Provided great estimate summary and documentation. He was patient with us having some starts and stops in making the decision over a six-month period. Then, when we were ready, he brought out the shingle samples to hold up to the house. We pulled the trigger, he put us on the schedule and bang it was done when he said it would be done. They took off old shingles in one day, then shingled it with architecture grade the next day. Then, gutters on day three and we were done. We have a TRANSFERABLE lifetime materials warrenty with 25 years on parts and labor. So guess what? We ain't worried about the roof.
