We had been told about World Class VIP by a work colleague and booking with them was the best Disney advice we received. We had the luck of having Gianna take us around the Magic Kingdom. Despite it being mid-week in mid-January and one of Disney's quietest weeks, the park still felt busy and had big queues for all rides. Gianna though made the day a breeze. Not only did she & HQ fast pass us all day, she also knew which rides and attractions would have no queue and when. So as the rest of the park sprinted for Thunder Mountain/7 Dwarfs Mine Train/Space Mountain at opening time - we boarded three rides with no queues on the way to our first fast pass attraction. Gianna constantly managed and re-organised our fast pass experience according to what we wanted to do. This even meant snagging 7 Dwarfs Mine Train fast passes as our 2 year old got braver and braver on the Goofy mini roller coaster (which we rode back to back with no queuing at all)! Being guided around the park without us ever having to consult our phones or a map meant the whole day was maximised and we could all enjoy the experience rather than be stressing or queuing or staring at screens. We travelled with our 5 & nearly 3 year old. Gianna was great with them. It also meant that she, the stroller and the invariable host of bags you need with small kids were always waiting for us when we exited a ride. She was also able to queue for the pop up Snow White meet and greet, and the Jasmine & Aladdin meet and greet as we went on the nearby rides - it just made the whole day so smooth and maximised what was possible to do. The day ended for us with Gianna just before the afternoon parade. Whilst we met Tinkerbell at the end of Main Street, Gianna had saved us the perfect space to see the parade curb side and in the shade. It's the small details that she see's that make the difference. Of course there is a cost to this. For us we truly believe that its money well spent as you are creating once in a lifetime memories as a family. You go to Disney to enjoy the experience, not queue. We rode everything we wanted to & more without ever feeling rushed. So one day with World Class VIP saves you days of extra park tickets and accommodation (and gift shop visits) if you try to pack in as much. To put into context we visited Animal Kingdom on our own the next day and rode the same amount of attractions all day as Gianna enabled us to enjoy in the first hour. We can't recommend highly enough. Where is that 6 star button when you need it?!?! read more

This is the second time we used World Class VIP Tours and, just like last time, they delivered.. and then some! Jonnie M. was our guide and he provided us with a STELLAR experience at Disney and Animal Kingdom! He effortlessly got us on ride after ride without us waiting in a single line for more than five minutes! He provided that stress free vacation that we were looking for, without us having to worry about the Disney/Animal Kingdom ride system, directions, timing... nothing. It was almost like magic how he managed to get our family on back-to-back rides without wait times -- always kindly taking into account our needs (bathroom, lunch), etc. The upshot is we had two enjoyable, non-rushed, hassle free days, both packed with rides. Exactly what we wanted! He did this by being a master at the Disney system (and Animal Kingdom)-- silently calculating the best strategic ways to order the rides (making on the go decisions when his app showed long lines). I will never forget how he navigated the Avatar Ride with our family. Told us where to stand and where. He gently positioned us so we were leading a crowd of hundreds behind us. I took a photo of the throngs of people behind us. We got on the ride as soon as the park opened. By the time we were off the Avatar ride, there was a line of people still waiting for the Avatar ride -- what seemed like a mile long -- and while everyone was stuck on the Avatar line, our family was out enjoying the next dozen rides elsewhere in the park. Well done, Jonnie. On top of his skill, Jonnie M.'s wonderful personality added to the enjoyment of our visit. Our whole family loved him and we could not have asked for a better experience. If you want your family to just enjoy Disney/surrounding parks without stress.. without lines.. without having to master a Disney internal system .. use World Class VIP. As I said, it was the second time we used them and we plan on using them every single time we go to Disney. It is well worth the investment, not to wait on line for a ride. When I told our friends how many rides we -- and that includes four children -- got on during the day, they couldn't believe it. And a word about World Class VIP - from beginning to end, they took care of us (restaurants, advice on fireworks, hotels, etc.) They are a class act and we can't recommend them more. read more

Talk about an AWESOME experience!!! We used World Class VIP Tours for our 1 day visit to magic kingdom. We have a family of 4, two 8 year old boys. I knew from our last Disney experience it was easy for it to go from an experience of a lifetime to a disaster very quickly.......kids being cranky, lines being 2+ hours each, it being hot, not knowing where you are going, fighting for parade spots, etc. So, I looked into having a tour guide, starting with the Disney tour guides first.....which were SUPER pricey. Read reviews on World Class VIP Tours, and made the decision to go with them. It was the BEST decision of our trip, hands down. The booking process was EASY. The team communicated well with me the entire time and explained every detail of how having a tour guide would work. The took requests for rides, characters or dining experiences. Our tour guide Kristen was in communication with us days before the visit and coordinated where and when we would meet. The cost (compared to Disney) was SUPER affordable. Yes, still pricey, but worth EVERY penny. The day started when the park opened at 8am. Kristen had every detail thought out. She knew which rides to attack first and had the layout of the park memorized to optimize our visit. In the beginning I thought we were moving a little fast, but realized that pace was based on our family needs and we ended up slowing down eventually. We rode 85% of the rides at the park from 8am to 1pm.....AND made a few bathroom stops and watched the parade. Kristen saved us a spot at the parade, which was great and ran to get the kids a snack while we waited on the parade to start. Having a tour guide is NOW the only way to do a Disney park. No one was cranky, tired or exhausted and we rode more than we EVER have. We left the park at about 2pm, went for lunch and a swim and back to the park at night for a few more rides, laser and fireworks show. By far was the ONLY reason our family had a magical day. The only problem now, is we won't be able to ever do Disney without a guide, LOL!! Too spoiled. Will definitely use them again!!! The best. Hands-down. Our family hired World Class VIP Tours because our kids wanted: rides, rides, rides. And we as parents wanted: no stress and minimal wait times on lines. World Class VIP Tours delivered. They provided us with an amazing tourguide: Kendra -- who navigated the world of Hollywood Studios for us. We just had to follow our delightful guide, and she (Kendra) did the heavy lifting. Our day started with the ever-in-demand Toy Story Slinky Dog Ride. Kendra had emailed us the night before where to meet her and what time. What followed was beautiful. She knew exactly where to position us and lo and behold, we were one of the first passengers on the ride. By the time we got off Slinky Dog (within five minutes of the park opening), the line behind us was a sight to see --hundreds of people lined up waiting in the hot sun for the ride. Amazing. Then we enjoyed ride after ride after ride with minimal or no waiting times. If a ride had a five or ten minute wait, Kendra would give us a choice on what to do. We felt like movie stars.. And Kendra? Such a high-energy, kind, considerate tour guide who added immensely to the pleasure of our day. She even managed to get our kids on the Aerosmith rollercoaster THREE times (don't know how she did that). She planned our day perfectly so we were not rushed but didn't waste time. She took cues from our family (ride fanatics) and delivered just what we wanted. This is the third tour guide we had from World Class VIP Tours and we have always had the best experience. It is expensive, but we feel our money is well spent on the number of rides we get to enjoy (without waiting or with minimal waiting time) and also the enjoyment of the day. Each of the three tour guides we had from this company have been like Kendra. Warm. Engaging. Clever. Know the systems inside out. In our book, we won't be visiting DIsney or surrounding parks without World Class VIP. From start to finish, they made our trip a pleasure and not the work-cations our friends experienced! read more

I couldn't be happier to write this review. Lenee (and Shay) are truly amazing and I am so happy my family and I had the opportunity to explore all four Disney Parks with her. Lenee was recommended to us by a friend and hiring her for the week was the best decision I could have made. My husband was attending a conference for the week, so it was me and our 7 and 5 year old. The thought of navigating the parks by myself was so overwhelming but the minute we decided to hire Lenee and World Class VIP, my worries faded and we were in the best hands possible. From the moment we met Lenee, my kids gravitated right to her and one hour in they were trading off who could sit next to her on the rides. We entered the parks early when we could and were first in line for the most important attractions. The first morning at Magic Kingdom we were the first family to meet Elsa and Ana, and that made my daughters day. Lenee managed to arrange for us to meet all the princesses and characters my children wanted, with minimal wait time. We rode all the popular attractions and again, rarely a wait and if so, it was two minutes of less. Lenee really went above and beyond, helping me with our children, riding with them and making them feel super special all week long. She was incredibly organized, flexible and made every day special from start to finish. By the end of the week, we were all so sad to say goodbye. We had the best experience possible and if anyone is planning a trip to Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom, hiring Lenee and World Class VIP is a MUST! read more

We were completely spoiled...and knew it! I am so impressed with World Class VIP Tours - Shay was incredibly responsive and helpful when I called her one week (!) before our vacation (it was a last minute vacation), unlike a travel agency I called at the same time who said "good luck, we can't help you". Shay paired us with Renah, who asked for our family priorities and planned accordingly. Renah had a detailed plan to see the park but it was flexible enough to add a last minute ride request from my daughter. (We also were first in line to meet Elsa and Anna!) Spending the day with Renah was like hanging out with a family friend (who knew the park inside and out) - she is an absolutely lovely person and awesome with my kids - Renah became my 7 year old daughter's new best friend. I should mention that we visited Magic Kingdom on our own the day before going with Renah and we accomplished more in an hour and a half with Renah than 6 hours without her. With Renah, we saw everything in the park on one of the busiest days of the year (December 31) in a very relaxed and enjoyable manner. I had dreaded the Disney crowds but the crowds are completely manageable with World Class VIP Tours. I would not go to Disney again without them. I can't say enough good things about World Class VIP Tours. From start to finish this experience was top notch. Shay was friendly, responsive, and answered all of my Disney questions. Our tour guide, Dan emailed me to introduce himself prior to arrival, and gave me his cell phone number to reach him with any questions or special requests. Dan was incredible. He was unbelievably knowledgeable about all things Disney. He knew the ins and outs of the parks, got us around efficiently, and got us on EVERY ride that we wanted multiple times. We never waited more than 15 minutes for any ride. Dan was determined to get us on all the rides we wanted, and was relentless until he made it happen. He even helped with dinner reservations. He went above and beyond to make our vacation magical. As if that wasn't enough, Dan was so much fun. My girls loved him. It didn't feel like we were with a guide. It was like having another family member with us. This was the first family vacation that I didn't have to plan every detail. Dan did everything for us, so I was able to enjoy our vacation with no stress. Each morning Dan handed me a latte, and off we went on our way. When the kids asked, "What are we doing next?", I just said, "I don't know. Ask Dan." World Class VIP Tours was worth every penny. We visited the first week of September. I can't say enough about our tour guide, Kendra. She made everything happen!! She greeted us each morning with an energetic smile and had our day planned for us. However, when we wanted to make a change, needed a break, etc., she was more than happy to change/update the schedule. She was constantly in the know regarding the lines for rides and shows and would swap one or two things around so we basically never had to wait in long lines. She maneuvered our double stroller through the crowd and would park it after getting us in the ride/show, and when we finished, she had picked up our stroller and was waiting for us. Our family loved her and the kids adored her! It got to the point where they wanted Kendra to ride with them and would argue over who would get to sit by Kendra! She even kept tabs on the weather and knew when a shower was approaching and would have us in a show or eating inside during that time. She also coordinated a private van to pick us up each morning to bring us to the chosen park, so we didn't have to wait in the long bus lines and "hope" we would get a seat and not have to stand. The company was amazing to deal with leading up to our vacation and we felt like we hit the jackpot in having Kendra as our guide! I HIGHLY recommend!! read more

If you are considering Disney World or Universal, you should DEFINITELY call World Class VIP Tours!! I can't even begin to explain how awesome they were!!! We had been at Disney 4 days on our own (family of 6) and had only averaged 4 rides/attractions per day. We were all exhausted & frustrated over spending so much money, but getting to do so little. On our last 2 days in Orlando we used World Class VIP...and oh my gosh!!! We were AMAZED at their service!! Did 15 rides/attractions at Magic Kingdom and, I might add, this was on a VERY busy spring break day! The 2nd day with them, we did Universal, and were able to do 17 rides in a 6 hour period, including being whisked to the front of the line for all the Harry Potter rides!! It was truly wonderful & worth every cent!!! Lenée & Shay were so wonderful, easygoing & a joy to be around! They did a superb job of balancing everything everyone wanted to do...which is quite impressive since I have teenagers as well as a preschooler!!! ;-) I just can not recommend this company enough!! Our experience with World Class VIP Tours was BEYOND PHENOMENAL! We can't say enough about how wonderful everything about the company was. From the moment I first spoke with Shay, until the last ride was complete, World Class VIP Tours was the reason that our trip was "magical" for our kids (and the adults as well:-) We spent 4 days with Lenee, our tour guide and we can't imagine doing Disney any other way. Lenee was beyond organized, easy going, a joy to spend our vacation with and made sure we did EVERYTHING that we wanted to do/see while in Disney! Hard to sum up in only a few words, but this was everything and more. I thoroughly researched a number of options and I am so thankful that I did my due diligence. The reviews on this site are 100% accurate. When we return to Disney again soon, World Class VIP will be the very first call I make. We were at MK during one of the busiest times of the year (Easter) and we thought we were the only ones in the park. Yes, we were able to go on all the rides we wanted to and visit all the characters...but it was much more than that. From simply just navigating around the park in an efficient manner to holding our place inline to making sure our valuables were protected, we were treated truly as VIPs throughout the entire day. Our guide Johnny was the ultimate professional as well. While we only used him on one day at MK, both he and World Class VIP ensured our ENTIRE trip to Disney was amazing - helping us with our FP selections at other parks and creating mini game plans to maximize our time. We spent 2 days at Walt Disney World with Johnny, and I can't imagine doing Disney any other way. And this is with a 2 and 4 year old. Johnny thought 2 steps ahead, and has us on to the next attraction as soon as we were done with the previous stop. There was no waiting, no grumpy kids (or parents and grandparents). Why spend 3 days at the park waiting in line to see everything you can see in 1 day? Kendra H. was the most amazing tour guide and went above and beyond for our family. We could not have asked for anything better. We are a family of 9, and she did an excellent job guiding us around Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. She was able to get us into all of the rides and shows that we wanted, the kiddos got to meet all the characters they wanted, and she was magically able to dodge all of the rain showers in the process! By the time we parted ways with Kendra, my two daughters were completely attached to her and had a very hard time seeing her go. She was so incredibly sweet with the kids and treated them like her own family, even riding the rides with them and sitting and singing with them during the shows. We promised the kids that we will see Miss Kendra again someday! She made their first trip to Disney that much more magical by being a part of it and made it a completely stress-free experience for the adults! We cannot sing her praises enough!!! read more

Our day at Magic Kingdom could not have been better with our Disney VIP tour guide, Brittney. She took care of all the details and zipped us around to all the attractions & rides. She knew all sorts of "tricks of the trade" to maximize our time at Magic Kingdom. We went to 3x as many attractions/rides with Brittney as our guide than we did on our day at Magic Kingdom without her. It really is the best way to fit the most in your day at Magic Kingdom. She was also like a valet with our stroller so she pushed it all day and would meet us at the exit of each ride so we didn't have to "park" our stroller in the massive and inconvenient stroller parking areas. Additionally, everyone in our family was on their best behavior with a non-family member around-no squabbling! It was great to not have to think about what our next "move" would be after each ride. We didn't have to pull out our phones and check wait lines on the rides. Brittney couldn't have been better! read more

Where do I start with the compliments? First, we absolutely adored our tour guide, Dan. He's the man! From the very beginning, World VIP listened and catered to our requests. They made our four day trip seamless, effortless, power packed, reservations for lunch as requested and so much fun. We conquered everything we could Possibly see and never waited more than 5 minutes. I would use them again and again and never look into any other tour company. You know you're in a great place when your children are asking to ride with Dan on every ride or happy to miss a ride (height restrictions) because they can hang with Dan. Our family returned from Columbus Day weekend in Orlando. We splurged on hiring a guide from World Class VIP which we never did before. This was a luxury that was worth every penny. It is the only way to do Disney. Brittany went above and beyond! We were 5 adults and 4 children (ages 4, 7, 9 and 12). She got us into the parks early to get on the most popular rides without waiting and organized all of our fast passes. We got on all the rides we wanted without waiting for more than 5 minutes. She got us front row seats at Beauty and the Beast (her special magic!) She went on the scary ride with the 12 year old when no one wanted to go and took the 4 year old on a kiddy ride when everyone else was on a scary ride. Truly an amazing experience from the first email to the hugs goodbye! You sit and wonder if it will be worth it but as soon as you look around at the pure craziness others are having trying to figure where to go, frustration waiting on lines all the while the calmness you're experiencing you know it's worth every penny. First off, if you can get Johnny, DO IT! Not only did Johnny make us feel like family but he really cared that we were having fun. How we were able to do so much (21 rides before lunch at MK), so quickly is a testament to his knowledge. The best lesson he taught us was posing for the photos on the rides. Johnny went above and beyond even helping us the one day that we decided to go at it alone - thanks again for this! But, considering the fact that I have a large family, I have to visit the Orlando theme parks on a regular basis, as I am a local. This is where World Class VIP Tours comes in. 100% worth the Cost! I will never go to Disney world again without using VIP Tours. Jessica B was an amazing tour guide! We love her and she became a part of our family that week! Jessica made things happen! We hardly had to wait for any ride, she was super accommodating, booked our fast passes and all of our reservations, even the impossible ones such as Cinderella's Royal Table and Bibbity Bobbity Boutique. We were able to meet all of the characters we wanted to see and ride every ride we wanted! She always pushed the stroller, stayed with our bags, would ride a ride with someone if they needed and would get us snacks or water while we were on rides!
