I watched videos on YouTube and decided that would be better to have a "pro" fix the 3DS. Dropped it off and was told they would have to order part from China.....that's fine, took about a week and got a call it was fixed. Went and picked up and looks and plays good as new. I will state however in regards to complaints by others---- as I was waiting my turn there was a guy at counter complaining about them fixing his iPhone. Apparently ER4 had it for 2 weeks and was saying it would be 1 more week to fix.....guy said he was told 1 week in first place and he was pissed. My advise......don't expect your stuff to get fixed fast. But I am all good with that ;-)

I went out of town the next day. Fast forward to Monday, July 21st and my phone cracks in the corner. I immediately called the store and to figure out what was the warranty details. They provided a 30day warranty and of course he says it will not be covered. So I proceed to let him know that was unacceptable and how i never received my screen protector from start but and I had went out of town the next day so I couldn't go back. So at first it quotes me $75 and I'm still giving pushback and he says he'll just replace it. I told him I couldn't go to take my information and I would come to the store on Wednesday, July 23rd 2:30. He agreed. Now here is where I went wrong. I didn't get his name. It's only two men in the store to my knowledge, so I figured I would know who it was by face. I get to the store on Wednesday and the guy who originally I dealt with on July 10th was there alone. He said the guy I spoke to was not there and didn't tell him anything. So now I'm annoyed because I drove there for no reason. I left my name and number again and said I would be back Friday July 25th. I just get a phone call from the guy I spoke to on Monday and of course he's now denying everything he said! Go figure! They took the phone in the back to do the repair which took about 20 minutes. They return to the front with the phone and everything checked out no problem. The following day the screen starts to flicker on and off consistently at the most in opportune times. But the real kicker is apparently when they had my phone in the back they went into the phone under my Google account and actually left a review on Google under my name giving themselves five stars and made comments about supposedly great service for fixing my phone. When I realized what had happened I was livid. Not only is my phone not working properly that is a total unethical invasion of privacy and against the law in many places. I went back to the store and confronted the manager who told me that the tech Sam supposedly worked on my phone in the back and he would have been responsible for the post He called Sam several times on the phone in my presence to confirm this but no answer I don't even believe Sam exist. Had to argue for 20 minutes only to be able to get back a refund of the labor. They would not even give a full refund . They offered to fix the screen flickering f but I refuse to do busses that's with them and you should too. After a few days of calling the store and trying to decide when we could return to see if it could get unlocked, we finally made it back to the store to get a replacement.
