This Company has horrendous customer service just horrendous! I bought a wood burning fireplace off Amazon for $1200 NSD we're supposed to deliver. The first time I kept getting random text updates that were never ever correct. I got told they had lost it we're doing a dock sweep two hours later I get another text saying it would be delivered that night it never happened the next morning I woke to check tracking and it said that it had been delivered which it never did! I sat on hold for hours to try and get help I then did the chat but kept getting disconnected. I gave up and reported it to Amazon who replaced the order. I begged them not to Use NSD again and they said they couldn't guarantee that..... Second time around again NSD have lost my order.... Days before it was set to arrive it said that it was in my state then it said it was delayed I called Amazon to find out why Amazon traced the package to the in-between company taking my package from Amazon to NSD and they had said it was stuck in Utah and had not reached NSD... So why in the name does NSD have my package listed as being in my state.... Every couple of days I go back to Amazon who said the product would be with NSD Monday.... Today Wednesday Amazon called NSD who said they had received my package Monday but had not checked it in and had now lost my product they would conduct a Doc sweep and update me Friday.... This is an absolute Joke!!!! How do you not take better care of such a large expensive product!!! I am starting to believe they stole my products!!! Ordered a cargo box from amazon with a delivery date of June 2 scheduled, I was instructed to remain home from 9am-9pm (seriously?!?) but did as I was instructed. I'm getting ready to travel across the country and NEED this cargo box to carry my belongings. I have been in contact with amazon and they have apologized for the delay but confirmed that the cargo box was delivered to NSD's terminal in Miami. I contacted NSD and they reply that the item has not yet been received, I will be contacted when it is, and a new delivery date will be scheduled. (Lie). Fast forward to one week later and I have not heard from anyone, Amazon will make this right somehow but I'm going to contact as high up as I can there to make sure this shipping service is no longer used if I don't receive my item. BBB rating not looking good, people even going through linked in to try and find out what is going on with their order. This delivering company is the WORST!! Do not trust them at all! The delivery workers have no customer service abilities at all! They left my house dirty with items all over the floor and when you try to ask them about things they talk about you in Spanish until they realize you know Spanish and can understand everything. Did not want to do their job for delivery and made the whole process a living hell. I paid for white glove service and received trash service. Use another company because I will not purchase anything again from companies who use this company. Worst Delivery Company Ever!!! Ordered an expensive, very heavy 72" TV stand through Amazon. No notification of planned delivery date/time. I was having some gardening work done and my gardener informed me that I had a large box delivered and the guys seemed to be having a bad day! Came around the side of my house and found a HUGE 220 lb box propped up vertically on the side of my garage (I have an fully covered front porch which they didn't bother with). Luckily I had 2 strong gardeners who helped me muscle the super heavy box inside my house. I don't know what I would have done if by myself or worse yet not home. Upon inspection, the box was HEAVILY damaged in ~6 places! Yes count them!! I immediately called Amazon and asked them to return this item. I ordered Kitchen Counters from Lowe's and they used NSD to ship it. We first ordered 2 counters in Dec and it came in when it was suppose to but I received 1 counter and 1 door. So we called NSD to see if they could locate our other counter. We NEVER received a call back. We ended up having to call Lowe's and get them to come pick up this random door and refund us our $360 for our other counter that got lost (refunds take up to 28 days). So now I had to reorder this product. It did say it was out for delivery 5 days ago AND STILL NEVER MADE IT. I have called NSD NUMEROUS times and nobody EVER calls back. We received one call for an extra mile thing I filled out regarding this matter and she said she would look into it and we still haven't heard back. Very disappointed. I received a call that my delivery was scheduled for the next day. I tracked the delivery online the next day and it showed out for delivery. It never came. I checked the following day and it still showed out for delivery. By the end of the day it showed that it was back at the original hub. I called several times only to be disconnected and told I would be called when it way may turn in the que and never got called back. I tried chatting and emailing support still with no answer from either. I checked here an saw the email address for extramile@hubgroup.com and got an fast response from Brian stating that he would send an urgent request to have it delivered the following Monday. I ordered a generator from Amazon on 11/25/22 with a scheduled delivery date of 12/9/22 between 9am-12pm. NSD is supposed to call within 30 min of arrival time. On Dec 7th (2 days early), the package showed to have arrived in my hometown. On 12/9/22, my husband & I both missed work to stay home for delivery. We never received a call, text, email or anything & it was never delivered. On Friday, 12/9/22, after 3 attempts via phone, I sent an email inquiring about ETA & got a response telling me to check the website (which continued to say "Delivery expected Dec. 9th" & "your package can still arrive by Dec 9th". On Saturday, 12/10/22, I spent several more hrs making additional calls & more research. I was finally able to get in touch with someone at Amazon (Tasha) who informed me that they couldn't report my item lost or stolen until at least 12/16/22 (another 6 days!), but she would contact NSD on Monday & get back with me. I finally found some customer reviews re: NSD on the internet, where they are rated 1.5 out of 5 as well as several thousand other people who have had the same/similar issues I'm currently dealing with. A few people posted an email address for Pat L, who supposedly is the manager @ NSD; however, after seeing 3 different email addresses for him (extramile@shipnsd.com; PLynch@nonstopdelivery.com; extramile@hubgroup.com), I sincerely doubt any of these are correct, but I sent emails to all of them. I even told Pat L just to let me know where we could pick the package up & we would go get it. Today, is 12/12/22, I still haven't received any calls, texts, emails, etc., however, the website was updated at 3:20pm to say "Delivery scheduled". We ordered a loveseat from Amazon. They contracted NSD for delivery, scheduled for May 25 9am-noon. Someone is required to be here to receive the shipment. Since then we've received 2 updates & tracking info, also showing May 25. Then On May 24th NSD changed the delivery date to the 26th, with no explanation. She was very rude. Also, her response to me was this: Unfortunately, at this time your property damage claim has been denied for the following reasons: The delivery was signed for clear without notation of damage and NSD was not notified until eleven (11) days after the date of delivery that damage occurred. (there's not even an area on the form I signed that showed that was even an option) The delivery crew was interviewed and stated that there was no damage caused during the delivery. One word to describe this company- inept. I don't understand why Amazon contracts with them to deliver furniture items. After waiting a week beyond my first scheduled delivery date, I was called and told that I would not be receiving my order scheduled for that day because one of the delivery people called in sick and thus they couldn't be expected to deliver my item with just one person. Now, I didn't think this was literally two men and a truck who would be bringing me my dresser, but maybe that's the case. They apologized and my wife and I rearranged our schedules so that one of us could be at home to take delivery the following day. However, a few hours later, I received another call to inform me that, ha ha, the delay wasn't actually because of a sick delivery person but rather the fact that they had no idea where my item was. Short version, their Customer Service is non-existent. Long version. I ordered patio furniture through Home Depot (April 24th); Home Depot has a stupid 45-minute window to cancel. Anyway, I put in a request anyway (April 25th), should note I'm doing this on behalf of my parents who are 88 and 83. They had changed their minds. The request was declined. I called Home Depot online Customer Service (April 25th) to see if they could do anything. They couldn't. Apparently, there's no stopping an order once it's placed. The on-line rep recommend I decline the delivery before it's un-loaded, then the 2 boxes of patio furniture would go back to the warehouse and a credit would be issued. Or if it's delivered call them back and get a courier pick-up. Estimated delivery date was May 3rd. April 28th a beat-up box truck shows up and it the patio furniture. I run outside before the driver has anything unloaded and, I say to the driver "I would like to decline the order." He replies "I can't do that. I have to deliver the order." I said "I spoke with Home Depot and they said I could request you not deliver it." His reply "I don't work for Home Depot homie. I'm gonna do me and you do you." Then proceed to drop the boxes on the sidewalk. Blocking the sidewalk. The drove away. Leaving me to move the 2 117lbs boxes of the sidewalk and to the patio where they still sit as I type. A couple things, the guy was rude and unprofessional, they are supposed to call 30 minutes before arriving, never happened, and they are supposed to deliver to the driveway or patio, didn't happen. Called Home Depot online support again and explained what happened. She said they have had so many problems with this company. She sent a request for a pick-up and said I should hear from them with in 5 business days. 5 days go by and I don't receive a call. I email them, I've yet to have a reply. I call them and sit on hold for an hour. I try their online chat which never connects to anyone. I called the next day another hour on the phone, a message comes on and says I can hang up and I'll be called back in the order the calls were received. Never got a call. It's been 14 days now, nothing. I am working with my local Home Depot, but that will be a different review. read more

I ordered from NordicTrack machine and it took three weeks to get delivered but it wasn't NSD fault. NordicTrack first delivered it to a company called Central Freight in which it stayed there forever (supposedly they were closed several days because of a hurricane). However when my order got to NSD, they delivered it quickly. They set up and assembled my machine, I tested it and we have no issues. The only issue I have with NSD, is that I called them several times and I couldn't get through and no one would return my calls. I did contact them through a chat online and I got a quick reply with my status. Many of the issues I had in the beginning with my order is with Nordictrack, they didn't have the correct status and would brush me off. I figured out what NSD stands for- "No Show Delivery." This has been truly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life (I am not young). I ordered a portable generator from Amazon and they were using NSD to deliver the package. Delivery was scheduled on 4/22/2020 and I was given a 12 hour window. I waited the 12 hours and called customer support. I was told that it arrived to them that morning at 4:15am and wasn't in time to be loaded on the truck that day. I waited the next day- no delivery or call from NSD. Thursday night, I was given a window of 8am-11am for the delivery from NSD on 4/22/2020. I called them at noon and was told it didn't go out because their delivery truck broke down and it would be delivered on 4/25/2020. I still hadn't received any calls or updates from NSD. On 4/25, Amazon showed it was out for delivery. The package never showed up and again, no call from NSD. I had to wait another week before Amazon would consider the package lost. I have not been able to reach NSD customer support, despite multiple attempts. When you call, you are placed on hold. Periodically, you will be given the option to press 1 and they will call you back "when it is your turn." Of the 4 times I have tried this, I didn't get a call on 2. The other 2 you ask??? The callback flashes on your screen and goes directly to voicemail where they tell you to call back if you still need help. If you choose to continue holding instead of the phantom callback, it automatically hangs up on you after 15-20 minutes. I was able to do an online chat with Bridgette from customer service today. She told me that their phones are set to hang up on people when there are high call volumes. I have a screenshot of this conversation. She also came up with a new excuse as to why my package still has not arrived- they "never received the generator." Amazon ordered a replacement. Guess who was scheduled to deliver it? "No Show Delivery." In the unlikely event that they show up, I will not be accepting the item or having any further communication with them. It is clear to see why their average Yelp rating is less than 1.5 stars. read more

When I told them my issues (after 2 weeks of reaching out) they said it was the first they had heard of it! Never once did i get an apology for them losing our package in their warehouse. Then to make matters worst of all, we had paid home depot $115 to deliver our product to the ROOM OF OUR CHOICE. With no 30 minute phone call and no idea when it would be delivered, we found it in our driveway blocking where we park! It weighs 175lbs, and we paid to have it taken in our house and up the stairs to a bathroom that has been waiting for it for over a month. "Unbelievably unprofessional" is my 2 word review. I am incredibly unhappy, and hope someone somewhere reads this and makes amends. read more
