NSD received my shipment from Yellow Freight Carrier on Nov 15, 2021. They contracted that shipment to Gray Glove LLC. I have received delivery notices for Nov 22, 24 and 29th. The delivery has never showed up, as of Dec 3, 20211. I have reached out to Yellow Freight, Non Stop Delivery and Gray Glove.. No call backs, no communication as to why it has not showed up. Tracking these people down has been a chore in it self. They have terrible customer service and terrible service. I am still waiting on my product and I still have yet to talk to someone that can provide details of where it is and why its not being delivered. If I ever have any control on any freight carriers these companies WILL NEVER be involved. read more

12/3 Finale: After emailing NSD yesterday after my previous update, I was able to get a delivery scheduled between 11am-2pm. I received a call from the delivery driver and he stated he was 5 minutes out, as it had no signature required, it was fine so I informed him to leave it on the front porch as it was a covered area. It did actually get delivered, but was put at the end of my driveway next to the house. Upon closer inspection the end of the box was ripped open and the box itself did look a little worse for wear (marks to suggest it had been slid around instead of moved appropriately at some point in its life), but fortunately since this was just a mattress, it did survive without any apparent issues, but for anything else, some damage could have potentially occurred. Moral of this story is that I will still not suggest NSD unless there are some major changes to the company, even though some representatives such as those that reply on here, do at least seem to care about their jobs and what help they may attempt to give is welcome, but unfortunately is let down by their fellow employees. Since I had to get actively involved to insure that I received my package, how it took more of my involvement than should have been necessary for a resolution, the condition, delivery location, and delay of the package, I will have to leave this review at 2 stars. For having interrupted my sleep, and being that I have difficulty falling asleep, that cut off about 3-4 hours of my sleep for the night as I had even more difficulty than usual falling back asleep which in my opinion does deserve knocking this review down to 2 stars as midnight (my location for some reason is listed as CA here when actually it is GA) is completely an unreasonable time to attempt to contact a customer without prior consent, but I will let the 3 stars hold for the time being. Also, it would seem that as of 12:43 this afternoon, it has made its way back to the NSD terminal. Original Review: Leaving a "starting" review of 3 stars. Ordered an item off of Amazon, and was shipped through NSD. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as it was set as scheduled for delivery on 11/30 for an 8am-8pm window, which I figured wouldn't be an issue as it was delivery without signature and listed the 30 minute precall, so if I had to, I could ask my wife to head home from work or my mother in law to check to be sure nothing goes wrong if nobody is home. Both my wife and I were looking forward to receiving this package, so as the day got further along with no call, we both became concerned and with 8pm coming by we knew we weren't seeing it that day. Today (12/1) I decide to contact NSD through their chat window and after 15 minutes get a rep, so not bad. Rep ask what my issue is, obviously ignoring how you have to put in your question to start the chat, so I reiterate the problem, and then get asked for the account info, so I give my name and address along with the tracking number, again some info that you have to give to even start the chat, and the rep asks if I want to submit for a reschedule request. I tell the rep that if that is the best course of action to get my delivery that is fine. She says she is putting in the request, and 10 minutes elapse and she closes the window. No confirmation to inform me that the request has been submitted, no asking if there is anything else that she can do for me, or anything you can expect from any other company that is concerned about the appearance of helpful customer service through such chat options. I decide afterwards to give them a call and try and see if I can find out what is going on with the driver and see if they are going to try and deliver today, and as anybody else on here has stated in their reviews, after about 3 attempts of the automated system trying to get me off the line with the call back routine, at shortly after 14 minutes, the hold music stops and 2 minutes later the call has been dropped. I know that right now I am at the early stages of trouble that others have had to suffer through for much longer before getting to a final resolution (if they have been fortunate to), but going ahead and getting started with a 3 star review (if my delivery shows up by the time I get home tomorrow), and reducing to a 1 star if I have to contact Amazon for assistance. Regardless of the resolution, if ever I order a large item through any store, the moment I see NSD is the shipper, I will immediately cancel the order and have them use another shipper. read more

I ordered a vanity from Home Depot. NSD was the delivery service. The NSD driver called me to say he was 30 min from my house. I told him I was at work and asked to reschedule. He said they would leave it outside. I asked him to wait until I was home. After a couple of days of not hearing from anyone, I looked at the tracking. The tracking said they scheduled and apt with me, which they never did and I declined the delivery. I then emailed NSD. No response. I contacted Home Depot and they said NSD returned the vanity. Not only did my furniture never arrive, NSD never provided an update. I ordered a package from Amazon for a home renovation project. The package was delivered to local facility in Tucson, AZ over a week ago. It was scheduled for delivery yesterday but no call/no show. The item is 400lbs and 10ft long. I can't pick it up myself. I tried calling the main number and never received a call back. Amazon tried to help but was told they would contact the local office. I ordered a vanity on December 22be with a estimated delivery of Jan 11th. On December 23rd, I was told that my item has shipped with the same expected delivery time of the Jan 11th. I reached out to their customer service team today to see if I could get a update on the delivery status since I hadn't received any further communication, only to find out that they couldn't tell me where the product was and that the only communication they had was that it was "in transit" but it hadn't reached their distribution center in OKC. I live in Knoxville , TN and have a contractor that has already started on a bathroom remodel that is needing this item to continue the scope of work.I would never recommend this company to anyone, let alone order anything online from Home Depot. read more

Turns out the number i was given to call is in or out of canada, and simply wasnt working. Manager is looking into that, will fix it and voila! This is an update to my previous review. Thanks to Mr. Marshall W. NSD manager in VA, who called to share info on the location status of our tub so we can track it. We found out that the local NSD terminal was backed up with shipments that they can't receive any more until their terminal can make room for new shipments from the central carrier. After more than a week of waiting, we finally received our tub yesterday. The delivery crew were great in delivering our tub at the entrance. Over all, NSD's delivery delay causes the completion of our bathroom remodel to delay as well. read more

NSD shipping was a bit of a nightmare. Order was placed on 10/3 I had a package sitting at one facility from 10/12 to 11/3. I reached out via the customer service number and got in contact with the customer service representative Ashley Brizuela-Contreras. Not only did she show concern for my item, she was compassionate and understood where I was coming from. We stayed in communication from 10/19 to 11/3 about the package that was shipped to a facility that did not service my area.. (so why was it shipped there?.. good question). She spearheaded my situation, contacted multiple facilities on my behalf, and kept me updated along the way. Ashley is the reason we finally got our package! The product arrived, and all the pieces were there. That's about the best I can say. The carton was partially crushed, and they took time to open the box to assure there was no damage. However, they tore the box in pieces in a way that left cardboard and styrofoam everywhere and walked away. Also, they had changed the scheduled delivery date three times and never once contacted us. It got here, late but in good condition. I fail to understand why there was no response from NSD when I emailed, called, or tried chat, but I got a response within hours for my negative Yelp review! The furniture that I ordered made it from Mesquite Texas to Denver Colorado in three days. It took three more days to make it to Aurora Colorado which is less than 10 miles. Then it sat for 3 weeks. Some kind of updates would have gone a long way. I know that I live in a rural area and understand that UPS or FEDEX may be here, but they do not deliver large items. My furniture showed up in a privately owned cargo trailer towed by the owner's pickup truck. He had other orders to deliver. Think about how hard it must be to make a living doing this. My 200+ pound appliance was delivered earlier than scheduled, which was nice, and in one piece without any damages. Poor delivery guy had to carry the thing himself up to my unit, and I couldn't help myself watching him and had to offer my help. Tracking # 6384700 has now been "scheduled" for delivery 3 different times. Each time, I never received the 30 minutes away call, nor have I received my delivery. Multiple unreturned calls and emails from me. Amazon has been great at trying to help. They have a special # that actually gets through to NSD. However both times Amazon reached them, the delivery was rescheduled. And surprise! NSD was a no-call, no show for the delivery. According to the online tracking my item arrived at the delivery terminal October 11th. It's now October 30th and I have no item, the tracking shows out for delivery as of October 25th. I'm pretty sure that Hillside IL isn't a 5 day drive to my location. Maybe they took a detour? Or the online tracking might be just as worthless as their representatives that are impossible to get a hold of on the 1st place. Pretty silly on their part, if they actually answered the phone or ever called me back I would offer to pick up the item at the terminal myself and save them the effort. Oh well. read more

I ordered a large piece of equipment I need for my business from Amazon. The scheduled delivery was yesterday, 4/27/20. I did not receive the package, nor have I have received any communication from this company. As far as I can tell from the tracking, the equipment is still at the local terminal. I have called multiple times and sent multiple e-mails but still haven't received any response. I know business operations are challenged right now, but this is completely unacceptable. I've had a ping pong table sitting in its local terminal for 10 days now and it has completely ruined the holidays for my family. Had friends and family over for it not to show up during the duration of their stay. Said it would be here the 26th then the 29th then the 2nd. These folks are the worst. They say they'll contact me for a pick up but it doesn't ever happen. I've been trying to return an item to Home Depot for almost a month now and after I stayed home all day the first time only to be told the driver had gone home sick, I've now tried every avebneue I know to get a new day and time scheduled. I understand that there are huge logistics problems in the country right now but whew this has been escalated 3 times by Home Depot CS folks, I think NSD should be contacting me as promised. UPDATE: After leaving this review, within 10 minutes Robert called me from NSD assuring me that he would contact the local contractor and get them to call me. THE WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL delivery service there is! Had to take over half a day at work to make certain I was present for the SCHEDULED (by the company) delivery. On 12/27/22, I received a phone call from the delivery truck driver, stating he'd be there in 30 minutes. An hour later, he called back to say they used the wrong address, and the item would be delivered the next day. It is now 1/2/23 and no item has been delivered, nor have I received a phone call or email as to where my package is, despite contacting NSD for explanation. They delivered my Treadmill on Saturday. Driver and helper was asked if they wanted water and the driver stated he would take a beer if he didn't' have more deliveries to do. He was looking everywhere in my garage. Comment on the Harleys and other things we had in the garage. When husband put the treadmill together it is not running as it should so now he have to call technical support. Not a good experience so far. read more

NSD delivered equipment I purchased from NordicTrack and they were great. I got a communication a couple days ahead of time for delivery. The morning of the guys called me and let me know they would be arriving in about 30 minutes and were very prompt. Offloaded and we're back on their way without any hold ups. Updated Review: The local NSD terminal was extremely helpful in getting my delivery completed; they even moved up my scheduled date once I explained my frustration. Staff and driver were friendly and box was in good condition. Kudos to them! I think it would be helpful if NSD published the contact information for all local terminals rather than relying on their corporate website for customer communication. The problem with NSD, as I see it, is that Amazon (or whoever the vendor is), corporate NSD, and local NSD are not on the same page when setting a delivery date. Between these three entities I was given 4 different delivery dates, which is why I originally rated them 1-star. If NSD could stop overpromising and underdelivering and simply be accurate, customers would be a lot happier. I never write reviews, but I'm so frustrated that I can't imagine NOT sharing this experience and warning customers about this delivery service. Much like other reviewers of this company, I'd give them zero stars if possible. I own a small business and bought two coolers from Home Depot. My delivery date was set for earlier this month. I got the automated phone call giving me my expected delivery timeframe. I waited, at my business, for the coolers to show up and they did not. I received an email from Home Depot and another robo-call from NSD letting me know that my delivery date was scheduled moved to the next day. Wash, rinse and repeat - waited in front of my business all day, no phone call and no delivery. That's when the real unfortunate part started. I called Home Depot for three straight days after that, while they consistently told me that they couldn't get ahold of anyone in the "local NSD terminal." On the fourth day, I basically said I wasn't getting off the phone until I spoke with someone from NSD. They conferenced me in with a supervisor from NSD who, once again, told me that no one is available at the local terminal but they would "escalate" my issue. I managed to get a new delivery date that worked for me, as I was going out of town. Well, while I was out of town, I received an email that my delivery was changed for one of the days I was gone. I coordinated with my business partner for him to be there for the delivery, but - once again, received no phone call and no delivery. Later that day, I was notified by the business next door to me that a delivery was made there. Apparently NSD driver found the first open door and dumped one of the two coolers there. No one signed for it, no phone call, nothing. And oh, by the way, I'm still missing one cooler. That brings me to today - still waiting for resolution and the location of the cooler I purchased - which no one can account for. I can't stress enough - before you purchase a major appliance or equipment through Home Depot or any other retailer that contracts with NSD, I'd seriously reconsider and buy somewhere else. Especially disturbing, because Home Depot goes on and on about supporting small businesses. We had an issue with the delivery having a damaged part for our treadmill. We received a new part and tried reach to the Chattanooga office multiple times with no response, once the new part arrived at our home. We purchased white glove service and need have the folks back in the house to finish assembling the treadmill. I reached out to Nordic Track and they said NSD would reach out in 48 hours , but no contact. I am going to call Nordic Track again and make a complain. I have a half assembled treadmill that need be finished , the part is waiting at the house for 10 days but no response from NSD. So, the initial delivery was not an issue, but follow up is below reasonable expectations. read more

I purchased a sofa and paid to have it shipped and delivered "in home". I received a text on April 20, 2023 at 11:58 to confirm appointment time of Friday, April 21 but it had to be confirmed by 1:00 pm to guarantee delivery. I sent a text at 2:00 when I got off work. On Friday the truck arrived at the house with no sofa. I tried to call the phone number, no answer, mailbox full, left a text. Received a text on Monday at 12:38 to confirm appointment for Tuesday, confirmed before 1. No call before delivery. The delivery driver was the only person on the truck to deliver a recliner sofa. My husband tried to help but they were not able to put it in the house and left it on the driveway, standing wrapped in cardboard and plastic and he had my husband sign some papers and he left. I left messages and texts to the delivery company and the company that I bought the sofa from and haven't heard back from anyone yet. Who sends one person out to deliver a reclining sofa? The actual delivery was excellent. They arrived in the time window, took my gigantic box to the exact place I asked, set it there gently, and we're out in just a couple minutes. The delivery guys were polite, wore masks (during covid), and even waited while I moved a few things out of the way. The scheduling was less great. Basically, there was an automated message with a time and if you didn't accept it as-is, you had to go into a massive phone queue. No way to ask if we'll need to sign, or say what's the next available time, etc. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered some outdoor patio furniture from Home Depot and they use NSD as their carrier. Not only did I never receive the merchandise but their tracking shows it was delivered. I was home that day and no delivery was ever made at my house. When I try to contact them I get a recording then I get disconnected. If you are ordering from Home Depot online don't expect to get your merchandise. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Please stay away from this company. read more

I ordered a treadmill from Amazon in November. Initial delivery was scheduled for Dec 14; NSD blew it off completely and I had to call Amazon for a replacement. You can't get anyone at NSD to even talk to you about your delivery. Second delivery date was today, and of course we hear nothing and we have no delivery. I've taken six hours off in order to be here during the delivery window and they do t have the courtesy to even send a message saying they aren't going to show.
