I had 3 sliding patio screen doors that needed to be rescreened. When I took the doors off, the internal plastic corner pieces on one of the doors cracked due to age (i.e., brittle). Unfortunately, these types of doors are no longer made and are different than what is currently sold. However, Tobi was able to design and 3D print the corner pieces with carbon fiber so I didn't have to replace the doors (which were otherwise in good shape). Class act company ALL THE WAY AROUND. Tobi, the owner, is the nicest, most honest, professional guy. I sent him pictures of my porch/current screen configuration and also measurements. He gave me an extremely reasonable quote for the six screens that I needed for our enclosed porch. No inflation of prices/no price gouging. Even gave a very nice winter discount of 25% off. Also explained the various screen options and didn't try to pressure me to go with the most expensive option. The installers came out quickly (within seven days of having initially reached out to them). They were extremely friendly, professional, punctual, and efficient, and did everything ON SITE. They removed the frames with the old screens, brought them down to their truck to work on, then came back in to re-install the frames with the new screens in LIGHTENING FAST SPEED. None of this baloney that I encountered with other screen companies where oh "we have to remove your frames and take them back to our shop to put the new screens in and then we can come back in two or three weeks to re-install the frames with the new screens" OR even more ridiculousness with other companies that expect the customer to remove the frames themselves. Met Tobi last year. Nice guy and he gave me a fair quote. We have a large structure with screened roof panels that have to be taken down for the Chicago winter, then put back up in the spring. We switched because the prior company simply stopped caring to do it right the first time (plus I had to watch them like a hawk). These guys? Professional, detail oriented and all around great guys. For the 1st Season using these them, they EXCEEDED my expectations. They knew what they were doing (so I didn't have to watch them).
