He was also very nice and highly professional. He mostly focuses on small jobs, which is perfect for me considering other places I asked were backed up multiple weeks with larger jobs taking priority and giving me a much higher quote considering it was such a small job. We're definitely recommending go back if needed!

Another month passes and same arms peeling and noticed ottoman side missed....again contacted service and was told he was busy....I may have used water on area when I was told to use only recommended conditioner...he would have to look for product again among his stash of 1000's...& probably was outdated ....because " only good for 6 months"...& would have to charge again for service.....& I should be patient he'd get back to me...yada yada....after several calls.. the last on May 17th...i have given up on him ever returning.....I question the product he's using and terrible customer service. Beware!! I now will have to contact a reputable service for repair.

This included cellular shades and shutters. The install of the shades went smoothly however when it came to the shutters it was a nightmare. Let's just say that a globe chandler was knocked into and fell, breaking not only all over my brand new hardwood floor but also over the installer himself, leaving him bleeding all over a brand new rug and my walls. Their repair jobs were very subpar and they still charged us the full price. After more back and forth emails, we received more excuses and blame towards us, rather than trying to fix the issue until we were completely satisfied.
