Extremely unprofessional and rude and also terrible work. Totally messed up my $40,000 car. I would give zero stars it possible.

On the administrative side, it is now mid-February and I still have not received my title or…read morelicense plates. During the sale, they also tried to force an "AutoPulse" braking system charge onto my contract that I didn't ask for. They only removed it after I pushed back, and they were disgruntled about doing so. This "certification" seems to mean very little. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Do your research. You will find similar stories like this on Reddit.

First things first -- I really didn't want to do this. But the more I thought about it, the more I…read morerealized something needs to be said. I purchased a brand-new 2026 Dodge Durango this past Sunday from Jeff Wyler in Canal Winchester. What should have been a memorable and exciting milestone was instead an awful experience filled with dishonesty, manipulation, and disrespect. From the very beginning, I explained to the salesperson, Ben, exactly what I wanted -- a new Durango -- along with the price and monthly payment I needed to stay within. I also made it crystal clear that I am refinancing my home soon, so my credit was NOT to be run with more than two banks. Somehow, it was shopped to five. Completely unacceptable. Even then, I was disappointed but not angry. I reiterated that I wanted a Durango, but I was pushed toward a Jeep Grand Cherokee I never asked for. Ben claimed it was $37,000, with $11,000 in rebates. I don't love the Jeep, but I could've learned to love it for that price. Except -- that price was a lie. The sticker price was actually $51,000. The rebates only brought it back down toward MSRP. There were no real savings, and I would never pay $51K for that vehicle. I left the dealership upset. Neither Ben nor his manager called to understand why. A few days later, Ben contacted me again saying he found a Durango that matched my budget. The only reason I returned was because my credit had already been run multiple times, and I had a $60K approval from my own bank. For context -- I have purchased from this location before. My previous salesperson, Heather, was wonderful. She's the reason I came back. If she was able to locate a Durango in 2017, I would have purchased from her again When I arrived to finalize the deal, it was supposed to be sign and drive. Instead, the day became a back-and-forth battle over payments and pricing. Days before, the payment was $697 now suddenly it became $751. The only reason I ended up at $697 was because I found the solution by planning to sell my 2017 Durango privately. I told Ben I didn't want any add-ons besides GAP. He said finance would handle it. Yet when I got to finance, he had told them I requested a flashing back brake light something I never heard of and never asked for. If I wasn't paying attention, I would have unknowingly signed up for a service I did not want. The finance manager -- who was the ONLY person who did right by me -- worked the GAP and maintenance package into my budget. I appreciate him. But this is the part that guaranteed I will never return to Jeff Wyler in Canal Winchester: After everything was signed, I came out of closing and Ben was gone. No congratulations. No delivery walkthrough. No photo. No explanation of features. I had to track someone down just to get the second key. This was my first brand-new car purchase ever. I had my kids with me. This should have been a proud moment and instead, I felt ignored and humiliated. Another employee eventually came out to help and made excuses for Ben. Then he told me that if I wasn't going to say anything positive, I should say nothing at all. Let me be clear: I will not protect a dealership's reputation at the expense of my dignity. I financed $58,000 and couldn't even get a sincere thank-you. I purchased a maintenance plan and I don't even want to bring my car here for service now. Every single opportunity to redeem this experience was wasted This was my first brand-new vehicle. This will be my last experience with Jeff Wyler. Dodge products all together. Thank you for the terrible experience.

I decided to get an estimate from Caliber Collision which ended up being 14,500 (6,000. higher). John Hinderer was going to paint the roof after repairing the dents. They also said that they would repair a couple of other scratches previously present while working on the full repair of the car due to hail damage. Caliber ended up not painting the roof which ended up showing some scratches from the hail. Yes the dents were removed but scratches left. There were also numerous scratches on the area around the roof (driver's side) which must have resulted in some type of equipment or hose scraping across the area that they used to work on the roof. Keep in mind the estimate was 6,000. above John Hinderer which had a 4.9 rating. Caliber Collision also had a 4.9 rating. I am returning today (5-12-25) to review the roof situation with them, hoping that they will not hesitate to correct the situation considering the amount paid by my insurance of 14,638. in the end. I will update this review following today's visit. I hope it goes well and they are willing to schedule my car in for another repair of the roof and surrounding area that is now covered in scratches. Follow up - I brought my car back in today and asked for the fine scratches to be buffed that were not there prior to them working on tue car. I know this because we detailed the car the night before the hail storm and the scratches were not there. Keep in mind I paid them 6,500 more than the 1st estimate received (a very reputable dealer). They said "No, they would not buff out the scratches. I DO NOT recommend this business for your collision repairs. My husband took his to John Hinderer Honda, Heath, and had excellent results at half the cost of this place.

I highly recommend going with a shop that's associated with your insurance so if anything is wrong the insurance will help you out with making sure your vehicle is properly serviced. Forgot to mention that I also had a decent amount of parts missing and there are multiple pictures of the same thing because I had to go back multiple times and I took them each time I had to go back.

From what I gather they do a quality job but I have not personally that my car serviced here simply because it was just too pricey for what I wanted but I am not discouraged about this place because they do have payment plans for customers for different needs so if you have a major collision repair I definitely would recommend this business but I want to be clear this is not based on me getting my car fixed there just a general Vibe of what I've gotten about this location.
