I was skeptical, but went ahead and left my car with Tony. I also had him replace the piece of vinyl on the edge of my front seat that had cracked from eight years of my sliding in and out over it. And he said he would recondition all of the leather sections of the seats. Wow! He really delivered. There is no way you would know anything was ever anything wrong with any of the seats. The look new. Amazing! And throughout the process from estimate to finish Tony was quick to respond and kept me updated on the progress. And all of that was done by email with photos, texts, and emails, which I really appreciated since we live about 30 miles from his shop. Thank you, Tony!

He gave…read moreme a more than reasonable quote with two options based on what he needed to do and was able to fix it in about 10 minutes and squeeze me in same day. He was also very nice and highly professional. He mostly focuses on small jobs, which is perfect for me considering other places I asked were backed up multiple weeks with larger jobs taking priority and giving me a much higher quote considering it was such a small job. We're definitely recommending go back if needed!

They did three Pearsall chairs for us and the communication and workmanship were poor. Pictures below speak for the quality of work. We took a pair of rocking Pearsall chairs to them and Richard told us that he needs to open the chairs before he can give us an estimate and he would get back to us by the mid week with an estimate. He also mentioned that for one chair, the foam probably doesn't need to be replaced. I asked him for the extra cost for replacing the foam and he mentioned that $85. I asked him to replaced the foam on both chairs as I wanted them to look the same. We didn't hear from him by midweek for the estimate so we contacted them at the end of the week. We were told that they have already finished both chairs. We picked them up and they have several issues. He has drilled a hole in one chair and you can see the wood split. He also didn't replaced the foam on one of the chairs so the two finished chairs look very different from each other. The other Pearsall chair that they did for us has several supporting brackets and screws completely visible. Very disappointed in them.
