Waited all day for the scheduled mattress delivery and pick up of my old mattress (having my King size bed stripped of covers and ready to haul out of the house) but they never showed up. When I called 3 times after the scheduled time slot, phone connection "was dropped" 2x and the the 1 answer I got was that they would come at the end of the route that day. But still no delivery. Our delivery from JC Penny was scheduled from the hours of 4:30 - 8:00 pm with a guaranteed phone call 1/2 hour before they arrived. This company arrived at 2:30 with no advanced call. Luckily we were home and were able to accept the delivery. The workers were to place 6he delivery and remove the trash from the deliver. This did not happen. We had to place the two twin sized boxspring and king sized mattress on the frame and remove the trash that the workers were to do. With the amount of money spent we paid for delivery. On August 28, NSD delivered a Home Depot package to my house at 11:30 pm WITHOUT any prior notification to set a delivery date/time. The package was left in the pouring rain overnight. My package was not scheduled to get delivered until September 14 - September 24. I never received a phone call, email, or text message regarding this delivery. I called NSD to complain and was told a manager would contact me back. As of today, no one has reached out to me. This company is horrible and needs new management ASAP. read more

I've been getting the runaround on my order since October 5th, with no helpeful update.

Just a follow up on my NSD delivery. I opened the item and icing on the cake, major damage. The item is around 250lbs and it looks like it was dropped from the back of the truck to the ground. It has a metal frame around the item and that was even bent along with about three other issues. I contacted the seller and it's all set up for a return. I specifically asked who was picking it up and it's a different carrier. So what's the chances when the new item gets delivered it will be NSD. And its being 1 MONTH LATE and they only reschedule the delivery date. Every time I call it's around 15-20 minutes of holding time. And after that they told me it's not their fault. I have been waiting on a delivery since August 13th. It's been in the destination city since August 24th. I have sat at home 2 days in a row now waiting for the delivery, cancelled all of my weekend plans and yet no delivery, no communication, nothing. Home depot delivers with them. I live in rural Los Angeles. One lane, paved road up a hill. Only 2 houses. They did not call ahead as they say they do. They claimed they came to the house but didn't and went back to depot. After calling many times I was finally told the truck was too big for the road. If it was a big rig, yes. I'm on 7 acres. They told me they were transferring to a smaller truck and was told I didn't have to be home. On the way out I saw the truck at the beginning of my road. Didn't call ahead. Large truck but no issues for any other driver. This driver said he would not go up the hill and was about to go back without delivery. He said it's the same truck. My experience hasn't been the best. I was out of town while the company contacted me to do delivery over weekend, which i agreed. Opened the garage for them so they can assemble the machine. When i come home i see its assembled but all the covers that go on machine for cosmetic beauty were not installed. Box was on ground so I figured ill install those covers. Started working on it and it was missing covers and missing screws. I have the machine but it really looks ugly without those covers. It would be nice if installer did tell that it is delivered but missing parts. read more

Poor communication as never set up delivery. I had to initiate after it sat in area for over a week with several phone calls. The delivery driver never contact 30 min in advance like supposed to and left the boxes in my driveway in the rain. I was home the entire time and saw it when I had another delivery arriving as the driver raced out of the driveway to avoid any communication. The product would have been soaked if I hadn't had the other drivers bring into my garage. I would not recommend using this company for any deliveries. read more

Grossly incompetent is how I describe this company. Call them - They never answer. Email them - They never respond after initial email from them. Text - Forget it. I submitted an RMA with Home Depot to return a damaged patio door. That went fine. Now let's get to NSD. First communication from them was to schedule pickup. I detailed the days I was available and what days I preferred. While away on one of the days I was not available, I get a text saying the pickup has been scheduled for the next day. This is another day I am not available. I respond and tell them I am not available and to please schedule on one of the dates I am available. Next day comes.....I get a call from NSD. It's a driver saying he is at my house to pick up the patio door. Why? I am unavailable. He says this happens all the time and he will let his supervisor know. Since then it has been radio silence. I was very unsatisfied with my NordicTrack treadmill delivery today. The box arrived torn apart and not properly handled. Now everything inside the box is exposed and unprotected while it's sitting outside. The movers were also not wearing any masks or gloves which is a huge safety issue and contradicts an email I received stating that they would. Not sure why NordicTrack would want to continue using them unless they're the cheapest and quality and safe delivery is less important. It appears there are many other people here in Yelp who experienced similar issues. In case, someone from NSD is reading this, this is for Tracking Number # 32853856. I also contacted your customer service number (1-833-SHIPNSD) to discuss these issues and left notes with the representative in your Chantilly office so that she can pass on the information to an account manager. She had me on hold for some time while I waited to be transferred to an account manager but she said she was unable to get a hold of them. For this reason, I am writing this to have these issues properly escalated and resolved as I have not received a follow-up call yet as promised. I have already lost several hours documenting and contacting different people while being on hold for very long periods of time. When the delivery team arrived, the issues began almost immediately. Neither one of the two individuals was wearing PPE (gloves or masks) as expected based on the communication from NordicTrack ! This is not only a safety violation of state guidelines but basic professional courtesy during this pandemic. When the treadmill was taken out of the truck, it was placed on a dollie and tilted on its side with the pallet away from the dollie. When the box was lifted in this sideways manner, the heavy items inside (which contain a 22-inch treadmill monitor) could be heard crashing down. The box was clearly labeled as fragile with arrows pointing up and instructing the user to lay it down flat (not sideways). However, it was not handled in this manner. It was eventually laid flat when it was brought to my front door with obvious damage to the box. As seen below, almost all the corners of the box had large tears due to the way the fragile box was handled. This box condition left the treadmill exposed and unprotected upon delivery. Please note the picture which shows a wooden piece leaning on the side of the box which is only for minimal box support. It is bent inward and is the side against which the box was laid when carried on the dollie. Unlike the pallet side, which is still under the box, the sides of the box are not intended to take the full weight of the treadmill which is why items inside were heard banging around when lifted and why the box became so severely damaged. When I took a peek inside the box, there were some signs of scuffs in certain areas (not yet fully unpacked). At the start of the delivery I was handed a piece of paper which provided contact information as well as instructions for signing a Proof of Delivery paper which I did not receive. When I inquired about the paperwork at the end of the delivery, I was told there was no paperwork to sign!? In speaking with your customer service representative, I was told that this paperwork should have indeed been provided to me. In addition, as a result of the delivery, there was a small tear in my 3'x5' doormat from the dolly which went over it. It appears to have pierced the mat and peeled back some of the rubber inside it. I plan to submit a claim on this along with any other damages I may discover as a result of the poor delivery. In short, I am obviously not pleased with how the delivery was handled and am very unhappy with the movers' lack of professionalism. In speaking with NordicTrack, they were equally displeased with how this delivery was handled. In order to have these issues properly addressed, I request that you please have an account manager reach out to me as soon as possible. I want to make sure that these same two movers do not handle any future deliveries to me and that any similar issues do not occur again. read more

This was supposed to be white glove service for a bedroom set. This means they bring everything into the house, unpack it, put everything together and then leave with all the boxes, etc. with them. When they got here, there were two gentlemen, that did not speak good English at all. One of them just asked me to open the garage door so they could put the stuff inside. I told them no it was white glove service, and they had to bring it in the house. I gave them specific instructions where to put dresser in one room and the rest of the furniture in another. They put the dresser in the room with everything else. I had to have them move it. Putting everything together was just OK. Stuff was a little uneven and drawers didn't close correctly. We fix that on our own. to me, this is not white glove at all. read more

The delivery guys called me from my front door to confirm the address. My son, who had been waiting all morning, said he opened the door. They told him there was a problem with the delivery and left. Here's my story... I purchased a vanity from Home Depot back in May that was delivered with mold. Since then, they put me in touch with your company to have the vanity picked up and returned so that I can be refunded. That's where my nightmare began. I received an email to confirm my return via phone or email, which I did, using both methods. I never received a call to schedule. Home Depot opened the case with NSD again - same thing. This has happened for a total of FOUR times. I have called your company's number at multiple occasions - it's impossible to get through to a real person. In the few occasions that I did, I was told dispatch in my location was closed for the day. This was one at 11am. How is that possible? Home Depot representatives have put me on hold and tried to contact your company - most times unsuccessful. When they have, they are told that they will call me back. Never do. I have confirmed my phone number multiple times and answered every single time my phone has rang from any number since May hoping it to be NSD calling. The most frustrating part is that Home Depot is being lied to and told that I have not answered their calls. When the truth is, they haven't once tried to call me. Last week, a rep from NSD said they would let a supervisor know. A few days went by and nothing happened. I called Home Depot again last Thursday and a rep there got in touch with one of your reps who said that they would escalate this and investigate. They said I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. It's now Tuesday and I'm sure by now you are not surprised to know that I haven't heard from anyone. It's come to this point where I feel the need to contact you to let you know how disgusted I am with this service. It's not only embarrassing for your company, but embarrassing for Home Depot.
