He even had a meeting with us and our neighbors to make sure everyone is in agreement with how the plans would go. The crew came and went at it! Us and our neighbors even watched at how awesome their system was. They were so careful, proficient, and very nice people. They did an excellent job with clean up as well! Then, the owners son, Mr. Cole, came to haul the logs and asked us if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. He was extremely professional and so friendly as well. He was even talking to our son and even showed our son the crane and the horn. Overall, I recommend them 10000%. The people who work there are very nice, however i was charged 1700 to trim some large bushes but i…read morewanted them done correctly so was willing to pay. I told them i wanted to be there when they did the work. They showed up and did the work without letting me know. I couldn't even tell they did anything because the ribbons they tied on the bushes were still there - until i saw the bushes on the side of my house which were done totally wrong. They were trimmed on the wrong side so now i have a gaping area full of weeds showing but they tell me they are sure they will grow back eventually. They did come back and trim the bushes better in the back and on the side of the house but definitely not worth 1700-now i have to have spot with no grass and weeds i have to now pull.
