I called about 30 minutes before he was closing about a couch cushion that I needed fixed. He gave me a more than reasonable quote with two options based on what he needed to do and was able to fix it in about 10 minutes and squeeze me in same day. He was also very nice and highly professional. He mostly focuses on small jobs, which is perfect for me considering other places I asked were backed up multiple weeks with larger jobs taking priority and giving me a much higher quote considering it was such a small job.
