The water was running and I had no way to turn it off. A little cursing happened and I went to the basement to turn off the water to the house. After a little bit of a search on 'ye ol' internet I found that our cartridge in our faucet handle went bad. It looked easy enough to do myself so I looked up some videos and found the instructions and got to work. The only hiccup? I needed a new cartridge to replace the broken one. I called Stadium Hardware and spoke to the very friendly Allison who patched me over to plumbing to make sure they had what I needed in stock. Paul helped me out and made sure he had the right item set aside for me. Back to Allison who ran my payment over the phone and I was in my car to pick up the item in minutes. I pulled up to the back and they loaded it in my trunk. Bing bang boom! I was off. And after a bit more cursing, a bit of sweating, and a few false starts our water was back on AND off. FYI -- The store is open to in store shoppers and masks are required. Perhaps a little pricey for re-screening but he did a great job and upgraded us to aluminum screen versus the plastic variety. What's more is the store in general...reminds me of a general store, with a little of everything from flags to fly to hummingbird feeders to paint and everything in between. Prices are comparable to HD and overall it's just a nicer more personal experience here. The screens the owner worked on for us turned out really nicely with a snap fit. It's worth checking into before you have them custom made for a small fortune.
