Terry, our service advisor, had the mechanic look over the system and found a blown line from the reservoir to the power steering unit. Turns out the steering pump was alright and it just needed the line replaced saving us a lot of money (a lot of money!). That is the honesty and integrity paired with professional, knowledgeable, friendly people that got my attention years ago and will keep me as a loyal customer into the future.
