I found this place via Siri. However right before I found them Siri directed me to at least 10 other businesses which I called a minimal of seven I have. Almost exhausted with frustration I thought I would try one final time to find a locksmith and they were the only business that was willing to listen. The owner was even willing to Come back in at 7 PM last night even though they closed at 6 PM. Reminds me of the good all days of having a friend that you could do business with. Very impressed with this company. Sent a locksmith to my office immedatiately to unlock an office safe. Gave estimate of costs upfront. Dave stayed until he was able to resolve our dilemma and open the safe (even though it was a very old model and difficult to open). The final price was less than the amount quoted since the safe was not reuseable. Dave delivered a new safe of my choosing, and gave me an inservice on how to use it. Honest, helpful and extremely professional! I needed access to a locked inner cabinet within a large bank safe vault and had no idea how to get into it or what the key looked like to access it. I was needing to make sure the cabinet space was empty before selling the safe, since I was selling my parents home. Several other companies I talked with wanted an arm and a leg to drill the lock open, which I didn't want to spend because I thought it might be empty. Plus, this was an old safe and I didn't want to damage it. I finally came upon Mor with Howard Safe & Lock, and he was a true professional and honest, helpful guy. I had my entire set of keys stolen from the gym and had no idea how to approach the situation. I came to this shop and found immediate help. They were able to de-program the stolen key so the thief would not be able to start my car. They were also able to re-create a new master key from my valet key so I could have full functionality.
