5/5 and I'm picky. Service was beyond incredible. We timed it to watch the fireworks and they were able to advise when to get on to watch from the top! It was very special. We had our photo taken and everything, throughout the entire process I was blown away by the hospitality. The drinks and the bluetooth music playing were plusses! I didn't expect the ride to be THIS good. I would recommend it to people visiting!

Such a beautiful view! The cabins were limited to individual groups so you were granted the privacy to really enjoy the view and experience. The cabins were also pleasantly air conditioned, spacious and allowed for Bluetooth connection so I was able to play my little one's favorite songs while in the sky. There were a few downsides unfortunately. The ticket pricing is a little steep and despite joining the wait as soon as it was open, the line took forever! We were waiting for a really long time and a significant portion of the line is outdoors with no real ventilation. It was a miserable wait. Additionally, although there was a sign indicating that strollers were allowed, only certain people were permitted strollers. We were told that we had to leave ours and this was not planned for. It would have been a safer experience if we were permitted to have our very energetic toddler in a stroller, especially since the area near the cabin doors have spaces and made me very nervous. It was a nice family experience though.

I went to this in the evening as the nightlights would be nicer. However, there was condensation on the windows so you couldn't see clearly . They offered the ride again but would've be the same. I think they need to clean off the windows . I went back next day for a daytime ride. Or the same effect but was able to see out clearly. If it is inclement weather they stop the ride which is what occurred last time I tried to get on. They offer drinks to purchase at the beginning since it is a 20minute ride . The best part, it wasn't busy both times and we had the whole car to ourselves instead of a bunch of others with us. A nice ride for all ages . You can purchase package deals with other attractions for 10 dollars more for each one chosen .

As a local I have visited Icon Park plenty of times. My mother was in town to visit and wanted to ride Teh Orlando Eye. There is free parking in the parking garage. We had to purchase tickets on the kiosk machine right inside the front doors to the building. The tickets were VERY EXPENSIVE. We were able to walk right on the eye and the 2 of us got our own pod due to low numbers of people riding it. The pod was very dated feeling. I remember riding the eye right after it first opened and it felt so fresh, new, and a luxury experience. This time it felt run down and not super clean. The experience only takes you 1 trip around. The construction of Blue Man Group takes away from the experience too. Once at the top and looking around, it is hard to understand what you are looking at in the area unless you are from Orlando or have alot of knowledge of the area. I wish the pod had signage to tell people what they were looking at in different directions. The upside was that you could pair your phone Bluetooth to play music of your choice.

What a fun experience! I had a tight schedule and thank goodness there was no line! The photographer greeted me with some green screen photos before I headed to the platform for my ride. I was so amazed and excited to see Orlando from so high up! I also get to pick my own music in the cabin. It was also a perfect opportunity to watch sunset! I bet this is a hit for Valentine's Day no matter which time of the day you go there!

Parking is Free in the ICON Park Parking garage on levels 4 & 5. Guests can enter the park for free, but if you want to experience all that ICON Park has to offer you have to purchase tickets inside. Tickets for the wheel are $30; however, if you're going to take the time out of your day to come to ICON park you will probably stay for a while, so I recommend purchasing a combo pass or the PLAY pass, so you can check out some more of what they have to offer. The Wheel ride lasts about 20-minutes and since it is 400 foot high you get a great view of the Orlando skyline and beyond. I am not a huge fan of heights, yet the wheel moves so smoothly and slowly that I hardly noticed how high we were until we were nearing the top, and we were at the max people capacity of 10. One of the fun things about the experience is you can connect via Bluetooth to the sound system and play the music of your choice. You can also purchase drinks from the bartender and take them with you while you ride. I rode the Wheel back when they first opened in 2015 and I recently rode it again while my family was in town. This is a great ride for groups. Its not a super exciting or thrilling but it's a ride just about anyone can do at any age. If you haven't experienced the Wheel at ICON park, I highly recommend checking it out.

The Wheel at Icon Park is one of those things that you can't miss. It's 400 feet tall! It's located inside Icon Park, which has tons of restaurants and fun touristy shops. Our niece wanted to go on it, and thankfully, we ate at Uncle Julio's and I noticed there was a discount inside that offered 40% off or something great. Florida resident tickets are $20 and I think non is $29 or something like that. I was picturing more of a Ferris wheel, but each "pod" is enclosed and air conditioned, which is nice. There is only a tiny bench and the middle and none around the table edges which is kind of a bummer. To really see the view you've got to stand. Loading and disembarking was fast and seamless as it moves verrryyyy slowly. Honestly it was a little boring, but I'm glad I did it (and at a discount). Now I never have to do it again.

I won some rides at a auction so here we are on a cloudy day heading upward. It was better than I thought. It was clean and I felt Safe as long as the fam stayed away from the doors. It was busy so it was a easy on/off. I did enjoy that we were able to bluetooth Christmas music during our ride. The view is nice and so outstretched. The icon park in a whole is nicely laid out with food vendors, attractions and family fun activities. Employees were helpful and the place was full of holiday spirit during this Christmas time. I can check this off my bucket list.

This was a really fun thing to do if you are a first time visitor of Orlando. We decided to do it at night because I thought it would be prettier, but I think it actually would have been smarter to do it during the day when you can see everything. It is pretty darn expensive for what you are experiencing, though. Parking was easy, getting into the park was easy. The guy running the Wheel was not so great. It takes about 20 minutes to go all the way around, and you have your own little enclosed pod. The pods have A/C, tinted windows, Bluetooth speakers so you can play your own music. There is a bar right before you go in, so you can take drinks in with you. I'm not sure exactly how many people each pod holds because there were only 2 of us, but they are quite large.

As part of a combo pack along with Sea Life, the tickets together were about $55 a person. As we headed to the ride we were asked if we wanted a picture, which gives more opportunity to charge tourist fees. We declined and got right onto the cable car? Not sure what you call it. Anyway we got on, ride was about 15 minutes and basically you're looking down into the roads, rooftops, etc. The skies were cloudy that day so looking down was pretty dreary. There was a prerecorded audio introducing different areas of Florida, ads for other attractions, etc. The ride was slow but it was a little underwhelming for me.

We had never checked out this large Ferris wheel in Icon Park so decided to try it out. We had a package deal that included the Wheel along with other Icon Park attractions. Boarding was easy enough and we were happy that we had a pod all to ourselves. They have a tablet where you can connect via Bluetooth and play your own music if you wish. The pods are air conditioned so it's comfortable in there. The ride takes about 20 minutes or so and you can see pretty far out on all sides. The views aren't necessarily spectacular since Orlando's landscape is just not the most breathtaking in my opinion, but it's still pretty cool and I liked trying to identify the different buildings and areas. My fear of heights did kick in, so I stayed on the seat in the middle rather than get close to the glass walls of the pod, but I could still see everything well from there. It's not an attraction I'd bother to repeat personally, but if you've never been I'd say it's worth doing once.

Leanne N.

Purchased a 2-round plus drink ticket that was incredibly worth. The facility is incredibly clean and the ride is very modern and secure- the 360 panoramic view is relaxing and comfortable. There is a Bluetooth speaker in the pod to play your own music in that automatically disconnects when the ride reaches back to the start. We went in the day and got a great view of Orlando and would love to visit again in the night. Each staff member we talked to was respectful and genuinely welcoming.

I haven't done this in a couple years and much has changed with the way they go about it. I am a little sad because the eye used to have a really cool little 4D video that was included, showing different things in Florida but they got rid of that and now just have an arcade where it used to be. The cost is roughly $40 an adult and it includes digital downloads of the photos they take before you hop onto the wheel. It is cool because you get a decent amount of photos and they insert you into different backgrounds that are Florida and Orlando themed. The ride takes a rough 20 minutes to go around the entire thing and you can even hook up your Bluetooth to listen to music while you are taking in the sights of central Florida and Orlando area. It's pretty awesome to look out in the distance and see Disney or some of the awesome Rollercoasters at Universal. If you're a tourist visiting the area for the first time, I definitely recommend this. If you're a local and you have done everything else in the area, you might as well do this at least once as well.

We also don't have members of the family of the right age for Dr Seuss, and given we live near a Six Flags some of the Marvel area rides are similar to things we ride more frequently closer to home. So our main stop was checking our Harry Potter, and Jurassic Park. (Plus, I rode Hulk on my own out of a random bit of horror movie nostalgia. It was the ride used during a part of the House on Haunted Hill remake!) We still had fun, but generally knocked out most of what we wanted to do in the Harry Potter area quickly during early morning hours. We admittedly did a bit of park hopping do all of the Harry potter stuff at the start of the day, especially given the Univeral side had short hours during our trip where IOA had really long hours. My kiddo for sure wants to come back once the River Adventure is back up, and hopefully if they decide to fix Kong.

Visited Universal Studios Florida for a fun night of frightening scares at Halloween Horror Nights…read more After regular park hours, the park remains open for this event. The park is transformed into a huge medley of ten themed haunted houses that are located throughout the entire amusement park. Its no possible way to knock all haunted houses out in one visit. For me and my party, we only got to complete 4 of the haunted houses; Sinners, Stranger Things 5, Hellraiser, and H.R. Bloodengutz: A Halloween Fright-Tacular! The wait times for each house we got into ranged from 55 minutes to 80 minutes. That was the pain point of the whole experience but we passed the time by playing a game of charades, doing a tik tok trend, or grabbing a signature drink at the drink stations setup near each haunted house. Each house had a duration of about 5 to 10 minutes walk-through. There was several jump scares throughout each one. Also, as you walk to other haunted houses, there are scary characters walking around to terrorize you. It was also cool to see halloween themed food options throughout the amusement park too. I would totally recommend coming for a visit if you like to be frightened or just want to eat, drink, and be scary instead of merry.

I definitely had a good time even though my feet didn't think so. I love the options of food and the different themes in each of the parks. At Universal Studios, we hung out mostly at Harry Potter and loved seeing the train and taking the train to the next park. Lines were not horrible but definitely fast pass sounds like it would make a difference in line. Doesn't help if you go with very impatient people, but we made due. The turkey leg I got at the Simpson's side of the park was awesome! That turkey leg lasted me so long and I loved the novelty of the things they sold there! There is a lot to see! It's definitely more fun when you have kids with you to experience it all. Next time I do want to check out the new Epic Universe and the Volcano Bay.

They have a convenient parking garage where the first three floors are paid parking, while the fourth floor and above are free. That was a nice bonus and made getting there easy. I was actually on my way to a restaurant, so exploring the park wasn't part of the plan. But once I walked inside, I couldn't help but look around. There were restaurants, food vendors, candy shops, drink stands, and so much more. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and full of energy. It looked like the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone just looking to spend a few hours enjoying themselves. This is a short review because I didn't get the chance to experience everything Icon Park has to offer. However, based on my first impression alone, I can definitely say I'll be back. There was a parking garage and parking was super easy. By that time we left around 8:30 PM there were so many cars, but when we first got there at about 5 PM there were tons of spots. They do have parking spots you can pay for in the lower levels so it seems like if you're willing to pay there will always be parking. If you want free parking, you need to go earlier because this seems to be popular for nightlife. I always appreciate when there's so many attractions together that you can walk to. This place has quite a few restaurants, some shops and the attractions all in a contained area. It was very clean and when we came, there was a huge police presence, because apparently a couple weeks before there was hundreds of teenagers that descended to the area and fought. So the place was doing a really good job making sure that everything was safe. This is a place for both families and non-families alike.

Being of a certain age, we chose to visit just the Auto Museum. There are a variety of attraction packages available if you want to use one or several of the attractions. Everyone entering must fill out a waiver, even if you're visiting just the Auto Museum. The waivers are available online as well as advance ticket purchases. There is also a food court and several shops within the Dezerland complex. I'm not into cars myself but the Auto Museum was impressive. My husband especially loved seeing the vintage cars from the 1940s through the 1970s, although some of the cars shown preceded the 1940s. Besides cars, the museum also features vintage motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, fire trucks, police vehicles, post office delivery vehicles, subway cars, and buses. The backdrops, movies posters, pictures, and cardboard cut outs of the movie 'stars' and historical figures greatly enhance the experience. I can't imagine the time and energy it must have taken to amass this collection of vintage vehicles.
