vehicle on and try each fan speed, you can VERY CLEARLY see that it maxes out at 3. Level 4, 5 and "MAX a/c" are all the same as the 3rd fan speed. Sure, this doesn't affect the drivability of the car, but in AZ, when it's over 110, and my kids are sweating in the back seat of a car I purchased less than 90 days ago, it puts a bad taste in your mouth for sure. I thought this dealership was less "sharky" than others, but they sure fooled me. I will not be returning for services here, and frankly, I have buyers remorse now when I was SO EXCITED and happy with my purchase initially. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone who does NOT want to find a 10-point list of things wrong with your vehicle as soon as the warranty expires. Do better, Subaru Scottsdale.
