Another month passes and same arms peeling and noticed ottoman side missed....again contacted service and was told he was busy....I may have used water on area when I was told to use only recommended conditioner...he would have to look for product again among his stash of 1000's...& probably was outdated ....because " only good for 6 months"...& would have to charge again for service.....& I should be patient he'd get back to me...yada yada....after several calls.. the last on May 17th...i have given up on him ever returning.....I question the product he's using and terrible customer service. Beware!! I now will have to contact a reputable service for repair.

Dean was kind and patient and did a thorough job of cleaning the furniture. My grandparents were quite impressed and commented on what a nice family man he was. They liked how proudly he spoke of his wife and kids which I thought was adorable. He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. You can tell he truly cared about the quality of his paint job and the satisfaction of his customers. I'll admit I can be a little fussy about paint. I'm very happy with Andrew's work! He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. He was very responsive through the entire communication process, and never left me hanging or wondering what was happening, from first contact to when he was arriving. You don't always get that, and it's important. His estimate was clear and professional. This is his own business and there is a definite pride of ownership, and customer care that comes with that.
