My story eventually had an ending but I would not say it was happy. So I finally got my furniture although I never got a call they were coming. 5 minutes before they showed up I got a call?? The crew brought it in and I asked if they would stay while I opened it they said no. Wish they had there was a leg completely broken off. I called the driver back and got no answer. Eventually NSD cane out to pick it up and a new one was shipped which arrived in good shape. However it was such a bad experience and delivered so late I can't not look at it and not be reminded of the horrific experience. I can't believe the companies in these reviews use these guys. My delivery was fine. The guys came around 5:15 PM this Monday. They set my mattress nicely and took the old one. But with my mom's delivery, the delivery guys never showed up. It was already 7PM with no news. To call CityPack (they scheduled the appointment), takes 5-8 tries to get to talk to someone. The guy on the phone said to wait 1 1/5 hrs, and nada. It's extremely disappointing. Obviously delays happen but at least call your customers. It's concerning how many bad reviews are on here. The shipping experience was average at best, the third delivery date they contact me about 20 minutes out and quickly transferred the parcel into the house. I was pretty surprised that they wanted me to sign the delivery sheet before the package was inspected, in the end everything was packed well and no damage was incurred. Okay now things they are not good at, Some one lost the shipping information, so the parcel sat in shipping hell until they could track down the paperwork. then they scheduled arrive to occur on a Monday, well MOnday came and went, then Tuesday, no one called and I had to take time from work to be available on site, I followed up on their Website/Phone System which all 3 days it was out for delivery... apparently not. finally, they did contact me and all was resolved. The absolutely worst possible delivery service to work with. They never answer their phone, just keep you on hold for 1.5 hours then they hang up without ever saying a word. They also have an online CHAT system that only responds with "No agents are currently available," no matter what time you try to connect. They scheduled a delivery time, so I stayed home all day to receive the package, you guessed it... they never showed up! They didn't even bother to call, but then again, they had the wrong phone number even though I corrected it several times. In line with multiple reviews here: (1) JC Penney promised the delivery in three business days (October 10) after the purchase (October 5). Not happened. I called JCP customer service on October 14 after I saw that my credit card was charged the full amount of purchase, and they said the item had been picked up by the delivery company on the 9th. To cut the long story short, after numerous telephone calls and emails with JCP (and an inability to cancel the purchase since it was supposedly "shipped"), they claimed that the item could not be located. I told them on October 22 that I was calling my bank to report the charge on my card as fraud and that I did not want to wait any longer as I did not want the item anymore. I received a telephone call for delivery on October 24 with no option to choose the delivery window. According to JCP, the item was supposed to be assembled. Well, it was not. read more

I ordered white glove delivery, did not receive it, and have been given the run around over and over again between both this company and Icon fitness with no resolution. No one follows up, no one schedules the delivery when promised. I plan to report both to the better business bureau as there is SERIOUS shadiness and fraud going on. I am worried I won't get my money back for the assembly I paid for. Will update as I try and will most likely have to contact my bank for assistance. What a joke. You're on hold forever and you are given the option to enter your phone number for a call back. When they finally call back, they put you on hold and then hang up. NSD delivered my Norditrack. They were supposed to call and schedule delivery- they didn't and just texted that they were coming the next day during a 11-3 window. Luckily we are working from home due to Covid.they showed up 30 minutes early, did assemble the machine and took the bulk of the packaging but left a mess in the room including staples and didn't really speak English well so asking for any instruction wasn't really an option. I ordered a set of (2) Husky metal cabinets for my garage on 1/26/22 from Home Depot to have delivered to my home address. It is now 2/22/22 and still no cabinets. The tracking on the cabinets shows they arrived at NSD's Jacksonville Fla terminal on 2/16/22. I live 2 hrs drive from Jacksonville. I assume NSD just plans to delivery them whenever they feel like it. I on the other hand, especially after reading all the negative reviews here I decided to cancel my order through Home Depot. I'm also willing to wager that upon arrival, the cabinets were going to be damaged anyway. I think I just saved myself from another 2 week headache. Ordered vanity from Home Depot. After a week i got an automated call on Thursday jan 17 from NSD stating that the item will be delivered tomorrow and I will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The next day Friday 5 p.m. came around and I never received a phone call so I decided to check the tracking information and it showed the following information. OUT FOR DELIVERY Scheduled Delivery:January 18, 2019 6:13 PM - 10:13 PM Now it's Tuesday , I checked the tracking information this morning January 22 and it said the same thing ....scheduled Delivery:January 18, 2019 6:13 PM - 10:13 PM At 5 p.m. today I checked it again and it stated the following information. DELIVERED Actual Delivery:January 18, 2019 12:00 PM I obviously did not receive the item yet. So i contacted NSD through chat (that's what the website indicates you today) they told me it was delivered. Messaging was then cut off. I contacted Home Depot they put me on hold and called NSD. After a few minutes on hold the Home Depot rep told me that NSD will look into and to call back tomorrow. He continued to tell me that since delivery signature was not required I should just call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am completely dumbfounded how quickly it elevated to me needing to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am going to wait 24 hours and keep my fingers crossed. But if Home Depot doesn't make this right I'm not a happy camper. There is absolutely no chance a delivery was made. Its a several hundred pound vanity , we were home, and i also have security cameras covering every square foot of my property . I reviewed it for that day and obviously nothing. I was at least expecting to see them pull up and drop it and bust it open and put it back on the truck or something but absolutely nothing. ***Update-Friday January 25***: on Wednesday the 23rd I called The Home Depot and they communicated with NSD. Result was the local terminal needs to investigate and for me to wait 72 hours for a response. Suddenly, Friday the 25th, got a phone call from the driver when he was just a few minutes out. Delivery was made today and the shipment is in good condition. I upgraded my review to four stars because ultimately the delivery was made within Home Depot's promised lead times. However NSD really needs to look into they're scheduling/system procedures. If I never got that automated phone call telling me the delivery will be made the next day (when it was not) AND if the tracking information was not updated as status=delivered I would have never been concerned. read more

As others have mentioned, this is unfortunately the company contracted for "white glove" delivery of Nordictrack items. Mine was shipped on 12/6/18, and scheduled for delivery on 1/16/19. As of 1/26/19, it still isn't here. I also received a call flat out telling me when the truck would arrive, with no options for an alternative time. The two-man crew arrived on time, but the truck wasn't able to back up my driveway due to a small patch of ice where it meets the road. After trying three times, the driver told me he had other deliveries to make and needed me to reschedule. His partner got on the phone with dispatch, made some arrangements, and said they'd be back in "two hours, maybe sooner" after dropping off the next item on their list. I cleared the road, picked up three buckets of road sand, and covered my driveway -- it was clear enough for my cars, USPS, and UPS, but I wanted to be safe. Two hours passed. Three hours, four. I texted and called the driver; no response. Called Nonstop's customer service line; got a "please hold" message for half an hour before the line finally just hung up on me. Emailed customer service; received a response the following day telling me I would be getting a call the *next* day to set up a new delivery. No explanation regarding where the driver disappeared to. I have since received one phone call, from an employee in Virginia wanting to know whether anyone from the terminal in Maine had gotten in touch to schedule delivery. I told her no one had, and she said I'd be getting a call that day. Silence since, despite my repeated calls and emails. I'll update this with whatever resolution is ultimately reached, but in the meantime, avoid this company at all costs. They don't care about you, your business, or whatever you ordered. read more

I appreciated the delivery with this company . They were quick and kind. One piece was not put on right but I just told them don't worry about it since it wouldn't effect the treadmill. They were able to cut it to turn the piece around and tape it back up. The treadmill has been making a bit of noise when it passes past that piece but it's not killing me so I dont mind it. They took all trash out and didn't give me any issues. Didn't take them long to put it together at all and they were careful of my walls which I appreciated. read more

They don't answer the phone, their chat line, when it works (which is rare) is of zero use. I've wasted hours trying to get ahold of someone. They never return calls, and they are a week overdue on a delivery with no way to get an update. When I do reach someone via chat (the only way to reach anyone) they always tell me that they can't reach anyone at the terminal so there's nothing they can do to help me. NSD was the "Last Mile" delivery service for the delivery of our kitchen table and chairs. Communication is non existent as I made several attempts to trace the order. The only thing received from them was an email promising to look into the request. One email, no follow up. NSD received the shipment on June 18 and delivered it 2 weeks later on July 2. Why did my furniture sit on a dock for 2 weeks?! Had NSD followed up to the email I would have picked up the shipment. It's only 19 miles away and I've got a long bed truck, no problem. My address was correct, etc. and since this is a piece of furniture there is no way I could have missed it. I was told it was 50 boxes of bricks by them and they needed a crew. Not the case. Maybe there is 50 light light brick veneers in each box that can be lifted by any man. So, you see the size of the delivery and how it did not equal the crappy service I got from Home Depot delivery picks. We had a mattress and box spring delivered and the old one removed. It took a long time from the time it was ordered until it was delivered. I called for delivery information and got an answering machine. It said texting would result in a quicker response. I sent a text and received a response in a timely manner. The day of the delivery, I received an approximate delivery time and a tracking number. I was able to track it throughout the day and it arrived at the expected time. The delivery guys quickly removed the old mattress and box spring and set up the new one. We were pleased with their service. read more

They don't give you the 30 minute courtesy call that they say they're going to which in my case I needed because I had work and needed to organize having someone available to meet the delivery. I paid for room delivery service. They showed up with one delivery person for a sectional couch. Luckily I work from home and have the physical ability to help with the lifting, I had to continually tell the deliver guy to stop as he was causing damage to my door casings and my drywall.
