They gave me the best quote of the 4 I sought and when the day came they had all the right equipment and personnel. In what seemed no time, those men had my tree down and all the evidence of its existence in a truck being hauled somewhere. I' once used them to clean up many substantial downed branches and things after a mini-tornado. Not only was the service impeccable, but what I really appreciated was their quote. Other contractors were gouging but they gave me a fair price that was better than everybody else's Another job they did, also the biggest job they did for me included taking out a massive 60-year old Oak, and various bushes and trees that ran along 3 sides of my yard. This large job took the entire day but they cleared every bush and stumped every root well into the evening until the job was done. (before and after pics attached) Through all of this, the business owners have been incredibly easy to deal with. I just called and stated what I needed done and they either came out for a quote or gave me one over them phone. I've also recommended them to two family members that went on to hire them and both were immensely pleased. If you have a tree job that you need to get done, do me a favor and give these guys at County tree service a call. They've been so good to me and those I sent to them. In the storm we had a tree land on the house, trying to find someone to remove it we asked and call around. My husband is a guy that looks at reviews he found Mr. Steve Briggs yelp rating and was amazed at how high it was so I call but just as we I called the company that was cutting down the BIG tree here on Strieff came by to check on our tree so I hung up the phone. Before the person could leave our home Mr. Briggs called me back so I told him for calling but we had just made a deal with this other company. Now this company told me they would be back in the morning I was pleased with this because I wanted this tree off my house. Ok, rise and shine with the next morning hopefully all will go well. So I start the waiting and waiting now it is 12 something so I text this company that is going to cut the tree. I ask can you give me a time, I get a text back 5 or 6 that evening. At this point I text Mr. Briggs and send him some pictures. This man Mr. Briggs called me back he asked questions had I given money or signed anything I told him no he was pleased. He asked who was doing the job I told him. At this point I said I would cancel them and wait for him he said no they were not the best but they were capable of doing the job and as busy as all the tree services were keep the bird in the hand as even his company would be 3 to 4 days getting to us. But he than said he would come by when they were doing the job and my husband saw him drive past, then he called to ask if the did the job I said yes but they didn't trap the two big holes in the roof this man gave me the number of a roofer. I told them i wanted to be there when they did the work. They showed up and did the work without letting me know. I couldn't even tell they did anything because the ribbons they tied on the bushes were still there - until i saw the bushes on the side of my house which were done totally wrong. They were trimmed on the wrong side so now i have a gaping area full of weeds showing but they tell me they are sure they will grow back eventually. They did come back and trim the bushes better in the back and on the side of the house but definitely not worth 1700-now i have to have spot with no grass and weeds i have to now pull.

Then another no show and no answer for days. He finally came 3 weeks later and removed my fence to remove and another excuse on why he couldn't remove tree.
