At our new place, they placed furniture where we wanted. The new place has hardwood floors and they removed metal feet from our furniture and replaced them with felt pads that I already had. Andy even offered to do a simple repair (they didn't do the damage) on an old piece of furniture. We were amazed that they could carry two things easily and go up and down the stairs without banging into the walls. When their hands were empty they ran up and down the stairs.
