This company was set to deliver a kayak for me. I had several issues with this company first of which is the delivery crew was not wearing masks a common scene with some companies unfortunately. The delivered me 2 items both damaged on two separate occasions I'm not faulting them as they could have been damaged before they got ahold of them. When I ordered my 3rd boat they were set to deliver and pick up on a day I had off from work, I made myself wide open as they had delivered one of the items weeks before several days late. I get a call telling me that they would be making the delivery early, I advised the person on the phone that I had scheduled a different day on purpose. She said she didn't care and this is when the were delivering the item to me and to make myself available. This infuriated me she then told me that they would not be picking anything up either something I had discussed in length with amazon. Finally I became so upset at her lack of service I hung up to call amazon. She then called me 5 times in a row within 1 min to which I obviously declined the calls because I was calling amazon as advised. When pulling up my info on amazon I see the designation for the item as undeliverable. So she just decided before I spoke with amazon they weren't going to deliver the item at all. I spoke with Amazon and they ended up taking care of me and sending another company to pick up a damaged item. Then advised they would be escalating this issue. I honestly hope companies like this decide to weed out the negative characters staining the reputation of this outfit. I would not be surprised to know that companies decide to go a different route when deciding who to go with to uphold thier reputations. I know if I managed this outfit I would clean house so to speak. I'm sure not all of the employees are this horrible and I feel sorry that the have to be held at the same level of competence. read more

NSD was the "last mile" delivery service for our new treadmill. I was given a delivery window and told they would call within 30 minutes of delivery, which they didn't. In was at work at the time of delivery but thought that since they would call I could ask them to please put it in the garage and I would take care of it later that evening. Well they did deliver in the time window, but again no call before hand and no notice that it was delivered...my wife walked out of the house to find the box on a pallet just sitting at the edge of our driveway. This is a very expensive tredmill, clearly marked on the box, that they just put down and walked away without telling us was there. After reading other reviews this doesn't surprise me at all but I wasn't given the choice to use them as the delivery service. read more

I have never had such a bad experience with a shipping company. I ordered a loveseat from Amazon and selected Friday 12-3 for delivery. I took the day off from work because I had to sign for delivery. I waited all afternoon in my apartment. Nothing. I called Amazon and talked to Doris who was fabulous. She called the shipping company, turns out to be this "company" and connected me with someone named Judith. She did not apologize, in fact, lied to me twice and hung up on me. I'm stunned these people are still in business. I have no idea if or when my loveseat will ever show up. Lost a day of work because of NSD. read more

We received absolutely no communication for over a week from NSD in regards to our shipment. We received the email from Norditrack saying that our shipment had arrived at the carrier and they would schedule a delivery time. Nothing, for over a week absolutely nothing! Finally they let us know that it would arrive on Wednesday between 2 and 6. Six o'clock rolled around and nothing. Tried calling them but forget that! Put on hold and finally got an automated message saying we'd be called back. Not hardly, no call back at all. Finally arrived the next day because they handed it off to another delivery service. The only bright side to this was Norditrack did give us an additional 6 months on our IFit subscription. Avoid this carrier at all costs if possible! read more

Purchased a $700 kitchen sink that was to be delivered through them, at the terminal for a month and the terminal returned my sink bc they never gave them my address to set up delivery. First, I should say that the guys who actually hauled my NordicTrack treadmill off the truck and into my apartment are SAINTS. They were so nice, and went above and beyond. (They also wore masks because of Covid. Yay!) Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was...confusing. I received an email that I would get a call to schedule my delivery. I got a call, but it said Spam Risk, so I didn't answer it. When I got a voicemail, I tried calling back but then got an automated message. (I thought I'd be speaking to a human to arrange a delivery date and window). Then I got an email giving me a delivery window the next day, and telling me to confirm by 5:30pm that night (a few hours after I got the email). That worked for me. The confirmation email said I'd get a call from the driver 30 minutes before delivery, but again, all I got was an automated call (again, it said Spam Risk, but I picked up), and the automated voice said my delivery had either already happened, or was about to happen. So I went downstairs, there was no treadmill in sight, so I sat on my building stoop and waited (thank goodness for odd, sunny, warm weather in November). Please, please, please improve your communication. It should not be that hard. read more

at 5:30pm, I spoke with Lowes customer service rep to check status of the 165 pound Garden Shed that was supposed to be shipped two weeks ago. Informed that NSD Freight company told her it was supposed to be delivered today, 12/30/19 between 9a-1pm but was a "no show no call"?? ...she didn't know what that meant either, but said the company told her it was rescheduled , to be delivered tomorrow, 12/31. Received call 5:45pm from kind senior citizen saying MY order had been delivered to HIS driveway....same neighborhood, WRONG street and number, not even close!! I called back to Lowes customer service. Told the story to the Rep, waited on hold for very long time, Rep said NSD Freight told her they had ALREADY delivered it (even though their online tracking clearly shows it was NOT delivered/"out for delivery")... but delivered it to wrong address, because that's what THEIR orders said. However, Lowes Rep confirmed several times that she could clearly see the order is supposed to be delivered to MY address! I'm now informed NSD freight refuses to pick it up and deliver to correct address because they already delivered it!!!!!...this is in complete contradiction to the story they told the Lowes Rep an hour ago!! Meanwhile, this poor man has my 6ft x 3 ft Outdoor Shed package sitting in his driveway, and I am being told I have to resolve this myself???? I can't even imagine what would be happening right now if this stranger had not called me? (As well as kinda freaked out that my phone number is obviously on the front of the shipment) THIS WAS NOT MY ERROR....this is a miscommunication somewhere between Lowes and NSD. I am very angry and dissatisfied at this lack of customer service. I have wasted well over 1.5 hours and still don't have a resolution, or my shed, through no fault of my own. Disorganized and slow. My order has been in a warehouse 10-miles from my home for a week. The customer support is useless and borderline rude. On 8-24-12, I received a message that "Your shipment is currently in transit and is estimated to arrive to our local NSD terminal in Fife WA by today 8-27-12." If I could give NSD a zero I would. I have been trying to get them to pick up 2 items for weeks. I received damaged items from Home Depot in two deliveries (manufacturing defect). The second delivery was a replacement for the first. NSD finally showed two days ago but, only took one item and it took the HD resolution team to get them here. NSD said they only had a ticket for one. HD said NSD had a ticket for both. In addition, NSD arrived late. If these items didn't weigh almost 400 pounds each, I would return them myself. Also because these items are very expensive, I have not been able to order a replacement until I get a refund and therefore, I have not had a fully functional bathroom for about 6 weeks. I called HD while the NSD crew was leaving with the first item and I was on the phone for a bit so, NSD had left by the time HD said that NSD will return to pick up the second item after they finish their current stop. I waited all day. Did NSD show? No. I called NSD to ask what happened. They responded with "They were unable to return." I asked them why they would not call me to inform me so that I was not waiting all day. "We were unable to return. We will call you when we have completed working the routes with another date". Could I be on the list for tomorrow? "No, we will call you when we are done working the routes." Can you promise to return next week the and be on time? "We will call you when we are done working the routes." . 10 hours phone time and counting on this plus, the time out of work and I still have one of the broken items in my living room. This past week I could have been home anytime for the pickup and NSD knew this and did not avail themselves of the scheduling flexibility I was offering. The last thing that NSD said to me before the last we are working the route spiel 2 days ago was" You're the one who needs a 7-11 slot, right?". I do now. Really NSD, is sarcasm required b/c I need a morning slot so I don't need to request a full day out of work where I can only give my boss notice the afternoon before? Never again. read more

These guys are fucking ridiculous. Ordered my Gladiator Shelving from homedepot.com and they used these clowns to do home delivery. It's a 100 pound metal shelving with 4 tiers each rated for 2000 lbs for the garage. It is made with metal with welded wire and they manage to break the cross beam that support the shelving inside the package. These are $200+ premium heavy duty metal shelves and they manage to break them. There is a 5 inch perimeter hole in the 1/4 inch thick paper box right next to where the beam is damaged. The beam is bent and the powder coated finish is scratched off. For your business's sake please do not use these guys to do delivery. I will not buy a single product from you anymore if you use these jokers to deliver. Needless to say I am returning the shelf to homedepot tomorrow and I am not gonna pay for the initial shipping since it was "free delivery". I will need my full refund. What a hassle. read more

It has been over a week now and I cannot get an answer from either Daybed or NDS regarding delivery. We ordered a love seat that arrived in Tampa June 14. Delivery was suppose to be before 24. On June 24 received call delivery was scheduled for June 25 between 1 and 5. No call so we called, can't get thru. Called multiple times and finally got someone. They said they don't know why they didn't show up, this was at 9pm that night. The better reviews on here seem like they would be from a different company than the experience we had with NSD. Our package took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The shipping update said that it was local for almost 6 days. Attempted land-line contact multiple times in an attempt to coordinate a delivery window with negative results. The 2 gentleman who delivered the package showed up in a u haul truck and were less than presentable. One appeared to have prison tattoos on his face. Tracking page showed "out for delivery" all day long. NSD never called and never showed up. I contacted customer support on Saturday 12/14 and they said to check back on Monday. Contacted customer support on Monday and they said it would be delivered Wednesday 12/18. Called back 12/18 and they said someone will call me "later this week" to reschedule delivery. My delivery wasn't scheduled with me and due to the date in originally set up with the company I was buying from I set up for help on that day for a product approx 200 lbs to be moved up two flights of stairs since I live in a second story apartment. Instead I messaged their customer care stating that I would be working the day it was now being delivered and will not be able to have it moved until Tuesday. Now there is a 10 foot 200 lb box sitting in front of my apartment building, obstructing other people from utilizing sidewalk there. I hope it doesn't get stolen because like I said in my message to them, all 4'11 and 90 lbs of me is not getting that thing up any stairs even if it was in pieces. Completely absurd that they don't actually schedule your delivery with you even though you had a delivery date from the other company and set it up for that date. Why Home Depot continues to use this company is a mystery to me. Maybe they don't want to be in business online. I have been trying to get my vanity top since August. The first one was received late and broken in pieces. We waited over 2 weeks for NSD to pick it up so we could get a refund and finally drove 50 miles to the store to return it ourselves. Now we've been waiting since September 9th for our replacement top and it still isn't scheduled to be delivered! I have contacted them and Home Depot has contacted them and all we get are lies and different stories. Home Depot is responsible for me receiving the merchandise since it's been paid for, but they don't seem to be able to get it delivered or know what to do about me not receiving it. Where do I start...I ordered a kayak on Amazon on August 30th, 2022, with a scheduled delivery date (with NSD) of September 15, 2022 with a scheduled time between 3-6 pm. I received emails and texts from Amazon that indeed, the kayak would arrive on the 15th in the scheduled window time. I arrived home from work on September 14th, and found a kayak sitting in front of my garage door. No packaging, and to top it off it was the wrong kayak. After numerous calls to Amazon, I scheduled a return pickup from another company. I was instructed by Amazon, to reorder another kayak, and when the wrong kayak is received back, I will be refunded. New kayak was ordered on September 18th, with a scheduled delivery date of September 29, 2022 between the hours of 3-6pm. Tracking on the Amazon side shows the kayak has been sitting in Salt Lake City, Utah since September 20th. The day of September 29th, I took off work early to be home for the delivery. It never came! I then emailed NSD, and the response was, Amazon hasn't shipped it out. NSD's tracking shows the item is the half way point. I then contacted Amazon, and the representative tried to contact NSD with no luck, and she said the kayak had definitely been shipped out on their end. This is turning into a great big farce! 1st having a wrong kayak delivered on a wrong delivery day...which if I would have been able to refuse, if I would have been there. The delivery men were super helpful and really went above and beyond. NSD delivered my NodicTrack treadmill, and delivery was within the time frame stated also received a courtesy call prior to their arrival. The load was extremely heavy but they helped us get the pallet up 2 steps onto our porch. When asked I had seen their hesitation but once it was done they told us it weighed over 400lbs. Then the company sent one guy to pick up a 60 pound dresser himself even though it said it was a two-man job. I took off of work today to be home for this. After multiple attempts to reach Marshall by phone and email he has ignored my messages and calls. The delivery driver told me he was going to come back today but now the guy they scheduled to help him, his truck broke down. I can't keep taking off of work for a pick up that is never going to happen. This is the worst company ever with the worst customer service. Never in my life have I experienced such horrific service, both from the entire delivery chain and the customer service end. Steer clear, friends. Your time and sanity is not worth these folks. The short version is that NSD punctured my stove with a forklift and left it in my driveway for dead, two weeks after its scheduled delivery date, and with no phone call to announce delivery. Their tracking information (once I was furnished with the correct number) indicated it was still sitting in their warehouse, even as I stood over its carcass in my driveway. Numerous phone calls and online chats accomplished nothing except a test of my sanity. It remained for a week before Lowe's (not NSD) agreed to come get it and facilitate the return. I have reordered the stove and recommended Lowe's terminate their contract, considering mine is not the only horrific experience with this company. They will be shipping the replacement via alternative methods. I suggest you all do the same. read more

This company is a mess. I can see that some have left long reviews, but not me. So far NSD has indicated my generator would be delivered yesterday, now it won't be delivered until tomorrow, maybe. My scheduled delivery time was 12pm-3pm today, 9/25 and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before my delivery. I called NSD at 3pm to notify that I have not received a call or update. They assured me that the TV was on the truck and out for delivery to me and they may be running late. Come 5pm, I called again and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I decided to choose the option for a call back. No call back. Called again at 7pm. Same story. Delivery time has now been updated to Monday, 9/28, with no notification to me at all. I took the day off of work to ensure I would be available for delivery. The TV is now sitting in a warehouse less than 15 miles from my house. This is unacceptable and I will now avoid any products that utilize NSD as their delivery service. read more

I didn't realize how horrible this service was until after I had placed my NordicTrack order and it was marked as delivered when it wasn't and no one on the delivery side could find my machine or tell me what happened. It was eventually re-scheduled to be delivered and the team showed up hours before the delivery was scheduled and never called to confirm that they were 30 minutes out as was stated on the call. The box was damaged. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have ordered from them. Puchased a door from a national home goods store. Delivery was scheduled and confirmed 6 Days ago and still we have not recieved our item. I've contacted NSD over 5 times by phone and by Chat all have given me diffent answers and promises for delivery dates and times. I've got no problem with a late deliver date as long as the date is honored. Problem here is each time a delivery was confirmed I've had my subs wait costing me $$. Spoke to a Manager 3 days ago she promised a next day delivery. I left messages as product did not arrive and today again I find that my delivery rescheduled again even after a phone call confirming it was arriving.
