Wow! I took a Summer Camp recently and it was INTENSE! But I came out of it with an old chair renewed with hand-tied springs and recovered with beautiful new fabric. And I did it myself, with lots of instruction. The teacher and owner, Kymm, is high energy and authoritative, showing us what needed to be done and giving us the time, space, tools, and push to get it done. The camp was on the pricey side (there are lower cost options), but it included food and board at an AirBnB. The shop has a large selection of fabrics and is open to the public if you just want to buy fabric. You can hire LullCo to reupholster your pieces. You can take various classes, not just upholstery! I wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of all the creative things that are offered but I'm very glad I found LullCo. read more
