He not only corrected a long list of poor workmanship, but also did beautiful, high-quality carpentry throughout my home. Daryll framed and installed multiple new windows, built a new front window bump-out to replace an old bay window, and widened the entrance to my living room by several feet--each project done with incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. Everything feels solid, well thought-out, and professionally executed. Beyond his skills, Daryll is truly a pleasure to work with. Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.

I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

They came out to measure everything we needed, quoted us on what we wanted and a few other optional windows as well since we were debating on doing everything at once. After selecting the quote for the windows we wanted to get done, a down payment was made and the windows were ordered. They came in a few weeks later and two of their team members came out to install them in the morning. Everything was done quickly and professionally with care. After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. I definitley recommend using Semko as they provided a very reliable service and also beat out many other window companies with their competitive pricing.

PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY MATERIALS, QUICK, QUALITY WORK…read more We had our garage resided in Wedgewood gray. The company is family-owned. They are professional, provide quality materials and were quick in completing the job. The workmanship is high quality. Excellent. From the moment I contacted the company until the job was completed I was kept in the loop. As a woman they dealt directly with me. I was treated with respect, integrity and professionalism. The 3 gentlemen who worked on our garage did an excellent job. The job took 2-1/2 days. They worked very, very hard. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. They never left a scrap of materials or trash in our backyard or front yard. They were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. We were informed this job would take 3 full days. They wrapped it up in 2.50 days. We were also informed the job would be started the week of Thanksgiving (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Instead, they came 2 weeks earlier which worked out perfectly. We also appreciated having our garage done 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. They installed white facia, gutters and downspouts. They installed 2 new lights (which I purchased myself) at no extra cost. The trim around the window and doors looks fantastic. They installed plywood all around as well as Tyvek. We are very, very satisfied with the end result. I rarely give 5 star reviews on Yelp, but this company did an excellent job from beginning to end. They made it very easy. They were professional and courteous. We were kept in the loop at every step. Also, the price point was excellent (a bit over $5,000) -- compared to having a new garage built we saved over $3,500. The quality of materials and excellent quality workmanship coupled with excellent communication and professionalism are reasons I highly recommend this company. They delivered a modern, stylish, and functional transformation in both spaces. Kitchen Remodel: The kitchen is now a dream space! Archa Construction installed beautiful white cabinets with black hardware, giving the room a sleek, clean look. The center island provides ample workspace, and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship stands out. The overall layout is now more open and efficient, making cooking and entertaining a breeze. They helped us to chose and buy everything for our kitchen, from cabinets to tile. Bathroom Remodel: The bathroom was also completely transformed. The marble-style tiles give it a luxurious, high-end feel, and the walk-in shower is spacious with modern black fixtures that really tie the room together.
