I have almost eight years in the business and work with many owners in Chicago but Steve really stands out as a true professional in the business. His inventory is always top notch and easy to sell to my clientele. I know with every tenant I place, I can feel secure in knowing they will be taken care of throughout their lease and time renting from Koller. I have never heard one complaint from any of my clients, and many compliments on maintenance requests if ever needed and over all responsiveness as an owner. I will continue to always help get these units filled with excellent tenants knowing they will be in great hands. Thank you Steve for running a five star operation.

I also had to sublease my apt one month before my lease was up and Steve gave me some useful tips as to how to find a good tenant that could roll over into a full lease with him, so it worked out for all parties. Landlords can catch a bad rap, but renting from Steve, and by extension Koller, was a great experience. Nice places, straight shooters.

Our search began with using another agent (won't mention a name) but this agent was terrible. Basically, every house we wanted to get the agent told us we were getting a steal and wouldn't help negotiate lower on pricing of homes (maybe a couple thousand) and did not seem to have our best interest at heart (a lot of details missing about home buying, lack of initiative to get answers to our questions). After an exhaustive search and frustration, my husband was ready to give up. I did a quick google search, combing through yelp trying to find the best agents possible. I contacted Dan Jordan, and we had a real good, in-depth conversation our first phone call. Dan brought things up that our previous realtor did not bring up and really took the time to speak to me - ON THE FIRST CALL. After that phone call I told my husband, this guy is the real deal and you need to speak to him. Dan really knew his stuff and took us through the entire process of home buying, left no details unmentioned and made sure we were doing everything we were supposed to be doing. This made us feel super secure knowing we had someone watching out for us. Dan was so awesome! Really and truly. Not once did my husband and I ever feel pressured to buy a home that was not in our price range. Dan always said it was our money! We really liked that. Most agents don't seem like they care what you spend, as long as you are spending it. Dan really looked at homes with us, and what I mean by this is he looked at the homes we looked at as if he was purchasing it himself, we both liked that quality because it showed he cared about what we were purchasing. We also give it up to Dan because we were both difficult pain in the butts and not once did he show any signs of frustration or stress even after all of our demands, and indecisiveness. So, in May we finally closed on our first home. It wouldn't have happened without Dan. Dan even brought us little goodies and our first gift. (Super cool). I have since then been recommending Dan to everyone that I know that is looking to purchase a home, even complete strangers that I overhear (haha). Thanks Dan!

Our agent contacted the seller's agent from this group, Natalia Zulowski and received no insight on the cancellation "I have no clue" nor any intention to speak with our agent. New buyers please beware that there is a clause in the contract where a seller can disapprove a contract without any reason. In this instance, there was no ethical consideration in communication and reimbursement for cost of the home inspection, sewer scope and radon testing that we paid for and reports from these that they have access to. We spent $1300 that went down the drain.
