Great communication, friendly customer service, timely service, understanding, average price…read more I was referred to them by a family member after my favorite mechanic retired. They have worked on all 3 of my families vehicles. They have addressed and fixed all issues. When we had a disagreement or misunderstanding they remained calm, answered my questions, and explained it to me in a way I could understand. They do the best to try to keep customers happy to the best of their ability. My only problem is I wish they would waive diagnostic fees if the work gets done.

I understand that some customers come in and get quotes but I also should've been aware of what I was getting before I paid. I sat in the office and waited for 2 hours without any kind of notice. Was even charged for the labor. I asked her what if I didn't have the money to pay for it then what precautions would we have to take and she said "well we didn't have to cross that bridge did we" and pretty much blamed me for not asking for a price. It was a kind young man who also helps in the front office who came outside and spoke to me and gave me a little knowledge on how they run that business. I appreciate him for it. *update* I have 4 different notifications from yelp and words are being added/changed. I posted my review based off of my experience.. please leave me alone. Thank you.

I am filing a complaint regarding transmission diagnostic and repair services performed on my 2015…read moreMitsubishi Outlander Sport AWD. I brought the vehicle in for diagnosis of a CVT transmission issue and was told the diagnostic/removal charge would be approximately $650 to remove and inspect the transmission. I later obtained financing approval for $1,200 through American First Finance. After diagnosis, I was quoted over $5,700 for a rebuild, over $6,000 for a new transmission, or approximately $1,600 labor if I supplied my own transmission. I declined the repairs and requested the vehicle be returned to me. During multiple conversations, I was told the vehicle would be put back together enough to be towed back to me. However, when the vehicle was returned, the transmission and differential were not reinstalled and were instead left sitting inside the vehicle. I later learned the remaining balance beyond the original $650 diagnostic/removal charge had allegedly been applied toward towing and related charges, but this was never clearly explained or itemized beforehand. I am concerned about: - inconsistent communication regarding charges and services, - lack of clear itemized billing before financing was fully used, - the condition in which the vehicle was returned, - and pricing inconsistencies, including charging approximately $650 to remove/diagnose the transmission while quoting approximately $1,600 labor to install a customer-supplied transmission. I requested clarification regarding the diagnosed damage and itemized charges, but the explanations provided were vague and inconsistent. I am requesting a full itemized invoice, clarification of the charges billed through financing, and review of the charges due to the vehicle being returned in a partially disassembled condition contrary to my understanding.
