DO NOT USE!! If I could give less than a star, I would. This company delivered a treadmill I purchased through Nordic track. The delivery guys were nice enough, but were not able to fully or adequately assemble my treadmill, which is what I paid for. They made me sign a waiver saying that it was necessary for delivery (and I was home alone with my 5 week old infant at the time - there was no way I could move the treadmill on my own), then scratched my wood floors. I pointed out the damage to them and made note of it on the delivery paperwork, they told me to call Nordic track. It was a fairly cheap repair ($70), Nordic track insisted I file a claim with nonstop delivery, though I purchased the treadmill along with "white glove" delivery through them. After numerous phone calls and emails, along with an estimate and receipt for the repair, Nonstop won't pay. Pathetic, sub-par service -- definitely not the "white glove" delivery I paid for. I will also be complaining to Nordic track to let them know their vendor sucks. Edit re: response below - There were two Delivery men, not four. They were very polite and hardworking. I felt bad for them because the assembly took quite a bit of time. Four men would probably have been more appropriate, but that's on scheduling/management, not them. Treadmill was not fully assembled because there was a part missing - Nordic Track's fault but was upsetting because I paid for assembly, I now have to add that piece myself. Should be better quality control to ensure all parts are included before delivery. I did point out the damage, and it's noted on the paper work. Terrible customer service, even had a girl hang up on me while I was talking because she didn't like that I was upset with their service. My order arrived at their facility but they couldn't deliver it for 4 days after the arrival date, meanwhile, we sit here with no couches while they take their time delivering it. It required three phone calls just so set up the delivery time and now I'm told someone will call me again the day of delivery to give me a time frame (just deliver the things already). Maybe if they spent less time calling their customers (every day) and more time actually delivering our products, it wouldn't take 2 weeks to get our stuff. Ordered a vanity from Amazon and it was delivered the morning of Friday Feb 23. I had put the package in the house and went to work. When I came home from work and opened the box I noticed that the vanity set was not all there. I looked at the bill of lading and it shows 4 packages and there was a sticky note on it with a "#1". NSD keeps telling me there was only one box delivered to their terminal. So a shipping company doesn't check a bill of lading and why was there a sticky note with "#1" on the box? And Yelp says they're open until 10:00pm. BS!! Myself and Amazon tried calling at just after 5:00pm and they were closed. I hope I never have anything shipped via this mickey mouse company again and I now understand why I've never heard of it up until now. read more

Had a bad experience with NSD. I received my elliptical from Nordic Track through NSD. When I received my package I noticed it was damaged on one side of the box. It looked as if a machine had crushed part of the side of the box. I reported the damage to the box to Nordic Track. They informed me to contact them after I opened the box and report any damage to the elliptical. After opening the box I did find damage to the elliptical. The front of the elliptical had been damaged. read more

We ordered a vanity from Amazon that NSD delivered. We got two text messages from the local carrier in Michigan that had conflicting delivery dates (one day apart) since the pallet full of parts needed to be brought inside. They came on Thursday 2/18 right on time. The marble top of the vanity was cracked in half (not ascribing to NSD) so contacted Amazon who stated the vanity would be delivered the next day. They couldn't work on a replacement until the carrier cleared the delivery. Friday morning 2/19 we got a text from NSD saying they would be delivering between 9-12 and that someone had to be home. They then sent another text stating they had just delivered the vanity. When we got home.........the driveway was empty. Communications 101. We of course had responded to texts that the vanity had already been delivered. read more

It would have been nice if they didn't leave my 400 lb treadmill on my porch and brought it inside to the room. It was very tough to get the box where we needed it. The delivery guys said because of covid they couldn't come inside but my furniture company delivered my couch, and took it out of the box and set it up all during Covid. Unfortunately I could not get white glove service because of Covid-19 but my delivery was flawless. The driver called about 20 minutes out and was early. He arrived and carried my box into the garage for me so it would be secure until I could get it inside the house. read more

I have no idea what happened with my delivery and neither does the representative. Apparently someone will get back to me in a few days becasue they are not capable of finding out sooner or contacting me sooner. They need to invest in modern technology and then start using it so they will know why they can't deliver packages on time and they can contact customers to let them know there will be delays. I have not cancelled the order yet but if I do I will let the seller know it was due to frustration with NSD. Communication is more important than on time deliveries and it is easy to shoot a text, email, or call. Make an effort people!!!! read more

NSD was responsible for completing the delivery of a bathroom vanity I ordered through Home Depot. Vanity was picked up from Home Depot by Estes Express, but they do not offer residential deliveries so they are just the middleman. It was brought to NSD, where is was signed for and logged as delivered by Estes. The day of delivery passed (August 3rd) and I reached out to NSD and was quickly answered (email, they don't answer their phones)... they informed me that they never received it on their end. I then contacted Home Depot and emailed NSD with the PRO number Estes provided me with and confirmation that they did indeed take position of the package on July 23rd. Two days later I received an email saying they need 72 hours to do a "dock search". This morning, August 9th, I still hadn't heard back so I tracked the shipment on a whim... tracking said undeliverable and my order status was canceled. I called NSD, someone picked up right away this time after I had entered my tracking number and zip, he quickly told me the package never reached them and they canceled the order. I explained to him I have documentation that they did in fact take possession of the vanity... he said I should email that to them then... which I had already done and which I did again today. When I googled the company, shockingly I have found DOZENS of reviews just from the last month alone on BBB and yelp from customers whose packages too went "missing"!!! I am so upset and frustrated... if I were to cancel and reorder my vanity from Home Depot, they would be using NSD again and my trust in them is gone. My bathroom renovation is now stalled and I am left with no answer as to where my vanity went and no option to resolve the issue. read more

Worst service experience I've ever had. Management at this branch is disorganized, rude, and absolutely the opposite of white glove service. I would have never paid for this service if I knew what it was. Absolutely no regard for others. Did not show up on initial delivery day and didn't even call to communicate issues and yelled at me when I asked questions. When the delivery was finally here, they were understaffed and I felt so bad for their 2 employees that was left to do a job requiring 4 people. Very dangerous!! I needed to return a sofa delivered by Wayfair because it was not the size I wanted. I went through the return department and since it was a large parcel item, they gave me the number for Non Stop Delivery for pick up, as well as my reference number, and said they should be reaching out within 2 days. I waited 4 days and Non Stop Delivery never called. So I reached out to them on Monday 8/3. The company's phone number did not even connect and ring; it just hung up, so I googled them and found their website and a different phone number. I tried calling that one and it hung up as well. Then I found a chat option on their website. I was connected with Kiearnna and told her I never received a call from the company to schedule a pick up date. She asked for my name, so I gave it to her, as well as my reference number and she found my address. I received a confirmation from her for Thursday, 8/6 between 12 pm and 4 pm. So I waited until then. I did not receive any other calls or emails for confirmation/follow up that week. On Thursday, I waited until 4:00 pm and no one showed up, called, texted, or emailed. The first number, again, did not connect. The second number (1-833-SHIP NSD) did connect and after following the prompts, I was on hold. I went back to the chat feature. I was "on hold" on chat, waiting to be "connected to a customer care representative" for 20 minutes. Finally, Adriana T connected. I told her I was scheduled for a pick up between 12 and 4 and no one has shown up or contacted me. I also gave her my reference number. After 10 minutes of silence, she returned and said she has requested for their terminal to call me directly with an eta. I asked when I should expect this call and she replied after 5 minutes, with " You will receive a call in 10 minutes, have a wonderful day", which flashed on the screen. She ended the chat immediately. During the chat, I was still on hold with the company on the phone. When they finally came back, after 22 minutes, the automated system said I would be "receiving a call back when it is my turn at the number I'm calling from." I waited 10 minutes and never received a call from Non Stop Delivery. So I called Wayfair and spoke with a customer service representative who was awesome. She called the company herself and also was on hold. She came back and told me that she could not get in touch with them so she set up the Wayfair delivery team to come and get the boxes within a couple of days. After getting off the phone with her, she called back 10 minutes later and told me she finally got someone and they said they were running late and should be arriving by 6:30 pm. She said if they did not, she will have Wayfair delivery team pick it up. Around 6:25, I received a call from Non Stop Delivery saying they were arriving. Two men, neither of whom were wearing masks, came and picked up all 3 boxes. I emailed the customer service rep from Wayfair and thanked her for her help. About two minutes after the company left, I received the call back from Non Stop Delivery from earlier when I was on hold. I told her I did not need to speak with anyone anymore. I was completely done by then, and did not want to hear anything more from them. Take your chances with them if you must, however I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Took over a month to get the item I ordered from Home Depot and shipped by NSD. Delivery driver would not put in the open, cleared garage and argued with my wife over it. Then left it in the driveway in the rain. Finally, after all this, we opened the package and the mirrored doors we ordered were cracked. Pallet was broken and the cracks were exactly were the pallet was broken. Never again will I order from a company that uses NSD. I received an automated call from a company that is called T&D trucking. The message stated that my order will be delivered tomorrow. I called the company, that I ordered from, and told them that this would be a problem. I was told that when our order reached the delivery terminal, I would receive a call to set up a delivery date and time. When I checked my delivery status, today, it still says in transit (have not reached the terminal yet). My order is supposed to arrive between 12/29/22 and 1/3/23, which isn't a problem. The problem is that I'm not occupying that address yet, and my order is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I'm very upset because I've tried, multiple times, to reach someone at NSD by phone and email. No reply to my email or a return phone call. I am beyond livid with the poor customer service and communication of this company, and I will do my research until I find information on how to contact the CEO of NSD. This is outrageous! read more

It took nearly 2 weeks for my package to be delivered from Richfield OH to Commerce MI (a 3 hour drive). I do not understand why packages move so slowly with Non Stop Delivery (NSD) and then sit at the last mile terminal for several days with no action. In each of my 2 experiences with NSD I had to contact their Extra Mile customer team to schedule delivery as NSD did not reach out to me first. The only bright note I can add was the delivery man was very nice and helpful with the delivery of my package. His truck said "Reliable Delivery" on it so I do not know if "Reliable Delivery" and "Non Stop Delivery" are the same or different companies. read more

Have ordered same item twice in which NSD was contracted for delivery. First order never left the carrier facility in Coppell, TX. Second order left TX and then said it was in KS and then had arrived at a local facility and showed it was there for a week. When I did not get it when I was told it would be delivered by the company I had ordered from, they told me to contact the carrier. The first day I tried, I waited on their website chat for an hour. The second day I was able to Chat online. Was told that my issue was being escalated and I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours, but it would probably be much sooner because of the escalation. When on Chat after 24 hours and was told that the package was still in KS and that someone from that terminal would call me within 24 to 48 hours. Will wait and see. I did call their phone line and left my number to be called back at. Have not received call. After 48 hours, I will call the company I ordered the item from and cancel that order and see if they can try to ship it with another company. If I receive a call back, with the timeframe specified, I will come back in and revisit this review. read more

Terrible. Had a large piece of exercise equipment being delivered from Dallas. It arrived on a Thursday as expected. The expected delay for the dispatch to contact and schedule delivery was supposed to be 1-3 days. Sure enough.... nothing. I spent the rest of the following week calling NSD and the original company to track down the item. NSD told me that the long range shipment truck came but there was no item. After several more days of me calling around and plenty of aggravation the item turned up on their (NSD's) docks after they were pressed to perform a dock search. And now when I was called about scheduling a delivery, they have no flexibility and will only drop off the item on my porch when I can't be home. It's sort of annoying to receive that kind of service after the item has been sitting with them (the so-called final mile delivery service) for almost 2 weeks. read more

NSD (Non Stop Delivery) is anything but! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I received a message through Amazon that my package may arrive later the the scheduled date and I would be contacted by NSD with a new delivery date. My package arrived at the local NSD distribution hub on the day it was originally scheduled, but it was not delivered that day. Nor, was I contacted. I had to call NSD to find out what was going on. I was on hold for almost and hour and finally left a message to have them call back when a customer service rep was free. They never called. I finally got ahold of someone on their online chat. They said someone would contact me within 48 to 72 hours. 2 days later still no call. I called back and got put on hold again. While on hold I used the online chat again. They said they would make a priority request. I asked for a name and phone number to follow up and they said they couldn't give out that information. ??? No call from NSD the next day... or the next. I continued to monitor the tracking on their website. It had now been sitting at the local facility for 4 days. On the morning of the 5th day after the scheduled delivery date I checked the tracking. It said the package was out for delivery that day between Noon and 3 PM. No one had contacted me to verify I would be home to take delivery. I tried to call NSD, but got put on hold, so I used the online chat. They confirmed it was out for delivery, but when I asked why i wasn't contacted the CSR ended the chat saying he had answered all my questions...which he had not. RUDE! read more

Delivery was supposed to come Friday, no delivery was even attempted although the driver note said they couldn't reach customer, we were home all day. Saturday delivery was supposed to happen, no delivery, Monday delivery was supposed to arrive no delivery. left messages every day where they said to leave a message and they would call back, no call backs. This company doesn't deserve a star. The glassdoor(NSD Vendor) in Livonia Mi rescheduled my delivery due to an error on their end. This is by far the worst company ever. Nothing but problems. Home Depot uses them as a third party delivery service. They were supposed to pick up a piece of furniture I was returning. It took two weeks to get a hold of someone to actually schedule a date. When they finally showed up, they said it was too heavy to pick up, though they didn't even try, and they would have to reschedule for when a bigger guy was working. New delivery day comes and the driver calls at 130 and leaves a Vmail saying he'll be by at 2. I call him back at 135 and tell him I'll be there and he says you'll have to reschedule cause I already left. I told him I can make it by 2 and he said sorry I already left. I call the main number and they tell me there's nothing they can do. Total shit show. Avoid these people at all costs! Update- You guys failed again! My wife took the day off of work to wait for you guys. Scheduled for between 12-4. You said you would send a different driver this time. You didn't. Same guy named Francisco and he did the same thing. He lied about showing up. My wife was there the whole time and again a no show. Since I was informed that my package was in their a hundred miles away from my home and that I was welcome to go pick it up if I so desired. I ended up going back to Home Depot repurchasing said item that was in stock. So if you deliver it on the 27th great if you deliver it on the 38th of whatever month I don't care just deliver it so then I can return it and get my money back. Ordered from Home Depot and they use NSD, what a disastrous story. Confusing tracking information. No updates when it is delayed. Tracking is useless. Costumer service is just a name. While still waiting for delivery, the tracing marked as delivered. The expected date of delivery date carry no weight at all. It is there to just cheat you. Zero reference value. Terrible. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my item to be picked up so it could be shipped back to the seller and this is the 4th time I had to be rescheduled. No one notifies you if you had been rescheduled and you're just left there waiting. They also never listen when you specifically ask them to call a different number. I was given a date for my treadmill to be delivered (a four hour window) and they never showed up. No email, no update on the tracking, and no phone call (took off work). They then reassigned me a new date (10 days later!!). I was scheduled to be out of town. I called repeatedly (fast busy signal). Got through once and it disconnected after 45 minutes with a message they would call me back (never did). I emailed- no reply. They then showed up on that day (early). I frantically had to have a neighbor come over and wait for 40 minutes until they got there and an additional 30 minutes while they set it up. Lucky they helped me out.
