You have to pay for everything separately at different times. As a family of 4, it ended up being $1000. Everything in the gift shop does not have a price. Two adult beverages and two kid beverages at the bar was $75 plus a 15% gratuity of nine dollars plus an $18 tip that they automatically added making it $93. Not included in dinner. They got a good thing going just not for your average working class family.

This place is a fun time if you have kids! They are very interactive with the show and involve the kids. It is pretty silly if you're watching as an adult and the storyline has a bunch of holes, but the performers put their whole heart and soul into their performance. Their singing voices are very good! The food was just average. It is good if you're very hungry, but the chicken needs more sauce! Im not sure why they put it at the bottom under the chicken, it makes it hard to get. Overall a pleasant experience.

We showed up and were shocked to find ourselves at a kid-friendly pirate show instead with the wrong food (I ordered soup, got salad, and got chicken quarter instead of mushroom chicken). This happened to multiple people in our row. They use the same building and won't respond to calls or emails. Total scam. Avoid!

The acrobatic performers were my fave, even though I was on the edge of my seat worrying that someone was gonna drop someone else. The audience members that were pulled up on stage definitely added to the overall hilarity. I felt like there was a lil nickel and dime-ing going on...why is there an extra charge for parking in the venues lot? Just adjust the ticket price up a little if that's what's needed. There was a staff photographer there - he takes the pics, you pull them up with a QR code later. It would have been $40 to unlock pics with me and my friend doing two different poses. (I passed on getting them) The food was better than I expected, and our waitress Amber paid as much much attention to checking on us as can be excepted since she also doubled as a performer and got on stage for a few dance numbers. Fun night out...I wanted to check out the attached lounge/bar speakeasy, but it was rented out for a private event.

If you're looking for a fun dinner + show experience, this place is definitely worth it! I came…read morehere for a company party and ended up really enjoying the whole vibe. The show is inspired by a Chicago gang theme at Capone's Dinner & Show, and it's super entertaining from start to finish. I tried the chicken with pasta and it was honestly delicious, good portion and full of flavor. They also have a full bar, which makes it even better because you can sip your drink while enjoying the show. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for all ages, so you can bring the whole family and still have a great time. Prices are reasonable for what you get, especially with both food and entertainment included. Plus, it's conveniently located near ICON Park on International Drive. Definitely recommend if you want something different and fun for a night out! The service was exceptional

We wanted to try something different so we went for a dinner and a show. Capone's has a great price…read morepoint. We splurged on the VIP but it really wasn't necessary. You got a closer seat. That's the only perk that was taken advantage. We saw no difference in timing on seating when it came to a non packed show (the show starts exactly the same time for everyone) and we saw no difference in better drinks. We arrived as a party of 2 and they had our ticket ready at the front with the name it was booked under. We went through a cute speakeasy that takes place in Chicago. Walked to the bar to get a drink. This part was a long wait. The line was long. Someone ended up coming over and asking us what we wanted and grabbed it for us so we can sit down. We thought we were eating dinner during the show. Nope. Two separate areas. This is why when purchasing it tells you it's 6:30-10:00pm. The starters came out and they were good. Bread. Mozzarella sticks. Salads. Then the entrees came out and that was terrible. The chicken parm must have not been fresh. Frozen? The lasagna was okay. The pasta was less than ok. Everything had the same sauce actually. The food really was not good. And our bodies surely did react to eating this food. The dessert? Pass. The show was not necessarily what we thought. Think less gangster. Think more cheesy. We were engaged though and shared some laughs. Overall it was a relaxing night but it would only get a 3 - 3.5 star for the overall experience. Also if you're booking online, they don't tell you but you should bring cash to tip.

The magician even got my brother up for some audience participation which was a feat of magic in itself as Billy isn't really a willing participant in being front and center. The venue is actually what is usually a small hotel ballroom, but it was a good size for a magic show. I highly recommend the vip seating for two reasons: 1. The reserved seating access is for the first two rows. I think it would be harder to see everything further back. I was row two and it was hard because everyone in the first row was super tall that night. And 2. A drink from the hotel lobby bar is included and they had some good stuff....including the blueberry sage mocktail I got! The wife of the magician is a lovely hostess getting everyone checked in and seated before doing her magician assistant duties during the show. The magic was well performed and had some illusions that really had jaws dropping! Overall I didn't find it as "naughty or adult" as it was advertised, but it was occasionally cheeky and ultimately good fun!

There is so much space, even at the height of the crowd, you can find a fun game to play. You can break down your day into categories of games. We had a pinball segment, a shooting one, sports, old school arcade, Mario Kart on the Switch 2 dart, it just went on forever. It could have kept going, but we had dinner reservations to keep. Ambiance is absolutely awesome. Brilliant, electric murals cover every single inch of space. There isn't any blankness on any wall, not even in the restroom. It's wild, and it's great. There's some food options, but it's like, dumb stuff for kids. Pizza, chicken tenders, etc. So if you want to spend a whole day here, get the pass that lets you leave and come back. Unless you're into frozen nuggets. The drink game is strong, though. They have a ton of mixers that are delicious on their own, and can be mixed with some booze, too, if you'd like. Overall, there is all positives here and no negatives. I come to Monsters pretty often, and I suspect I will forever more.

Some would say the price, but for what you're getting here, I would think the price very reasonable. Tips: Arrive early, because during peak hours, this place can get really packed and it can get hard to find a free game.
