We were approached by Economy to remove 2 dying trees in our parkway. The first quote was $1500 and he quickly lowered it to $1,100. When we said we were looking into the town removing them, he lowered the price to $800. We told him to leave his business card and we'd get back to him. We called back and asked if they would remove the 2 trees for $500 cash. We agreed on $580 cash. When the owner came to collect, he told me we got an extremely good deal and asked for $50 more.
