During our brief conversation, he let me know that the studio was offering to allow perspective students to take a number of classes to try out dance and see how they like it. I was definitely intrigued by this. In the two weeks that followed, I sampled 2 Monday night and 2 Tuesday night classes where the introduction to several dances (tango, salsa, bachata, etc.) were covered by Andy. About half way through class Mark (Owner?) would arrive and assist through to the end. The second week just happened to coincide with the week of the evening dance party held at the Jazzercise Orlando Mills 50 Fitness Center and I was invited to attend. Overall, the Instructors were great, welcoming and very personable. The other students were very open and welcoming. The classes and the dance party was a good experience. I will definitely go back and recommend that you give it a try if you're curious about dancing.

This annual holiday event outside the UCF CFE Arena has free parking and admission. Light Up UCF also has ice skating, holiday movies, carriage rides, photos with Santa and a performance stage.

It's free to attend the event and walk around, but doing anything other than that requires a ticket or wrist band. They had a large loop ride and a ferris wheel, an ice slide, ice skating and pictures with Santa. The two rides were fun and the ice slide was a hit with everyone! We took pics with Santa and opted for the digital copies which we are still trying to get. This is run through a third party, so can't fault the event itself for the issue getting the photos, just be careful when buying them and check on site that you get your copies. It's a little pricey for what it offers and there is a limited amount to do, but fun was still had by all so we'd probably go again. Overall: B Fun holiday event, but limited in offerings.

Every time I wanted to…read moretalk to a professor about my progress and career advice, they appeared annoyed that I was even asking about it. UCF is an education mill. They just want to push everyone through to graduation. Upon graduating, I couldn't even get a job in my desired career field. I was a political science prelaw major and they wouldn't even hire me to be a legal assistant. I ended up enlisting because I couldn't find a job anywhere else. A lot of help my UCF degree was.

The staff has always been friendly, the concessions are solid, and having a full bar is a nice bonus. This theater definitely has a special place in my heart, and I'd love to see it get a full upgrade one day.

Make sure to come in with your UCF ID and enjoy a smaller, less crowded study space than the library with great hours!
