Unfortunately - Laser Tag not operating - the primary attraction we came for. Unfortunately, only one of two "Wonder Coaster" Simulators were operating (with only two kids going for each turn). Being annoyed, I timed the pace of the line. It took 3 minutes 40 seconds for the operator to get two kids weighed, strapped in, and the simulator started. Total time from weighing one group to the next was 7 minutes, 34 seconds ... ... again, that's for only two kids. Extrapolate that - only 16 kids get on each hour. Unfortunately, we went back to do the Ropes Course a second time, but it was either closed or not staffed.

You are provided 3D glasses and then you buckle yourself in, grab your "gun", and get ready to enjoy the ride! Our ride was the carnival themed one which involved shooting at some pretty scary clowns and other twisted carnival creatures. The chairs move and vibrate, but nothing too crazy. The 3D effect is actually pretty immersive; it really felt like you were falling at some parts and it was fun trying to fend off the virtual monsters popping up and jump scaring you. I'm a big kid at heart, so I really had fun with it even though I felt a little queasy towards the end due to my motion sickness. The only downfall was that when it showed the scores at the end, it wasn't really clear who was who so I'll never know if I was the queen of the clown killers haha. I don't know that I would go out of my way to do this, but if it's included in a package, it's worth checking out.

Would Never Go To A Park Without Them Again! Kunal Is The Best!!…read more Our Crew - 9 people. Ages 5, 12, 14, 44, 45, 48, 48, 69, & 70. With those age ranges, i was thinking it would not be so easy to navigate everyone's wishes, but our guide Kunal (or K as we called him) did just that. I would also like to point out that it is also difficult to join in on a vacation of 9 people and get along with them all, and that is exactly what Kunal did. Everyone loved him. He had a calming affect on both the kids and the adults. We are still texting him pictures he took with us! The Process - Shay from World Class handled all of my 30 annoying questions asking her about how things work. Their service was recommended by a friend of mine, but i was still skeptical if the extra cost was worth it knowing I had such a large party. Once I agreed to pull the trigger, Shay sent me an excel spreadsheet with all of the rides listed from each park. We chose which rides were a "cant miss for us" , and others that we would have interest if there was still time available. I then gave Shay my login for my Disney account so they can organize each of our fast passes. Magic Kingdom - Kunal got us in prior to the park opening to the public. We were 12th or so in line for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.Once they completed their test runs, we were all on the 2nd train out together! We rode 10 rides or so and were done around 2:30pm, giving us plenty of time to relax back in the pool at the hotel. Hollywood Studios - We were at the line early and rode Slinky Dog within 10 minutes of us entering the park. We were done at this park by 1pm after 8 rides/shows. Toy Story Mania was super fun. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventures - Kunal got us in the park 45 minutes prior to it opening. It was almost weird walking around the park by ourselves. We did the Minion Show, Transformers, and Mummy ride all prior to 9am. Pretty Crazy. It was tough to time how long we were here, because thunderstorms caused some delays, but we completed almost 20 attractions at both parks and did not stay till closing. Another added benefit - Last year the kids fought over what ride was next and who got to pick it, this year all they asked was "Which ride is next K?" - after every single ride. Never was there an argument over what was next. That is worth its weight in Disney gold... Cost - It is not cheap at $175/hour, but the value you receive well surpasses the price tag. If you can add this splurge, it is a must. The way I look at it, you are literally buying back hours of each day for use doing other things. Verdict - 100000% I would use them again. I can not speak for their other guides, but just request Kunal and you will be as happy as can be. We joked that the longest lines we waited on in 3 days were for popcorn and dole whip. I do not think we waited more than 10 minutes for any ride in 4 parks. Insane. And we are hooked.

Our group consisted of 3 6-yr olds, 2 11-yr olds, 1 13-yr old, and 7 adults ranging in age from 38 to 70. It is absolutely not conceivable that we could have enjoyed our trip even 1/2 as much without the services of this remarkable company. Our tour guides all 4 days were Gabby and Kristen, and they quite literally and immediately became part of our family. You would think that with our group covering such a large range of ages and interests, that there would have been pulling in different directions while seeing the parks. And you would be wrong. Everyone just wanted to always be with Gabby and Kristen, as they guided us onto every ride and attraction that everyone wanted to see, no lines, no waits for our VIP seating in the shows - I still don't understand how they do it. This is an absolutely awesome company. From you first phone contact to the day you sadly say good-bye to your guide, this is a 1st class, one of a kind, experience. I feel as though I'm so enthusiastic about this company, someone might think I've got a connection to them other than as a customer. I am simply a most satisfied customer. If a Disney World experience with no waits in line, VIP show seats, no rushing around, and all reservations made for you, is what you want, use this company. I strongly recommend Disney Tours VIP.

We have free passes with our Legoland annual pass, because if I had to pay for this, I would've been pretty disappointed. I was really looking forward to the fact that you can hook up your Bluetooth and play music. It didn't work! We tried for a solid 1/3 of the ride and could never make it work. So then I thought that maybe the narration would tell us information about what we were seeing. It didn't work either, it just kept telling us to watch out the doors were closing, even though they were already closed. So my son and I opted to sit in silence and look at everything beneath us. Overall, the ride wasn't bad. You can see quite a bit of Orlando, but I expected to find the views more interesting. There's a lot of construction happening around the Eye so we did see a lot of plain lots. But we could glimpse part of epic universe that was pretty cool, but most of the major theme parks are pretty far away. Everybody that worked there was super nice though. It is about a 20 minute ride the full way around. That's why it's a little crazy to me. That people are willing to pay so much for what amounts to that 20 minute attraction. It is neat though that it's part of icon Park, so I do really appreciate that you can pay for the Eye, sea life, and Madame Tussaud. We get all for free with our annual pass to Legoland, so that made this trip worth it. Parking at icon park it super easy. There is a parking garage where the upper levels are free and lower levels you pay for.

Haha All jokes aside, from the top of the Eye, you can see a good distance of central Florida. Over the years, they've added some cool features. They added seating in the center, Bluetooth connectivity to phones for music and a touchscreen telling you about the views and surroundings! It's the main focal point of Icon Park!

Let me just say, I was NOT a fan of how they packed everyone into the tent before the show. They kept telling people to squeeze in closer and closer and it got to the point where I was seriously uncomfortable. I was squished between strangers with no room to move, people were coughing, it was hot, and I was honestly starting to feel claustrophobic. At one point I was debating just leaving because there was no way I wanted to stand like that the whole time. What made it more frustrating is that once the inner doors opened, there was actually plenty of space and a whole different area to walk through. So all that cramming in the beginning felt really unnecessary. Definitely something they should rethink. That being said... I'm really glad we stayed. The show itself was fantastic. The characters were great, the visuals were beautiful, and the creatures were honestly so cute and really well done. The theater opens up in a way that totally gives you that magical, expanded space feeling. It reminded me of those enchanted tents where it looks small on the outside but huge once you're inside. I won't spoil anything, but it definitely leans more toward a Magical Beasts vibe than classic Harry Potter, which fits with the Ministry theme in this area. Overall, once you get past the whole "packed like sardines in a tent" situation, it's absolutely worth checking out.

Located on Place Cachée, inside the Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe, Le Cirque Arcanus…read more("ark-ann-oo") brings to life the travelling circus from Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. As one enters via a small tent, it definitely reminds us of an old circus from the 1920s, with those quirky signs that invite guests to check out something incredible before it opens out in a really large indoor space. The ringmaster Skender uses Newt Scamander's suitcase. Inside this suitcase is a pocket dimension filled with all kinds of fantastic beasts. That is the name of the movies, after all. The show's visuals are beautiful. Many of the special effects are almost certainly the first of their kind, theme park or not. It's a great place to sit down, cool off, and enjoy something different from the rides, especially if one's a Harry Potter fan.

I feel like I always want more from this place but it's brand new and I know it's expanding so I'll give it some time for that. The concept of the park is beautiful where you warp into worlds as you amongst the stars in the celestial Park area when you enter. Mario world is just a beautiful site. It just makes you feel like you're in the game. I truly believe they put all their money and effort into this Park. The Yoshi ride was a cute People mover ride that was very relaxing, thankfully it didn't rain, but people are literally on this ride when it's raining. The Mario kart ride was OK a little dizzy for me. And the best ride was definitely donkey Kong. Lots of twist and turns and any buddy of all ages can get on this ride. I don't wanna make this review super long because I feel with my knowledge and passion for the park. I can get pretty lengthy. Overall, I do recommend going to the park but bring an umbrella or a poncho because there's barely any coverage. Also walking shoes since everything is very far apart. My mom made the mistake to bring sandals and I don't know how we did not notice this when she left the house lol! The food is definitely worth trying out for as well. Universal Studios did a wonderful job with the Park, but the lines that you wait for majority of the rides are borderline atrocious. A lot of the rides break down in our clothes for hours even when you're in the line and they don't really let you know. So it's up to you if you stay in line or not. We made the mistake of staying in line last time and for the ride we waited was not worth the 3 1/2 hours that we wasted. The park does not even open that late to be going through those motions. Anyways, if it's your first time, highly recommend you go. Definitely be prepared and bring your own water bottle, walking shoes, and something to cover your head from the rain.

We arrived at 8 AM and we're surprised that they were already people in line waiting to get in. The process to enter is pretty quick and they hold you at the different universes before going in. Just before nine, they let us into the Mario world where we wanted to start our day. It is absolutely beautiful in there and definitely brings you back to your childhood. My head was literally on a swivel. The portals to enter the universes are absolutely beautiful as well. We rode the two rides in Mario world and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got through it. The donkey Kong ride wasn't my favorite just because it was a little shaky and brought up some low back soreness that I forgot I had. Following Mario world, we headed to Harry Potter. We were a little bit confused by the concept, but nonetheless enjoyed the world itself. The Ministry of magic is unreal. The work that they did in there is amazing and we were excited to experience it. The wait for the ride was 180 minutes most of the day because the ride kept getting shut down so unfortunately we didn't get to ride it. We had heard that it wasnt worth it anyway. Instead, we grabbed a butter beer, which was delicious and headed for the show. After Harry Potter, we headed to the dark universe. This has got to be my favorite universe in this park. It is totally underrated. We got in line for monsters and was greeted by some air-conditioning and a quick line. The queue itself is so entertaining and it preps you for such a great experience. We loved it so much that we rode it twice. We had for werewolf and was a little disappointed at how short the ride was. I literally blinked and it was pretty much over. Headed to the old burnt Tavern for cheddar bites after those rides. I wasn't really in the mood for them, but when we finally ordered them and they came... I couldn't get enough. I honestly wanted more. The environment there is awesome too because it's very dark in there and eerie. We rode stardust racer twice and preferred the Green track. And our last stop, we headed to Isle of Berk. Again Dragon Racers was wayyyy too short. I was really working on trying to get a barrel roll, but before I could even figure out the ride itself, it was over. We stopped for lunch and had a burger, which was really good too. This was mainly to escape the heat for a bit. Following lunch, we headed to the show in Isle of Berk. We finished off the day with riding the two remaining rides before we headed home & the rains hit. Overall, this park is absolutely beautiful. They definitely have room to grow, but I'm excited to watch them do it.
