There was another drink on the menu called a cantarita (similar to a Paloma), which I can't wait to try sometime. I ordered the birria tacos and they were so good! The shell had a light crunch, the cheese was perfectly proportioned and melted, the meat was tender and flavorful, and the broth had the perfect amount of season, onion, and cilantro without being too overpowering. Everything was SO filling, between the drink, chips and salsa, I had to take one of the tacos to go. The salsa is made in house from fresh ingredients but the chips and tortillas aren't. She said they get the dough and it's cut up prior to making the tacos.
